The staff didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Also, The menu wasn’t available and their card reader wasn’t working. As for the food, it wasn’t the worst Mediterranean food but it definitely wasn’t the best or authentic. The rice tasted like instant rice. And the gyro was below average.

Rice bowl was good and plenty of food. My wife wasnt able to eat all of hers. I had the gyro meat and my wife had the chicken, we both enjoyed our meal.

I went to order gelato and they were putting everything away and refused to serve me when it was only 5:25 and they close at 6:00. Poor customer service!

We ordered Boki from DoorDash for lunch today and were very happy with the food. Fresh, high quality ingredients! Delicious flavors as well. This is the best falafel that I’ve had in Sioux Falls so far. The gyro meat was phenomenal.

I ordered a kielbasa pita with onions. The onions were basically cubed. And on top of that came with no sauce and when it arrived to me the styrofoam box was melted as if someone heated it up in a microwave. So I am stuck with soggy fries and a pita with chunks of onion and no sauce….

I am so glad there is finally a place for gelato in Sioux Falls! I haven’t had anything but the fruit gelato- not because I don’t like the others, but because the fruit is so good. The strawberry and pineapple are my two personal favorites. They are so fresh and absolutely delicious.

We were served day old gelato that was heavily freezer burned and lacking flavor, but still expensive. When I asked when it was made, I was brushed off then ignored. Will not be returning

Third time trying to come to get gelato only to find nobody behind the counter. No response to email or phone either. Is anyone even there during business hours???

Stopped by here on a Friday night and was greeted right away by the friendly staff. All the employees seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs and enjoy talking with customers. They took great care to make sure my group was satisfied and left feeling happy! The gelato is amazing and is a must-try! Probably the best in Sioux Falls

It’s home made ice cream! In my opinion it’s really really good!

I stopped by here after eating at the Boki European street food restaurant. It was fantastic. There were multiple flavors to choose from and can confirm that the bubblegum gelato does taste like bubblegum. They do offer free samples and I did try a couple flavors. All were excellent. I should also point out that they offer sorbets too.

Highly recommended. We came from Kansas to visit our family and never tried gelato before. The taste was sensational, many flavors and kids loved it. Sooo fresh and all natural flavor, nothing like DQ or other fast food products available out there. Quality matters!!! Must try!!!

Lights are on. Open sign is on. Hours online say they are open. Hours on the door say they are open.Its not open. Noones there.

I really enjoy their fruity flavors, the pineapple especially. However, Ive been there twice during their open hours, and couldnt find anyone working. I eventually just gave up and left.Tasty product, and Im hoping any issues were just because theyre newer.

Gelato kind of tasted like ice cream that melted and then refreezed with the mixture of ice from the freezer in it. I wish I was making this up because I wanted this place to be good. But they gotta step it up a little bit.

Very nice place to stop by and enjoy some Gelato. Cafe is very cute and relaxing, variety of home made cakes and Gelato. One of my favorite places to visit.

My family and I were in Sioux Falls doing some recon prior to moving there and I read about Boki and checked out their website prior to our trip and it looked amazing. What we experienced when we actually got there was not Im afraid. The website leads you to believe it is a restaurant and gelateria but what it actually is is 2 separate places in one building. One making savory food, mostly gyros it looked like and the other space with the gelato and it felt like a mini food court in a mall. The other thing is that on the website they make it look like they got a dozen or more flavors. The reality is that they actually had several empty spots in their freezer and it was apparently not working well or wasnt turned up enough because the half dozen flavors that were available were melty. It turned out to be over 80°F that day so I went ahead and got us some anyway and I have to say that for all of the negative stuff Ive mentioned so far, the pineapple flavor that I got was really good. Intensely pineapple with nice chunks of pineapple in it. My daughter got strawberry and it was also intensely strawberry with nice chunks of berry in it. We also visited their little kiosk in the mall which also had disappointingly few flavors, but what we had, especially the fruit flavors, were good enough that despite all the negative aspects Ive mentioned, we will visit them again once we move there just for the fruit flavors.

Great place to get gelato and or made to order European street food. The gyros are a make your own for $9.99 a plate with fries. Whichi is pretty good Id say its about a pound or maybe a half lamb or what ever meat you choose. I mean I was in there just today and I seen a gentleman order 1 then go back and order another it was so good. I got gelato and a gyro both were great. I experienced great and friendly customer service it was actually the owner serving me. Great guy, great business would eat again.
