If you need a loan this is by far the fastest and easiest way to get the money you need. No haggle, everything is up front and in writing. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because I told them I needed a million bucks, their offer was far less than that million, but it was fair!

Zero return policy on any electronics. Mine as well play a gamble for cheaper on Marketplace. Bought an amplifier, and it was not working so I brought it back. No refunds, and no exchange. This company lost my business for good. They use to be good, and would make right on defective electronics; that was then, and this is their policy now. They do not make you aware of this policy when you make a purchase. Other shops will have a 15 day return, and I highly suggest going elsewhere.

Living an hour away, I had messaged them regarding estimates for items I wanted to sell. They replied instantly and gave me great ballpark numbers and my experience once I arrived was overwhelming. I could spend hours in the store browsing through all of their inventory. It was my first time going to a pawn shop, and I would recommend FNP in Sioux Falls to anyone.

Everybody there is really nice. They made genuine effort to give me as much as they could on my pawn loan, and they were sympathetic to the fact that no one wants to be in a pawn shop doing a loan

I am sorry to write this review, as over the past 2 years, Id always had remarkably great experiences here. My visit yesterday was a huge disappointment. When looking at jewelry, I had to ask the 3 people working and gathered together by the register, chatting - if they could help me. Then I felt hurried and a bother to then when I asked questions about the items I looked at. When I asked about having my diamond ring prongs repaired, as Ive had then do before, I was shuffled around and they never even took the ring to send to repair! What? Blew me off. Very rude and dismissive. Prices seemed higher than usual, particularly weed wackers. The place was not busy at all and the 3 young workers werent anyone I knew from the last couple of years.Sad. I wanted to buy a diamond ring and I wanted to tighten a diamond ring I had and I accomplished nothing but a bad experience, overall.

Ive been going to first national pawn since I first moved to Sioux falls SD in April 2019 I have pawn things and with a week or 2 i take them out now its like going to borrow money from a friend or a family member no problem and I have always been shown the best hospitality from all staff and respected everytime Ive visited for a loan and Ive never pawned anything in my 51 years of life but Im proud that I found my first experience at first national pawn I dont and wont go anywhere else.

Go to Great Plains the new staff is not as helpful they won’t budge on prices like they use to. Won’t be coming in as much because clearly was a change in owners or something new staff very strict. Some of the stuff can get brand new in store for not much more money at all.

It literally takes a second to say “I’ll be with you in just a minute”. Eye contact and ZERO words. We’ve bought a few things there BUT we will NEVER be back. Complete garbage You weren’t even busy.

I had an issue with a chain saw I bought. I bought the protection plan with it. I brought it in and they verified it was broken. They didn’t have another 18” chain saw, so Sean was nice enough to swap the chain and the bar onto the new one I got (I had just bought two new chains for it). I didn’t have to ask or anything - he just did it. Awesome customer service and great attitudes, even through a pandemic. Props to Sean.

I been coming here for a few years now.When pawning I get pretty mu h top dollar. When I have purchased , I have always gotten good products that last, except once on a electronic, it had a buzzing sound. Brought it back and received another just like it.Employees are pleasant. Only complaint I have is wait time to get a rep. to help because they are so busy. I rate them 4.5 stars out of 5

Poor customer service. I was rudely greeted by Dan. Skipped over multiple times to help other customers by multiple Employees. Took 20min to look at what I wanted to see.That took 5 sec. to look atI actually wanted to buy it but after thinking about it. I dont need to spend my money here!

This is BY FAR the BEST pawn shop in the city. The staff says, YES, and they dont undervalue your items! Tim was the guy who helped me today and I was floored by his customer service skills and professionalism. Because of the kindness they showed me today I will be buying a nice gold ring from there this weekend and only doing business there from now on.

Tried to under price an item I came in with to sell. Proceeded to tell me how much it was going for and then only offered me half of that. Seriously, do they think people dont research their items before they bring them in?Their offer was rather insulting, and when I said that was too low they opt to push me aside and help the next person. Never really looked around, not interested in ever going back.

Slow service with 3 workers there. As they totally missed us and kept helping customers that came in after us. Once helped was not bad.

Love the quality of customer service. My two comments that would be helpful are a dress code. The men who wear suites and ties are more approachable and the woman all lack professionalism. The store needs cleaned and dusted especially the front counter and computers.

Horrible With returns and refunding money.On December 31, 2018, I had purchased an Apple Computer for my daughter. The computer didnt operate properly. It wouldnt process any downloads. I was charged $203.50 at the cash register. My daughter took back the computer on January 3, 2019, to get another computer supposedly of equal value. She had gotten an HP computer in place of the Apple Computer. She took the card along with her to complete the exchange. The following day I had noticed that First National Pawn had charged me again for $191.69. The manager had come out to speak with my daughter. He took the receipt and did not return a copy of the original transaction. The charge of $203.50 was never placed back into my account and no money was ever received from the merchant.

No organization, pawns, buys, layaways all mixed into one line, The lines are way to long, company doesnt have enough help getting to the lines. Could not find a manager, employees are rude, Can not say enough about this place and what rough shape it is in. People who want to buy something can not get assistance, and if you want something you have to stand in the line just to try to get someones attention. I was there and finally was able to see someone, and He turns away from me and serves on another customer, like what the hell am I not a customer do I not deserve to be helped out. Believe me when I tell you it just is not worth the wait in line nor the stress that place puts you through. Going else where.

The staff is very friendly, however they have a no refund policy that I was unaware of when I purchased a laptop. It did not have a good graphics card for my game (not the pawn shops fault) so I brought it back the next day and was stuck getting in store credit. I think this policy should be revised. HOWEVER when I went back to spend my store credit the gentleman helping me was great. He answered all of my questions and recommended games and then gave me a discount on them! So aside from an exchange/in store credit only policy they are amazing

Great place to buy ALL kinds of goods... Staff was very helpful polite and easy to deal with.. Very knowledgeable with alot of merchandise..and the things they didnt know about, they said honestly they didnt know...but they asked someone who did or found out for you.

Bought a ring last week Friday paid over $862.00 for it and noticed that some of the stones on the bottom were very loose called them up next day spoke to Dominic who then spoke to i believe Dan and they said bring it in well fix it for you since you spent that much on it and cant wear it without fear of a diamond falling out of it. When they say 2 to 3 days to get it fixed do not believe them! Today is day 4 still no ring back called them asking where it is and they tell me it will take threw the weekend and hopefully it should be here Monday asked what time Monday and their response was no clue that really helps I live an hour out of town and only have certain days off to pick this item up i really am beginning to think they lost it or resold it.

Accidentally went to this pawn shop after googling national pawn co thought they had two in town but I was wrong this is First National...needed a loan on my .45 which I always get 350 from national after they looked at it told me the best they could do is 250...they only resell for 500 my same set up used online is going for 700 but whatever...after telling them I have no intensions for you to resell my gun I always come back for it.... They kind of laughed at me and said sorry 250 is it so I put it back in its case and said thats fine Ill go to national pawn where they loan me 350....as I was walking out I over heard them saying like she could ever pay that back!! First off they never even asked my income...I drive truck and support myself and two children by myself just fine and always get my gun back! I just simply needed extra money to get through Christmas I have never felt so belittled trying to get a loan on my gun I will never go back! My loyalty is with national pawn co! Never making that mistake again

Stood at the firearms for 20 minutes. Not a single acknowledgement of me there. Went and stood in line with the other customers just to get someone to go look at guns. No mention or apology of me waiting for so long. Not the same as the First Nationals in Rapid City. At least they greet you when you enter their store

Bought ban Xbox one from them. Didnt have time to test it right away. 2 days later come to find out that yes it turns on but its modem is dead so it cant get on the internet. This means it cant be played because it has to connect to the internet. They wont refund it even though it was broken when I received it. Do not give them your business they will cheat you.
