Absolutely fantastic experience. I have an older cart and Ive been experience electrical issues. I used the online service request and recieved a call within two days. Everyone I worked with was very courteous and I had my cart in, fixed and back within 48 hours. Highly recommend.

I took my golf cart in to be diagnosed on Friday and I was told it would be done by the end of that day. It ended up sitting there for over a week after numerous calls and getting the runaround and never receiving a call back. So I finally went to pick up my cart and found it had been damaged all along the right side. I informed the manager and after telling him about the overall experience and horrible customer service he ended up letting me know thru Toby that he would not be willing to offer any type of resolution as far as the customer service I received along with the damage to The right side of my cart along with the scratches that are all along the side there after the dent. I DO NOT Recommend using NB golf for any service or parts related items. I DO recommend that you do the research on your own and check part prices because their are way overpriced as well.

No responsiveness. No customer service. Over priced. Slow. Not one positive takeaway from dealing with them. Do yourself a favor and go to ALPHA MOTORSPORTS in Sioux Falls. They are fantastic.
