We went into the store because we heard they were having a sale on some of their used equipment. We worked with Tate. We were interested in the used Nu Step. He quickly asked questions about what we needed. He had us both try a sitting elliptical and we agreed that this is what my husband and I could both use. He was able to give us a great deal on a new machine. We are 100% satisfied.

I was excited to go into the store to purchase my first spin bike. My husband had gone in the night before and Bo was extremely helpful and answered our question, so I knew exactly what I was going in for. I walked in shortly before 11:00 a.m. and found two men inside. One was an employee, the other appeared to be a buddy, definitely someone he knew. He never even looked up at me when I walked in with two of my kids, although the other guy looked over several times while I waited, but didnt seem to care that I was waiting. The conversation they were having lasted roughly 15 minutes over nothing business related, but not even an Ill be right with you. I dont mind waiting when theyre busy helping customers, but not when the manager is just visiting. And especially when I could have been in and out in 5 minutes and they could have continued. I ended up calling the district manager, who was fantastic and apologized for his manager in Sioux Falls.

Very little inventory on the day I visited. I was told more is coming in.

Well, the staff was nice and helpful. But then they called and upped the delivery charge because we were a few tenths of a mile outside the radius. Then the treadmill came, already assembled, standing in the back of a pickup truck (with wet spots from recent rain). It was the FLOOR MODEL. Not what wed paid for. They gave us a miniscule discount. And now, not even three weeks later, it isnt working. Ill be filing any kind of formal complaint I can, and Ill pay for Amazon delivery before I shop there again.

Aaron helped us find the right treadmill that was the right fit for our family. He was very knowledgeable in not only the treadmills they sell at second wind but other brands and how they differ. We will definitely go back to second wind in the future.

Worst buying experience I have had in retail. Buy a treadmill that was certified like new. Told that someone had it a year and added 1 yr warranty. Short time after warranty expired (under 2 years having it). It breaks, we called multiple times to ask for help in finding out what was wrong with it. Kept getting thrown to some 3rd party repair guy. This guy doesnt ever keep a promise on calling back or offer help. I even said I would pay to find out what is wrong and if it is worth repairing. Store continues to be 0 help. Worst customer service I have dealt with in retail. Even when offer to pay for help they dont offer it. GO BUY FROM PUSH PEDAL PULL

I have a piece of equipment I need to Sell.I Sent the picture to him as I was asked . I have never heard Back from them and . I senta follow up text message and never got a response.Wont go Back there

I Purchased an expensive ellipical in Aug 2018 It is making a loud clicking so I called. Service came and said I need a new motor or something in Feb and its now June and still nothing. I called and told them to pick up the ellipical since this isnt what I signed up for and they havent done that either. Be aware they do not stand behind the product.

Worst experience trying to sell a piece of equipment. ALL BEWARE. They are out to rip you off and make more than 100% profit on your equipment. What I was asking for was not out of line and was looking to get it in the eyes of many as the equipment was top of the line and nearly brand new, less than 6 months old. Had to quit using do to knee surgery.I would recommend NEVER buying or selling at 2nd Wind!

The reason they received 1 star is because they were very helpful in buying my treadmill .As with any other sale there is the after sale service that matters most . We misplaced treadmill key so I emailed the sales guy, also the manager, explained that we lost the key and would like to order a new one .I also explained that we cant even touch the treadmill without it squeaking horribly . I heard nothing from the email . I called and asked about ordering a key...I was told they dont do parts, I would have to call the treadmill company and provide them with all my info to get a key .So, the whole reason I bought from an equipment store is basically thrown out the door, I might as well have ordered one online somewhere . I was assured and told several times that the benefit of buying thru them is if theres a problem they are there to take care of it, they even said try that with norditrak . Well, I think if I would have bought a norditrak and called norditrak about getting a key, there would be one on its way now.
