Normally I dont write reviews, but in this case I need to make an exception. I switched to Advertising Arts on a recommendation from a friend when the printer I used couldnt handle my needs. That might have been the best recommendation I have ever had. I run a small restaurant so my needs are quite varied and without fail, Advertising Arts has been able to handle everything I have asked for.Advertising Arts not only produces the best printing around, they also have top notch customer service. Matt, the owner, and Leah, the designer, are some of the most professional people that have had the pleasure of doing business with. All of my questions and concerns have all been met with the utmost courtesy. I honestly feel like family every time I walk in the door. Customer service is definitely a priority with them and it shows. As long Advertising Arts is around they will always have a loyal customer in me. If you are looking for a printer that can do almost anything, look no further than Advertising Arts. Once you do business with them once, I promise you will never look for another printer again.

Highly recommend the folks down at Advertising Arts. I had signs designed for my business and they look awesome!!! Also put in an order of tank tops on a Friday and Angel made sure we had them before we left on vacation the following Tuesday. You just cannot get that kind of customer service anywhere else!!!

I have worked with many printer companies over the last 10 years and I have never had a company that goes out of their way to take care of me, the customer, like Advertising Arts. Great staff and knowledgeable people, they work hard to get my jobs done on time and at a great price.I wish more companies treated customers this way.

We had a negative experience with poor communication and sub-par product. I was impressed by the quick turnaround after the lack of communication, but the quality was not amazing. They split our order in two so some were screen printed and others were direct printed (digital), and the colors were both off (from original artwork and each other). Some of the screen printed shirts were blotchy on part of the graphic. They didnt try make things better and stood by their decision for processing. At the end of the day, it was frustrating to work with them, so we paid in full and will move on.

Great service and fast turntime, just what we needed.

Terrible products. We specifically looked for a local shop that provided digitally (garment dyed) printed tshirts instead of screenprint and have been so disappointed. We have had tshirts digitally printed in the past with no problem but it has been issue after issue with this company. We are a small business and spent most of our advertising budget to get shirts printed and still dont have good, quality tshirts. They were more expensive then other bids but we thought it was worth it to get the quality for our customers. After returning the shirts twice, they are still not right. They fade after washing almost to the point of not seeing the image. I was also supposed to receive a replacement tshirt for one that was ruined and have yet to receive it( it has been well over a month). I am very sad at my experience. We will be searching for a new tshirt printing company.
