Patio door was installed and they just made such a mess. I expected better workmanship for the amount of money I paid.

If you want ANY communication to take place with this office then it will be YOU that will have to press them for it. My experience has been nothing less than pathetic with them. I ordered windows with them on April 30 and was told it would take a couple of weeks. I didnt hear anything back for a month and called JEFF. Jeff told me they had just come in and we would set the appointment up for Wednesday. I took part of the day off so the installers could put them in. Nobody showed. I texted Jeff and he said he meant next Wednesday. Next Wednesday came and went and still nothing. I went into his office the following week and he said they werent shipped yet. He showed me his slip that the windows were to be shipped on June 25. Well, today is July 20 and still not a word from JEFF, not that I could trust anything that he would tell me anyway. This place cannot muster an ounce of customer service or assistance. If windows are on back order or didnt make it on the truck...I can understand, but you have to let your customers know these things. I just want to be the CUSTOMER!!!

Called to add more light to a room. Installers came out and installed smaller windows than we had to start with, charged me top dollar and than used non paintable caulk for their finish work on the inside of house! Called multiple times no response. Worst service ever!

Called for estimate to replace all windows and doors, timely response, Randy quoted and provided competitive bid and education on options. I have decided to accept their proposal and am purchasing. Will write additional review when job is completed. November 12, 2017: Job completed, 14 windows and doors total, all replaced, in on time, and on budget. Great work by the installers! This was a very positive experience for us and we are happy with our choices.

Good prices, decent windows, and they did a good job on installation, but the rest of the process was a little weak. If I could have done 3.4, thats where Id put them. We were on a timeline so we were persuaded to sign and put half down right away with the promise the windows would be ordered same day. I heard nothing for over three weeks, so I called to check status, and found out the order wasnt placed until 13 days after our money down, which pushed installation back beyond what we were promised. Then that was delayed because of a delivery truck issue, and the installation stretched from the promised half day to three days because of installer availability and additional parts or something. In the end, we got decent windows for a great price, but the process isnt the smoothest...

Good quality windows for thousands less than the competitors we quoted with. Had a few hiccups with installation, part due to weather, part due to personnel, but overall the lead installer Jeff did a good job and happy with the experience overall.

We got a sliding glass door from them and it went perfectly! We absolutely love it so we decided to get two kichen windows. This is a HUGE deal for us since we do not have alot of money. Two guys showed up in the scheduled day but it was immediately apparent only one of them knew what he was doing. It was bad. The one guy had NO CLUE how to do his job and was completely uneducated on the job. They took ALL day just to do ONE window and had to come back the next day. Luckily my husvhus could take ANOTHER dat off work. They were scheduled be to be at iuo house at 8am. Around 10 am they still were not there so we called and the boss had no clue . Finally late in the afternoon they showed up and got the 2nd window in .It was rough going since the one uneducated one was useless and they damaged our kitchen wall pretty badly......no apologies I might add.It was a very bad experience and we will go to another pkpla for our living room Windows. They dont care and there in NO customer service...,we had to request a receipt twice a few weeks later.Bad business. Will tell anyone who asks me.

We got new windows in about half of our house approximately 6 years ago from Window World. We need to put plastic up in the winter so our curtains dont move from the wind coming through the windows. We have had someone come out multiple times trying to fix the problem, with no resolution. We finally just gave up on that problem. Now we have moisture in between the panes of one of our windows. Ordered a replacement window in beginning of June and was told it would be in about 3 weeks. Called them middle of July and they said it had come on Friday and they would call me back to schedule time to come put it in. A week later, I called them back again b/c I didnt hear anything back. Scheduled a time to come. When they arrived, they had ordered the wrong window. This was beginning of August by now. So they put in a new order for supposedly the correct window. Beginning of September I called them again to see where my window was. Was told it would be there on Friday. Gave them more than enough time to call me back and on the 24th of September I finally decided to call them again to see where my window was. They told me that it had come in on the 14th, but nobody had bothered to call me! So they scheduled a time to come out and put it in. I planned to be home for them to put it in, but they had to change the first appt time. Changed it to the next morning even though it was very inconvenient for me to be home at that time. And of course, they changed the appt time again very last minute. Finally they came that afternoon, and of course, they had the wrong window AGAIN! So we are still waiting for our replacement window that we ordered in beginning of June, and it is now beginning of October....if you are thinking about ordering from them, I would highly suggest you look somewhere else.

Did a very nice job

I got 5 of the $189.00 bedroom windows and I have A gale blowing through and a all kinds of noise when it gets windy. Its aways is windy here in sioux falls S.D.
