Were pretty excited about our new Breakfast and Coffee Bar! The customer service offered by Creative Surfaces from our first contact in their Sioux Falls showroom to the very end of the project was stellar. Every contact involved a two hour drive for them and they followed through every time with exactly what they said they were going to do. They completed our project on time and installed it flawlessly. We are super pleased and will use them again for our next project.

Ive used the Stone Center in Sioux Falls for several projects and Im thrilled with the quality of products and service I get from them. We selected Cambria quartz for our projects because the design team at the store explained in detail the differences between quartz vs granite and we wanted virtually maintenance free countertops. Cambria really is the best product on the market. The installers did a wonderful job as well. They were punctual, professional, and cleaned up nicely when they completed the installation. I highly recommend the Stone Center for your countertops.

We remodeled our kitchen in early 2019, and enjoyed over a year of our perfect countertop and backsplash tiles. During the planning, I loved, loved, loved working with the CS team in Sioux Falls. Since a kitchen remodel is not something you do often, I wanted to get it right. The SF team provided an amazing customer experience, very helpful and not pushy and they really listened and they were so patient. Many thanks to them. Then came the installation team, all I can say is wow. It fit perfectly and what a professional amazing team! So its been over a year, and I still love the countertop and tiles. About once a week, I say to my husband (even now), Have I mentioned to you lately, how much I love our new kitchen?. I do and still do. Thanks Creative Services. I will recommend CS to anyone.

The ladies that work at creative surfaces were very accommodating and helpful. We had no idea what we wanted, but they made the whole process easy. I love our cambria countertop. The backsplash goes perfectly with it also. Would highly recommend them.

OK, I am impressed enough to write a review on this company! From the first time I walked into their Minnesota Ave store, my entire experience went smoothly and without a hitch! I now have a beautiful new kitchen with countertops that get noticed! All I can say is I definitely made the right choice working with the Stone Center!

We are putting Cambria in our new home. The Stone Center has been a wonderful addition to our building team. Highly recommended.

Went here to swap out my granite island counter for quartz. They showed me color choices; either $120/sq ft or $140 installed. Fine. They sent a guy to my house to measure. Very professional. Told me that they could also give me a new free sink since that would make the installation easier. I asked about the faucet and the garbage disposal. Would there be a problem? No; they take care of everything. Well, when i went to the store to sign the papers and pay suddenly i am informed that the $120 has become $135/sq ft because i didnt purchase enough square footage. In addition there is a sheet about preparation for the install. Item 1 on the sheet is that all plumbing must be disconnected before they arrive. This means 2 plumber visits; before and after to rehook. That is a scheduling nightmare to say nothing of additional expense. So i walked away; i suggest you stay clear of them as well.
