Writing this review on the NEW Dell Inspirion 15 laptop I just bought from CRAIGs. Took my 8 year old Dell in, which was determined to have a bad motherboard. I was already prepared to buy a new laptop anyway, but was so impressed with CRAIGs service and professionalism, not to mention the very competitive prices he had on new laptops, that I simply bought one from him. I also bought a remote DVD writer at a very competitive price as well.CRAIGs also salvaged all of my old data, settings, folders and bookmarks, and applied them to my new Dell. SWEET !!! Just another service they offer.I have been to other computer repair businesses, and have had both good and bad experiences. CRAIGs was by far one of the best due to the professionalism, communication, value and overall customer service.If you are in the market for a computer (or even repair), at a minimum, give the local guys a shot. You might be surprised.Remember, the big box retailers do not offer you any service on what you buy from them. And from what I have found (and purchased), CRAIGs offers the same and possibly better. Again, keep it local, as it could be your neighbor your supporting.

Brought in a laptop on Monday that needed an upgrade to Windows 10 and to determine why it wasnt connecting to my home network. Picked it up Wednesday morning and Craig told me everything did not go smoothly as they needed to find workarounds to get Windows 10 installed properly. But when I brought it home and connected it to my network, all went well. I couldnt be more satisfied with the work he did and the price was beyond fair. Highly recommend.

I brought in my Samsung laptop and the keyboard and mouse worked perfectly fine!! We even looked through the computer together while I was present. I brought it in to have them clean the hard drive. When I got my Laptop back the mouse was broken and spacebar they claim it was like that when I brought it in. They knew it was fine because I told them we stood together when I brought it in. They swindled me and told me they could replace it for a few hundered $$ I just paid them $200. For repairs! I was not going to pay them for what they damaged! I had to go buy a whole new computer. CRAIG DONT EVER ASK ME TO VOTE FOR YOU EVER AGAIN FOR BEST COMPUTER COMPANY YOUR NOT IN MY EYES! TAKE ME OFF YOUR EMAIL LIST AS WELL!

My laptop key had fallen off, so I took it here to see if it was possible to snap the key back on. Without even looking at my laptop, he said he couldnt do it and that I would have to replace the whole keyboard. Well I reached into my bag to grab my laptop so he could at least see it, and he stopped me, and told me he has never been able to get a key back on. Well, I was not going to spend $$$ to get my whole keyboard replaced, so I took it home and tried to fix it myself. An hour was spent trying to figure it out, but I eventually got the key back on. I do not know a thing about fixing laptops, and yet I was able to learn how to do it myself (and yet, he claims he has NEVER been able to do it?). The man at the desk could had been able to do it if he just had the decency to at least take a look at the laptop Instead of immediately telling me no.

These guys get 5 stars and the blue ribbon for my experience with them. I have a refurbished laptop that has not been working well. I took it to another place that was closer and they barely looked at it, said it was just old. Drove a little further to Craigs and they looked at it made suggestions and did the work in about 24 hours. When I was having trouble installing my printer, I called them, they did screen sharing and took care of it for me. Very polite and helpful and patient.

Craig Computer Service is the only computer service provider I will use. In my line of work it is critical that when computer service is needed that I have a trusted resource with excellent service that can get the job done. Craig and his team truly amazed me. I heard he was a straight shooter and great with every single person, and that is exactly what I experienced! He didn’t push for unnecessary additions that would end up costing so much more and he easily took care of the problems. I respect him for his work ethics and for how he treated each customer that came in and called while I was there. I will never go to another location!

Craig is the bomb! We had a weird problem with my laptop a few years ago and he diagnosed it and didnt charge anything (if he doesnt fix it theres no charge) Turns out it was user error! (oops)More recently, I had an issue with a computer that froze up. They repaired it and make it work better than it has worked for years.... and it was only $54.... yeah... $54!! WOW.... thats AMAZING! (other places charge that much to tell you they CANT help you)

Brought my laptop in, as a driver failed. Had locked me in at the password screen. The wifi was turned off so there was no way to unlock my computer. I felt that they were a little pricey to charge $100 for data recovery. They also had to reinstall Windows for another $100. Overall i would reccomend as this place was friendly and competent in there jobs and they fixed my $1,200 laptop.

I upgraded to a Galaxy S8 from a S5 and after upgrading my computer would not connect to my mobile hotspot. I tried a bunch of different things on my own that did not work, so i took it to Craig Computer Service and 20 minutes later the problem was fixed. I thought I was going to have to return my phone or buy a new laptop, but all I needed was an external WiFi adapter for $40 which fixed my problem. I will recommend Craig Computer Service to everyone! Thank you Craig!

A family member brought me their laptop that needed a battery replacement. I ordered the replacement battery. After receiving it in the mail, I looked at the instructions and thought, Man, that looks really complicated. I dont want to attempt swapping out the battery my self. I brought it to Craig Jurczewsky and he was able to install the new battery and return it in working order in just a few days. He charged a very reasonable fee and even cleaned up the laptop screen and keyboard. I couldnt be happier with the service I received.
