She explained all the ins and outs of the car and worked with us to get the best deal available. Since the car was not at the lot, she coordinated with their other locations to get it to us. I normally don’t write reviews but i went to get a car wash and at the end of the service an employee walked inside supposedly calling my name “white CRV!?” so I said, “is it for Varynda (Va-rin-da)?” the employee said “i don’t know i guess it was something like that” with an eye roll.i know i have an uncommon name, but the fact that i did not get respect by just being called by my name or a simple “have a good day” at the end of my service was enough for me to not want to go back.

I stopped by a couple of months ago and they tried to get me into an F150 pickup truck at a 10 percent interest and a payment at $725.00 a month. They told me its the best deal in town and wouldnt let me leave the door without taking the deal. Finally, I had to head to the bathroom to get away from their pushy salesmen. Im better off getting a BMW at that price and driving in style. Once again, theyre a bunch of conman from the bottom all the way to the top with their manager Matt Engelland. Beware stay away from these guys and go somewhere else thats all I have to say .

They take care of you and they let you know how long it will take to service your vehicle. They also have wonderful service attendees that give you the full run down of what they did to your vehicle. They are planning on getting a bigger and newer car wash so they can do car washes after they have serviced your vehicle at no cost to you, unless you want more detailing.

Ronnie made the process simple and painless. I was able to do most of the work with Ronnie over the phone. Only had to be in the dealership for less than an hour to sign the paperwork and pick up the vehicle.

Purchased 2006 toy hauler, that was supposed to be in great working condition and clean . Take it to the Sioux empire fair that day. Hook it up, it leaks water, call them back and they will fix it, Awesome. So keep camper till that Tuesday and drop off with their fixers. The water heater needs replaced, holding tank is broke and theres a crack in the shower, not to mention we found a big soft spot in the floor right after signing the papers. Now 46 days Ive owned it Ive only had it 6 days total. Get it back and everything is fixed but soft floor, ok, then look at shower. Shower looks like a 6 year old did it, not only that, they used garage vinyl base trim to surround the top of the shower and smeared caulk all over it and cut the whole in the wrong spot for faucet. I would have never accepted this from a business, let alone paid whoever did this. Now I hafta pay someone to redo a brand new surround on a just purchased camper that once again wont be in my possession. Ridiculous. Would post pics but it wont let me.

I was in a pretty bad car accident from someone pulling out in front of me on a highway back in January of this year. It took me until the end of March to get my car back, and after fighting nonstop with the insurance companies on the huge loss I took on my car they said they wanted something signed and stated by the car dealership... I said okay, that is fine, I took my car in here and I asked for the used sales manager, he came walking up and I explained to him everything that had happened, his response was to look at me in the eye and laugh at me and say, Im not looking to buy ... that was the customer service I got from them after I had bought the vehicle back in august of 2018.Also, after I had gotten my car back from their body shop, my airbag light kept coming on and flashing at me along with my tire light. I talked to Tyler over at their body shop and he said he would reach out to the service techs at the dealership and have them take a look at it for me, I was fine with that, so after I was off work I brought it in and they almost denied me to even look at it, and after some other tech piped up he said I talked to Tyler earlier and he never said anything about an airbag light, so then the guy helping us said he would not look into but instead said he would help fix my tire light. My fiancé and I went into the waiting room and after about 5-10 minutes he came out and kind of laughed and said that the light was on because there was too much air in my tires so he let some air out and just reseted the light, my fiancé worked at Luxury Auto Mall, was working in the quick lube then was promoted to the BMW service writer, he knew instantly how slacked off this service was and how poorly we were treated. That is why I am never bringing my car there again for any maintenance again.Nor will I ever buy another vehicle from them again.
