I want to say the people that work with you here are very understanding of your situation. When I brought my car in and told them my problem they figured it would take a few hours and we had agreed on a price. Come to find out that wasn’t the issue and they had to order the part and it was not going to be in for a few days. So they gave me a loner for the time being not to mention a very nice loner. I live a hour away so I went back and we talked over the few days. They got the part and that wasn’t the issue as well. So at this point the technicians service managers wife had the same car as me and he wanted to compare the two to find the problem. So after about a week and several hours of time put into this vehicle to find out the problem he found it. So I’m thinking this is going to be a hefty bill. He calls me let’s me know he found the problem and proceeds to tell me that we agreed on a price and that he was gonna keep that promise and added just a little bit more to it but not much only because he absolutely had to. These guys have gone above and beyond to help me with my problems and have been great with me. If I could give 10 stars I would, thank you guys!!!

I went for update to Cadillac cue and booked a month in advance. When I showed up they said they did not have my number so could not tell me in advance that they did not have a complimentary car for the day. No big deal but the first red flag because they read my number out of their system to me five minutes later and I was receiving text reminders about my appointment. I did not care about the second car but why lie? Then after keeping my car for 7 hours they told me they did not have my vin number ahead of time (also a lie) so they did not have the part and did not do the update. Why was I not informed of this when I showed up in the morning for my appointment. I never got any work done but had pieces of the interior missing and pulled out of the car plus the carpets were soaking wet. They were supposed to detail it but that also did not get done and when I took it to a different detail shop the next day they were appalled at how my carpets were left soaking and the car was not cleaned at all. My car was completely disrespected. I was not charged for anything but why was my car kept all day and why did I pick it up in worse shape than when I dropped it off? Very disappointed and not trustworthy of service.

Ryan was exceptionally good at customer service. He went above and beyond to meet our needs. I had a Total Knee Replacement 5 days prior to my visit. Ryan accommodated my limited mobility by bringing a loaner car right into the service bay. Luxury Auto Mall of Sioux Falls (which is the only Mercedes Benz Dealership in 4 states) was the only Mercedes Dealer from Minneapolis West that was willing to work in our Mercedes Sprinter RV in less than a month. Our air conditioner had stopped working for the third time in 3 years and the temperature was over 100 as we traveled on an across the country trip. They ordered the necessary part before we arrived, let us stay in their secure parking lot, and provided electricity. They fixed it correctly the first time, let us use a loaner for the day and could not have been more helpful or competent. I wish they were located near us so we could use them for all of our mechanical needs!

I had a problem on my new camper with Mercedes power. Camper dealer had no clue, took it to luxury motors. Very helpful staff in the service department was able me to determine there were recalls that should have been addressed by the camper dealer before delivering a new unit. The recalls were done by Luxury Motors in a timely fashion and I am now a happy camper.The facility is clean and bright. I have been in dirtier hospitals than the service department.Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. While there I fell in love with a SUV on the lot, but....

I brought my Unity RV in to Mercedes for its 20,000 mile service. I had scheduled the appointment well in advance so as to be sure to find a date that would accommodate my schedule. They were ready and waiting when I arrived and we reviewed what needed to be done (a lot). They gave me an estimated time for completion and I proceeded to spend the day with family. The serviceman called about halfway through to explain and request permission to do some additional time-sensitive recommendations. Even with that, the unit was done two hours early! They explained everything they did again when I came to pick it up, and were very patient with me even when I called back and asked a question the following day.

It took over a month for them to service the car. The bill was almost double what they had quoted. They did not call me back. They said they detailed the car but with just a quick look I found a mouse nest. They were supposed to go through the car and fix anything they found but the passenger window didnt work when I got it back. It was missing the drivers side mirror when they returned it. The mirror was on the vehicle when I delivered it.

We had a very pleasant experience with our recent car purchase. Worked with Bob who showed me what I came for and listened when I expressed the vehicle wasnt the right fit. On the fly he walked me through the lot to see if there was something else that might work and found me the right fit. It didnt feel pressured and I appreciate not having to haggle on the sales price. They were generous with our trade in value and got us an even better rate for financing than what we had lined up prior to coming in. Ive visited other dealerships where the finance person pushes warranties on you and doesnt take no for an answer and that was not the case here. They were great at listening to what I wanted and didnt want. Car shopping on my own can be a nightmare but this was not the case here. Definitely will consider again on our next purchase.

I custom ordered a 2022 BMW X2 M35i, and this dealership went above and beyond to make sure this was hassle-free. My Sales Rep, Jeff Charbonneau was truly and absolutely amazing! His communication levels were Superman-like; quick, fast, and efficient. He always made sure to keep me appraised where the vehicle was in production. He even secured a loaner vehicle for me when the arrival date was behind schedule. They want to be good and give good service but just always fall short. They did take care of what I needed and that was great but after receiving the car the trunk was covered in caked on dirt. It must have been caught in the grease that they may have used for the sun roof. It’s things like this that don’t push them to a luxury auto level.

I asked for the $29.95 oil change, ended up costing me over $40.00 with no explanation as to why and that was after I waited an extended time because they didnt realize they didnt have an oil filter for my vehicle until after the oil was drained. They didnt take the time to reset the service interval on my vehicle after they did the service. They were friendly enough.

Luxury always does top notch window tinting. I highly recommend them for this service. It was a little hard to find my service advisor, I waited at his desk for almost 10 minutes before another advisor came over and helped me out.I would come there to get my windows tinted again, but Im glad I dont have to do it often.

Had problems with doors looking me out and needed oil change. I got there at 9:30. I said I was busy tell noon . When I got back they said it was harder then expected. That it could take till 3 or 4. I asked if they would take me to Costco. They said no problem. They would call when done. I just got to Costco and they call found problem but didnt have parts. They said they would do the oil change and come get me. When they called to pick me up they had found the part in town and fixed everything very happy on my part.

BEWARE - Using the NICE Express Purchase online does not mean you are actually purchasing the vehicle. This is very deceptive. We gave them our personal info through the Checkout and received an email stating Congratulations! Your order is processing. However the vehicle was sold a week ago and is still listed on their site. DO NOT USE THE NICE EXPRESS PURCHASE - Call them instead. This is nothing more than a way for them to get your personal info. And when the salesman called to say it was sold, he had the nerve to ask if there was another vehicle we were interested in.

My tire blew and left me with a flat immediately. I hobbled off 12th street right by LAM and called to see if they could get me in. Brian was awesome and able to have the service department get my spare on for the time being and ordered a new tire that was there in no time. After applying for a credit application and finalizing all the necessary steps, they tell me oh we’re so sorry the vehicle was supposed to be listed for $69991. All I’m left with is an inquiry on my report, which I’m not sure they can even take off.Called the dealership, manager is away. Salesperson responds “Sorry I don’t know who’s fault it is.”Just a joke, avoid if possible.

I was in Sioux Falls for a family emergency, traveling up from Houston, TX. Toward the end of the trip North, the AC started acting up and not necessarily cooling. I had just spend several MB bucks on the AC prior to COVID quarantine in 2020 on this 2012 ML550. I called Luxury Auto and spoke with Travis Dirito. All appointments were booked through the weekend and I was leaving town to head back to TX on Saturday morning. I couldnt bear the idea of the AC going out on the trip back to hot weather. Travis worked magic and got my SUV in and the mechanics figured out the problem. End result was cold air coming back to Houston! AND the cost was so reasonable! Luxury Auto didnt take advantage of the fact Id have paid anything to have AC going home.Travis had no way of knowing that in Houston, my husband and I have owned only MBs for decades, including AMGs and an RV. We get in when we call our service provider in TX. Yet, here I was with our oldest MB and Travis treated me like I truly mattered to him as a MB customer regardless of the vehicle I was in or that I hopefully will not be a repeat customer.Kudos to Travis, Tina (for assisting me), and Luxury Auto. I recently went to Luxury in search of a new car. I had been spoiled with buying from another local dealership for many years that my husband had work for and the process was so seamless. So when deciding to look else where I was nervous that this was going to be one of those long processes where Id be sitting at the dealership all day. We stopped by on a whime on night they gave us an amazing quote on my trade and I texted our salesman Brendin about the cadillac I had been eyeing the next morning and said Ill take it. I did the online application and later that afternoon I stopped down and picked up my new vehicle. I was in and out in about and hour. It was awesome. Had a engine error code while in Rapid City SD and a misfire in one or more of the cylinders. Vehicle was towed to Luxury where Tina in service did an impeccable job of communicating with me and the technician at Luxury who diagnosed the problem and corrected it. We had a great experience with Doug Vogel and the staff at Luxury Auto Mall of Sioux Falls! They were very informative and were not aggressive with the sale or any of the additional warranty options on our 21 Escalade Sport. They made the whole process smooth, easy and comfortable. Im sure well have the Cadillac for quite some time but would definitely recommend them if anybody is in the market for a new or used vehicle!

Left my car this morning and was able to receive a loaner. Several hours later my car was repaired. Everything was completed to my satisfaction. The service dept washed and vacuumed my car upon my arrival. Tina did a super job corridanting my repairs.What more could you ask for.

My car was towed in for what could have been transmission issues. Diagnostics said no big deal so we did annual service & were able to pick up the car on a Saturday. Great communication & service!
