I had applied for pre-approval online and got a response right away. Jeff was always quick to respond and was very knowledgeable. I was able to test drive a vehicle for a couple days (mainly due to having to work 12 hour shifts and wasnt able to bring the vehicle back within operating hours) which was very convenient! What really blew me away is that since I didnt want to be late for work, I was able take the vehicle to work and Jeff came to me for me to sign the purchase papers! Definitely made the whole car finding process very easy and non-stressful!

Awful experience.Test drove a Subaru that was unsafe after they had inspected it as safe. Front right wheel vibrated badly at speed.When told about it, they said they would look at it, 40 plus minutes later I was informed they still never looked at it even though they knew I was waiting on the diagnosis to possibly do a car dealI left. I advise you not to even go there....awful.

I just purchased my beautiful 4Runner from Robert Laberge at this dealership. I would suggest if you are planning a trip to the dealership… You call ahead of time and ask for Robert. This was hands-down...the easiest, least stressful, And most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. And because I am a complete gearhead and car lover… I have purchased quite a few vehicles. Specifically informed dealership that the van needed to accommodate a 6 foot long stretcher which requires removing middle seats. Toyota states that removing the seats may void the warranty.Ive repeatedly contacted the dealership and Toyota to resolve this issue. Presently I have a $43,000 minivan that I purchased specifically to do ADA compliant transports that cant be used to do ADA transports as the seats are non-removable.Neither Toyota or the dealership will allow a refund. I was sold a $43,000 van under the guise that I could take the seats out and do ADA compliant transports.Toyota has created an issue/dilemma that could simply be resolved with an airbag bypass switch but they would rather hide behind their warranties and policies.The customer is job number one is a philosophy long gone. It is now our job to distrust the salesperson, the dealership and the manufacturer and to scrutinize every aspect of the purchase, product, manufacturer and get it in writing.Toyota is unwilling to authorize their own certified service technicians to remove the seats. Toyota authorizes certain mobility companies to make major modifications but they wont authorize their own service technicians to remove 4 bolts and securely place a $3 resister.Toyota has set a policy that does not allow consumers to comply with ADA guidelines.The dealership and the manufacturers policy is we dont do refunds and you cant modify the vehicle by removing the seats.Simply stated, I purchased a minivan to do ADA compliant transports and was sold a $43,000 van that cant do ADA compliant transports that I cant get a refund on.

In the past Toyota Financial was great to work with, however, this time they were disappointing, we signed paperwork for 3.49 percent and the next day we were contacted saying they wanted over 4 percent so we ended up having to resign paperwork to go through Wells Fargo. I use Billion exclusively and not just because I have a Toyota. People tell me Billion is more expensive than other mechanics, so I tried 2. The first left me hanging without a car for a week and never bothered to tell me they were waiting on a part. I reclaimed my car, took it to Billion and got it back the same day. The second ‘fixed’ my car, and then I had to take it to Billion to get it refixed. Billion always gets my vehicle done quickly and it always works when they are done. And they only need to do it once.

Took almost exactly the amount of time the dealership told me it would take. They said 2 hours, it took 1 hour 55 minutes to do an alignment and 2 recalls, one being replace the low pressure fuel pump on my Tacoma. They didnt pressure me to do anything else. No check engine light after my visit and truck drives like it should.

Avoid about any Billion Auto you can. Unless you have a long standing relationship with a salesman you can potentially trust. Extremely high turn over rate. Good luck having the same salesman next time. Because theyll probably be gone within a month.

I posted my original review under Billion Auto - Nissan and did not notice that I actually received two invitations for review because I purchased my vehicle from Billion Toyota but my salesperson was from Billion Nissan.Perhaps it is because of this that nobody has followed up with me regarding my good, not great experience. I even called the customer experience department who listened to me (somewhat disinterestedly) and was assured I would hear back...I have not. I feel it is necessary to post a revised review under the appropriate store now.So, to be fair, my experience with my salesperson was good. I have worked with Anthony before and am happy with the way he does business. My experience with Billion Toyota, however, was less than ideal. Two days prior to my purchase I made an appointment to view and test drive the vehicle. When I drove to the dealership I discovered the vehicle was not even on the lot. It was loaned out for somebody who was having their vehicle serviced after I had made an appointment. I was offered to work the deal anyway but who wants to work a deal on a vehicle sight-unseen? I was assured that we should be able to make a good deal as used cars are moving fast and trade-ins are even getting more than their usual value. I returned two days later and suddenly that pitch had changed. They were asking a premium price (roughly $1500 above NADA book for a very clean dealer vehicle) and, in my opinion, they low-balled my trade in. The manager was extremely inflexible. At one point I was told the sale price simply would not change. I knew and disclosed that I purchased my trade-in with minor hail damage and this was stated to be the reason for the significant decrease in trade-in value. I understand that this affects resale but Im discovering at this point that my purchased vehicle has nearly the same amount of minor hail damage which is quite upsetting. I wish I had noticed this during the deal because of course it was not pointed to me. Adding insult to injury, my car was listed my trade-in for $5000 over my trade-in a week later. While working the deal, I at one point was able to get an additional $1000 for trade, or so I thought. I found it a poor tactic that they ultimately stated they would EITHER give an additional $1000 on top of my trade in OR repair the items on the vehicle that were damaged (items that should not have been a problem in the first place for the premium price they were asking - a cracked bumper, a cracked and water damaged fog light that doesnt function, and a tear in the rear window tint that was very clearly due to the removal of tape from a dealer plate). I wound up making the purchase because I really did want this model and trim level and was satisfied that they at least would be repairing the damaged items. I drove it home with dead bugs still on the bumper (no wash?), a black mark on the headlight from inspection (attention to detail?), and a less than half full tank of gas (Not guaranteed but always makes one feel better about a purchase). Also I was given somebody elses paperwork on my way out the door (again, where is the attention to detail?). I was told that the service department would be contacting me to get the repairs done. It has been over 5 weeks now and I have zero confidence that my parts have even been ordered.Two stars well earned.I feel two stars is fair.

I contacted Billion Automotive and within 10 minutes a car sales man called me back . He was very nice asked what i was looking for , i already had a quote from another dealer in a different town . He found a car for me , called me back with a FAMAZING deal and couldn’t pass up . He got to know me and why i chose a Highlander 2021 . They saved me with down payment , first car payment and 183.00 a month cheaper on a three year lease . This all was between 11am and 7 pm . The next Morning at 10 am they were on the road delivering my brand new Highlander to me , it was a three hour drive . We signed the papers and it all took 10 minutes max . Once i received my car my salesman called me personally and i told him i loved the car , and thanks for making my car purchase a very pleasant one not a one that we normally dread . Happy Customer

I selected this dealership and my salesperson based on the reviews I read online. After having started the process of buying a new car, I started to think I had made a good choice. Now, after completing the process, I know I made a good choice! The Sioux Falls location worked out well for me. I chose to call Jeff Larson as my salesperson based on the good reviews I read online. My wife was listening to my end of the initial phone call with Jeff and after I hung up the phone, she said: I think youve made a new friend! I thought about her comment for a couple seconds and said I think you are right! Jeff has a way to make you feel like you are his instant friend! After working/talking with Jeff I even started calling him friend! In my case I was looking for a specific car (Highlander), a specific trim package (Platinum) and specific colors for the interior and exterior. Jeff searched their inventory only to inform me that he didnt have the specific car on hand, but then suggested he look at cars the dealership had pre-ordered and found two that closely matched my requests. We looked at the details of the two cars, picked one and then put some money down on it so the dealership would hold it for us until it was built and delivered. Now that the process is completed and we are happily driving our new car, I can honestly say that Jeff Larson and Billion Toyota would easily be my “go-to” sales person and my preferred dealership. We felt like we were treated well by both Jeff and Billion Auto.
