I needed a sensor replaced quickly, and Scott and his crew delivered. I was only in the waiting area (very nice, btw) for about an hour and a half as they replaced the sensor, made a modification, and replaced the hood latch per a Nissan notice. They also took the time to test drive my car to ensure everything worked as expected. I truly appreciate the speed and experience provided by Billion. Thank you!

I was at the dealerships service department for an oil change. They completed it quickly as well as the inspection and found one of the tire had a bit more wear then the front one, they let me know they were going to switch the two tires for safety reasons. Both times I have been here have resulted in quick and professional service.

Mike Smith was our salesman. He did a great job. He was very knowledgeable about the Rogue. He has the type of personality that we like in a salesman. A lot of salesmen drive us away but Mike made us want to stick with working out a deal. Mike’s followed up has been helpful and appreciated. We found the perfect truck for my teenage son at Billion Nissan. From start to finish the experience was great! The car salesman (Chad) was very thorough and answered all of our questions. The trading in of my son’s car towards the purchase of his truck went so smoothly. The manager (Harley) made the buying experience so fun and easy. . The finance guy (Matt) had us in and out of there as we signed the final paperwork. They all worked well as a team at Billion Nissan. I highly recommend them. They also have a nice complimentary beverage center and popcorn.

Our experience with Billion Nissan was great. Our salesman, Alex, was helpful polite and professional. We never felt rushed or pushed into anything. We are happy with the used truck that we purchased. Its working out well for my husband, who has a difficult time finding just the right vehicle due to multiple back surgeries. The price was in our budget. There was no going back and forth on the price. Thank you Alex, and the finance person.A LONG time ago I had sort of a bad experience with Billions. So glad we decided to look there this time. We will definitely shop there again when we need to look for another vehicle.

I was dreading going in to renew our lease. These things always seem to take forever and I’m not really a “car” person.If I had only known the customer service, amazing treatment and general jovial atmosphere we would come across- I would have been knocking at their door much earlier to get into my beautiful 2021 Nissan Rogue. Josh, our sales consultant and Aaron our finance manager were the best. I Would recommend working with them or heck, just going and chatting with them.They were helpful, professional and I’m pretty sure they are my new best friends now. Weird for them to find out like this. Happy with the purchase of our Nissan Sentra. Bitter about the automatic $2200 upcharge for a new car. I want to get a new Tundra or F-250, but will probably take my business elsewhere because of this. This is the 4th vehicle I have bought from Billion and this upcharge is a somewhat new thing I guess.

Ian Kumerow called us, as he usually does when they need a used vehicle in good shape and low mileage, to determine if we were interested in trading for a newer model. This is the 4th Nissan product weve purchased and the third from Ian. We have been pleased with the deals that Ian has made with us and love the Nissan products. We had Nissan Muranos in the past, but this time purchased a Nissan Rogue. There was no pressure from Ian on any of the decisions. He explained thoroughly how are decisions would effect sale price, financing, etc. Ians explanations were the same as what we heard when we signed the papers when we signed the financial paperwork. We had occasion to talk with the manager who was also very nice and helped explain a few things, too. Were completely pleased with the staff at Billion Nissan here in Sioux Falls.

Working with the people at Nissan in Sioux Falls was a great experience. My wife and I went in not knowing exactly what we wanted, and wanted to drive some new vehicles and some old ones from multiple makes. It was a great experience because we were able to drive what we wanted and then took our favorite vehicle to other Billion dealerships and test drive other vehicles to compare. We were able to take the car home for lunch and grab are kids and take them for a drive. When we were finished we decided to look at some used vehicles as well. Our original salesperson Mike Smith was able to help us look at those vehicles as well and never once swayed us to the newer more expensive vehicles, and never talked bad about another make. Some vehicles he even complimented more on. In the end we went with the new Rouge, and between Mike and the sales manager Conrad we were able to get what we wanted and a little bit more. The whole sales staff and everyone working there was friendly and was smiling saying hello but never being pushy asking us if we needed anything.

The original post follows this edit/update.Edit/update: Following my review, I was asked to contact the customer care department because firstly, they stated they had no record of such a sale which is clearly untrue and secondly, they claim they want every customer to have a five star experience. The gentleman I spoke with was unfamiliar with my experience and review. He listened (seemingly with disinterest) and claimed he would discuss with his manager. I have not yet received a follow-up call. Furthermore, I noticed yet another issue with delivery of the vehicle as the black marks that are applied to the headlight to verify they were checked for DOT approval were not removed from the vehicle either. And as long as I am recalling these events, I could note that on my way out the door, I was handed the wrong paperwork and was allowed to walk out with another customers personal information. I only realized this because I needed the loan amount for my bank and checked before leaving.The original review begins here:Good not great.To be upfront and fair, my experience with my salesperson was great. I have worked with Anthony twice to purchase both mine and my wifes last vehicles. I got the car I wanted for a premium price... Roughly $1500 above NADA book. I was happy to pay it because the car was in great condition with a few exceptions that the dealer agreed to make right.The reason I gave a 3 star review is in the details. 2 days before I made my purchase I made an appointment to view and test drive the vehicle. I drove out to the dealership and when I arrived the vehicle was nowhere to be found and we discovered it was out on loan for somebody getting their car serviced. The salesperson offered to work the deal anyway but I did not plan to work a deal on a car unseen. 2 days later I made a deal, although the manager was quite stubborn over the price and I had to fight to make an agreement to fix a cracked bumper, torn window tint, and a chipped/water damaged fog light to make the price fit the car. Lastly, when I did leave the lot, the car was not washed (dead bugs scattered all over the bumper) and the tank was not even topped off (I know this isnt a requirement but it sure makes the experience better for this buyer). Overall, good not great experience.

Great customer service! The auto services team was very kind and attentive to my auto needs. I had just moved to SF and drove my Nissan thousand of miles to get here. When I registered my car I was given two license plates. I had to place a license plate in the front of the car and it needed the holes drilled on the front. One of the services employee was very kind and without hesitation he assisted me and mounted my license plates for me and said there was no charge. The staff at Billion were very polite, nice and fast. Here is where my problem came in. We got the oil and filters changed and the tires rotated. After we left we noticed that the car was pulling to the right. My husband took the car back to get a front end alignment and they could not accommodate in the time frame that he needed which is fine. He asked if they could suggest a place and they did. (Thank You) My husband went to the place they suggested and got the front end alignment. The company never checked the tires because they were just rotated . Once the alignment was done the car was still pulling(which did not make any sense) They checked the tires and all four of them were Dry Rotted 😩We bought 4 new tires and was Thankful that we were not riding on the interstate and had a blow out. The thread count was good as Billion Nissan said but the inside was Rotten. Why didn’t You guys tell Us. We would have bought the tires from You. This could have cost us our lives. Grateful that it did not.
