I made the appointment in my own name with my own phone number but when I arrived the information was in my husband’s name. Annoying but not terrible except this meant he received all text notifications for updates. I had to ask him if he got any. I asked when I dropped off the car how long the service would take and was told 30-45 minutes. I left but returned within and hour and proceeded to wait unacknowledged for over an hour before finally asking for an update as even my husband hadn’t received one. It appeared my vehicle had been ready for some time. The individual I spoke with claimed they checked the waiting room but hadn’t seen me. This seems unlikely given the length of time I was there. Disappointed with them for not verifying my number at drop-off, poor communication when my car was done, and lack of effort to check in with waiting customers.

Warning billion likes to steal trades. Ordered a palisade was told one thing at time of ordering by sales person and finance manager with trade value. Went to pick it up and they did the complete opposite of what was promised with trade. Boomer the GM started yelling at me. Ive bought many vehicles from billion over the last 23 years and I will never do any business with them again.

Dealership itself is good and got in fast, my one and only complaint is that after getting it serviced, I had several deep scratches on my hood. I baby my car and somehow getting it back I noticed the scratches and immediately spoke with the service manager. He looked in to the incident but found no fault he said. Even tho I had looked over the car right before turning it into them. He did offer to have the scratches buffed out and it looked good at first. I thought it would be more permanent, but first rain storm that day took the wax off they applied and I could see the scratches again. Didnt realize that was an old temp trick for getting out scratches. My recommendation is look over your car before picking it up. I couldnt argue it more since I still had 7 hrs of road time and had wasted 3 hrs there dealing with them.

First, it is difficult to even call and get an appointment scheduled, then after finally getting an appointment, I receive a call that they need to reschedule because they are short technicians. I get an appointment for 9 a.m. a week later. At 10:40 a.m. the day of the appointment my husband is still sitting in waiting area for them to tell him the car is ready. After I let him know I had received the text to rate Billion, he went to the desk. The car had been done for nearly 50 minutes but were too busy to let him know. Seriously?Confirmation again as to why I dont like Billion.

Every experience Ive had at this dealership has been poor. Having to have warranty work done on my current vehicle (having to go back multiple times and argue with them about the issue I was having before they agreed to fix it, which took 4 separate occasions). At this point I just have my vehicle serviced at Kia. I really cant recommend Billion Hyundai OR Mazda, since theyre under the same management. I have excellent credit, and they tried to get me to sign a $570/month lease on a $31k vehicle, which is ridiculous. I got an identical vehicle from another dealership for $463. I dont even care about loosing out on the 3 years of free maintained, I will not be returning to the dealership, ever.

I wont deal with Billion ever again! Bought Valpro and century insurance when I bought my car and there is misleading information between Century and Billion. Also why does every single receipt have a $11.99 hazardous waste and shop materials charge even if none were used. Talked to 1 guy in the shop office and he said he would tell the other guy I have the insurance and I shouldnt be charged and then I was still charged. Definitely unclear prices and policies from employee to employee. Also different information from Billion and Century. Seems like once they get you to buy the policy for thousands they dont care. Also had misleading information just to schedule appointment. They tod me to call Century first, not accurate. Called several times over a week and a half left a few messages and finally I had to call to ask to speak to service manager just to schedule appointment after no return calls. Im not mad that I was charged Im mad that I was told by Century and another Billion shop employee that I wouldnt be and I think the $11.99 charge on every receipt is questionable.

They were all very helpful and knowledgeable. I thought it was going to cost me an arm and a leg to have my door handle replaced, fix my blinker and the rattling in my hatch, it was actually pretty cheap because found out a way to fix the existing parts, instead of putting new ones on. Im happy. I also liked the new video feature they have. Its good to hear and see what the mechanic worked on from the mechanic himself.

The day of my appointment my schedule had changed and I had a very short window to get the service done before I had to be at another appointment. Shawn Steele was able to get my car in and out faster than I had even expected and I did not miss my appointment. The service was great and he did an awesome job helping me out. The service department did a great job. The only suggestion I would give is to give an update after a few days, Even if it’s waiting on a part. We tend to think you forgot about us. And have more loaners available. Otherwise my experience was great! They got my car in and fixed quickly after getting the part. The courtesy driver was friendly and great! Thanks Billions!

After purchase our sales advisor tried to coach us into providing a 5 star review.At 1st service - they tried to sell us a new air filter, we did not purchase. At 2nd service, we asked if one was needed and were told it was not!At second service (scheduled in advance) it took OVER FOUR HOURS to get an oil change!! Total disrespect for our time.Even though service is provided at no charge for 30,000 miles, IT ISNT WORTH IT.If you do happen to buy a Hyundai - ask for a credit up front for the service and take it to a service facility that actually cares and is honest.

Bought a used car from them in January of 2020. Good car, decent price, no pressure salesman. However my experience after that has been less than ideal. I was initially told that there was two keys for it, but they only had one at the moment because the car came from another location. Didnt hear anything else about it so I inquired at both locations and i was told that the spare key didnt exist. They didnt offer to make me one. They didnt even bother to wash the snow off the car before I took it home.Recently I received a recall notice from Hyundai. When I brought it in I asked if they could look at a couple things while it was there. They let me know theres an $80 diagnostic fee. So I say thats fine, trusting they will handle it properly.My power mirror selector switch was broken, and something isnt quite right with my steering. I just had the alignment checked and tires rotated, so I know theres no issues there. But if Im driving on smooth straight road with my steering wheel centered it will drift to one side. If I adjust accordingly it will eventually do the same thing in the opposite direction.They told me they werent able to find any issues with the steering, and that the mirror switch would be $175 to replace. I looked at the mileage in/out and it was identical. They charged me $80 to drive my car less than a mile and tell me that the problem didnt exist. I was able to order the switch online for $12 and replace it myself with basic tools and a half hour of my time. And the real kicker is that I asked them how much it would be to have a spare key made and they simply forgot about it.Im sure whoever is reading this doesnt care one bit, but I will NEVER buy another car from Billion.

I had an urgent situation with my car and showed up unannounced in hopes of some advice or help. The team was FANTASTIC about getting me serviced THAT day and helping me out. They even had a shuttle driver take me to work out of courtesy. I was updated throughout the day by the team of what was found and what needed to be fixed. Made my appointment for service online, got there and the guy said he didnt see appointment and that it didnt go thru so i showed him the appointment details it gave me on the website and he said theyre really busy but if i left my car their all day they might be able to do it but theres no guarantee that they could do it???? very annoying especially since i made an appointment, the only day i can get it done for weeks! UPDATE : went to billion gmc buick and they got me in with no appointment and said they could have it done in 15-20 minutes. now thats how u treat ur customers!! take notes hyundai!

Very nice auto. I am a little disappointed that the car was delivered quite dirty. Black chrome dirty, dirt around doors (inside of jambs). Carpets needed a good vacuuming, windows have a smoky film on the inside, water spots all over the finish and windows.This car should have been detailed prior to delivery! Now you can see that I am fussy! I think Drake did a good job and the finance fellow was accommodating. After all of that, I do really like the Santa Fe! Dave Jacobson

The timing belt was bad. But I no more than turned onto the road and the engine chugged and almost quit. I then drove to the bank, to the library and shut it off. I did my business and the car started and ran good on the way home.It acted like there was a slug of something in the fuel or something. I hope it does not stall on the road again. Called in the morning to verify what time the parts department closes - I was told 5:30pm which is also what Google and their website shows. I showed up at ~5:15pm because I work until 5. Parts department doors are locked and nobody is to be seen inside. A nice gentleman was in the service bay and informed me that they were gone. Why tell customers you close at 5:30pm but employees leave at 5? Ive been here plenty of times and have generally had decent service but fighting through 5 o clock traffic for a few miles just to show up with the doors locked before closing time doesnt make me happy. I think Google and the website should be updated.

If I could give negative stars I would. We bought a car from them. They were going to have us drive in expired paper plates and did not care if we were to get pulled over on them. When we refinanced it they told us the new first payment date would be 45 days from the new refinancing. They lied and we had to come up with money to pay it from the original date. My family and I will NEVER buy from here again and I will tell everyone I know not to buy from them. They are awful.

We needed our oil changed while travelling back home to Virginia to keep it under warranty. After calling several places explaining our dilemma we were told it would be 3 to 12 days for an appointment. We took a chance and stopped at Billion Hyundai in Sioux Falls South Dakota and Jordan Vogel said no problem. It was mid afternoon and we still had 200 miles to go that day but he worked us in and we were on our way in one and a 1/2 hours. My 2020 Hyundai Palisade broke down on my way home from South Dakota and I had it towed to Billion Hyundai on a Saturday.After explaining that I was traveling from SD to MO, they immediately gave me a loaner vehicle and made sure I was on my home.Shaun was consistently in communication with me, letting me know what exactly was happening and what repairs needed to be done.
