I made the appointment in my own name with my own phone number but when I arrived the information was in my husband’s name. Annoying but not terrible except this meant he received all text notifications for updates. I had to ask him if he got any. I asked when I dropped off the car how long the service would take and was told 30-45 minutes. I left but returned within and hour and proceeded to wait unacknowledged for over an hour before finally asking for an update as even my husband hadn’t received one. It appeared my vehicle had been ready for some time. The individual I spoke with claimed they checked the waiting room but hadn’t seen me. This seems unlikely given the length of time I was there. Disappointed with them for not verifying my number at drop-off, poor communication when my car was done, and lack of effort to check in with waiting customers.
