I have taken my 2012 Traverse and 2018 Ram and several other vehicles for service at the Dodge Chrysler Dealership for years now and have always been pleased with the experience. The staff are accommodating and keep me well informed as to the status of my repairs.They do offer a oil change deal that you may not be aware of which is 4 oil changes for $100.00 dollars. Only on the vehicle you purchased the oil changes for as it’s not allowed to be transferred.I had to go out of town in 2018 to purchase my 2018 Ram as the salesman talked or tried to talk me out of purchasing the 2018 Ram. I don’t think they had any in stock. That experience I will never forget. I told the dealership of my experience and they never contacted me again to find inquire about my experience with that salesman.

The two Ladies that greet you when you walk in are very friendly. Tim Cohen was straight forward (no salesman games) and very knowledgeable. Took my wifes Jeep Grand Cherokee to get new tires. As far as that goes every thing was fine. When I checked the invoice a wheel alignment was not performed. The tires wear pattern clearly showed an alignment was needed. Had leave the vehicle there to get an alignment. Thankfully all of the work was performed in one day.

Having gone many places for an oil change in the past, I have to say that Ill only be using Billion Dodge for a few reason going forward. Easy to work with and effecient. Even if there is a huge line for express they are calm and give you a good estimate of time to complete. For me, I work close enough to just leave it and come back whenever. But the feeling of being at a dealership with amenities and comfort if needed is nice. It used to be that going to a dealership meant paying more for things like oil change, not any more. Definitely seems like they are one of the cheapest options to take your car to for oil changes/express lubes. Great experience every time I go to Billion.

Very disappointed. I had tire rotation & oil changed scheduled. They didnt do the rotation even though I paid for it. If I hadnt checked I would have been ripped off. The tech was asked in front of me and he said he got distracted and they didnt do the rotation. I showed the front desk person how bad the tires were and he agreed so I had to wait again to have that done. Poor final check system on Billions Service part.

Very poor communication between sales and service. Car was there for 4 days and 4 different people called/texted me wondering why it was there πŸ™ƒthis was all after they supposedly assigned a team to work on it (team leader was on vacation). Also purchased a 2008 Subaru Tribeca with approximately 110000 miles on it (price 8500$approx) immediately having problems (electrical&mechanical) I brought my concerns to a sales manager(Jim) based out of Mitchell (I even said I’d trade up)he said they’d definitely work with me, not long after that conversation he stopped (ghosted me) answering/returning my calls (I was always polite) customer service gave me another sales manager based out of Sioux Falls he also stated he’d work with me with the same results, meaning he also ghosted me😐 pathetic. Had to wait an hour for oil change and Valpro reapplication (which was not done)2) Asked 2 people in the service department (2 prior to service, 1 of the same people after service) about the requested Valpro reapplication. Awful experience. Would not recommend. Brought my vehicle in with a tire sensor that was not reading. Was told by the dealership that all 4 sensors were good. They reset my sensors and got the rear sensor working. However, a front sensor happened to go out while they were test driving my vehicle. The dealership was aware of this and told me they could replace the front sensor and have it reset again for an additional $130... so $95 later I picked my vehicle up with the exact same problem I brought it to the dealership with.Waste of my money and my time.

I had my vehicle worked on and ended up with a radio that did not work. When I questions them about it they agreed to replace the radio. They did replace the radio but not with the upgrade that has been done on the radio. So I ended up with a radio that was back to the standard radio it came with. Very unorginized... was told they could patch my tire with in 30 mins but it took more like 3 hrs. Told me they had 4 loaners i could use but when i requested they informed me they dont know where the loaners went? So no loaner! Initially I would have given our experience a 1 star rating. My husband and I stopped in to look at trucks, and met Chase. He didn’t meet us though as he never asked us for our names. While there, we test drove a Ram 2500 that was mostly what we wanted, but lacked some features and came with others we didn’t care about. Instead of helping us understand what certain features did or were capable of (I.e. functional use of the Ram Boxes) β€” he said, β€œwell, I tell people that if it’s close enough to what you want, you just have to buy it”. He also could not seem to remember we have kids, so the β€œtips” he did give us were totally impractical, he was really into telling us about his wealthy customers, and made it very clear he had β€œother customers” who he prioritized / needed to assist while with us. At the end, my husband waited 10 minutes for a business card that I only kept to ensure we never buy from him. Anyway. We went home and did more of our own research, and called back the next day. My husband worked with Travis this time, who offered a completely different experience. We initially decided that we would just β€œsettle” for what we test drove because we realized that though it didn’t have everything we wanted, we could add features later and ended up really liking the things we initially did not like. Thankfully though, Travis advised differently and helped us to custom order EXACTLY what we wanted (& then some). He was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and offered the experience you’d hope for when making a large purchase!
