I have taken my 2012 Traverse and 2018 Ram and several other vehicles for service at the Dodge Chrysler Dealership for years now and have always been pleased with the experience. The staff are accommodating and keep me well informed as to the status of my repairs.They do offer a oil change deal that you may not be aware of which is 4 oil changes for $100.00 dollars. Only on the vehicle you purchased the oil changes for as it’s not allowed to be transferred.I had to go out of town in 2018 to purchase my 2018 Ram as the salesman talked or tried to talk me out of purchasing the 2018 Ram. I don’t think they had any in stock. That experience I will never forget. I told the dealership of my experience and they never contacted me again to find inquire about my experience with that salesman.

The two Ladies that greet you when you walk in are very friendly. Tim Cohen was straight forward (no salesman games) and very knowledgeable. Jeff Klein was awesome about explaining all the gadgets and going over your new vehicle and very friendly. The finance department was quick and very friendly also.A GREAT PLACE TO BUY A TRUCK!!!!!

Took my wifes Jeep Grand Cherokee to get new tires. As far as that goes every thing was fine. When I checked the invoice a wheel alignment was not performed. The tires wear pattern clearly showed an alignment was needed. Had leave the vehicle there to get an alignment. Thankfully all of the work was performed in one day.

Jackson was very knowledgeable and efficient while helping us choose our next car. We were in and out of Billion within 30 minutes with a great idea on what we wanted to do moving forward. Good service! While passing thru town, our van started having electric problems. Billion Auto was able to work on our vehicle on short notice. Our customer service representative Eric was knowledgeable and kept us informed. And the waiting area was comfortable.

We worked with Jeff Anderson on a vehicle purchase after our other vehicle was deemed a total loss. Jeff was very quick to respond and very helpful in the process. He had us in another van that was exactly what we wanted within a day. The process was so smooth!

My salesman, Adam, was polite, friendly, and informative. I was quite disappointed at the trade-in offer from the used car appraiser. I took my truck to the Nissan dealer in SF and got $2500 more for it than Jeep offered. I encourage everyone to do the same.

Having gone many places for an oil change in the past, I have to say that Ill only be using Billion Dodge for a few reason going forward. Easy to work with and effecient. Even if there is a huge line for express they are calm and give you a good estimate of time to complete. For me, I work close enough to just leave it and come back whenever. But the feeling of being at a dealership with amenities and comfort if needed is nice. It used to be that going to a dealership meant paying more for things like oil change, not any more. Definitely seems like they are one of the cheapest options to take your car to for oil changes/express lubes. Great experience every time I go to Billion.

Very disappointed. I had tire rotation & oil changed scheduled. They didnt do the rotation even though I paid for it. If I hadnt checked I would have been ripped off. The tech was asked in front of me and he said he got distracted and they didnt do the rotation. I showed the front desk person how bad the tires were and he agreed so I had to wait again to have that done. Poor final check system on Billions Service part.

Shout out to Eric and Matt in service and everyone I interacted with at Billion Dodge. They went above and beyond to get my family back on the road on the way to Yellowstone! They were already booked full and could have just brushed me off but made the time at first just to have a look since we were far from home and then to replace the tires so we could safely continue our trip. They really had our best interests at heart and were so kind about the whole thing. It could have been a real disaster but they made sure it was just a minor delay and a good story!

Very poor communication between sales and service. Car was there for 4 days and 4 different people called/texted me wondering why it was there 🙃this was all after they supposedly assigned a team to work on it (team leader was on vacation). Also purchased a 2008 Subaru Tribeca with approximately 110000 miles on it (price 8500$approx) immediately having problems (electrical&mechanical) I brought my concerns to a sales manager(Jim) based out of Mitchell (I even said I’d trade up)he said they’d definitely work with me, not long after that conversation he stopped (ghosted me) answering/returning my calls (I was always polite) customer service gave me another sales manager based out of Sioux Falls he also stated he’d work with me with the same results, meaning he also ghosted me😐 pathetic. I see they have 1 ⭐️ on google I believe it it should be much lower. They just don’t care.

Good experience and all!! One problem is it takes so time for them to even look at it.

1) Cannot make appointments. Had to wait an hour for oil change and Valpro reapplication (which was not done)2) Asked 2 people in the service department (2 prior to service, 1 of the same people after service) about the requested Valpro reapplication. They assured me it was done. IT WAS NOT!!! Nothing on paperwork and windshield still covered with bugs. The Valpro protection was not cheap to purchase. Did NOT have time to wait another hour for them to do the requested work.3) This was NOT the 1st time the service department did not do the requested work.

Everyone here is super friendly, the service is fast, and the lobby is loaded with great snacks. Definitely would recommend!

Awful experience. Would not recommend. Brought my vehicle in with a tire sensor that was not reading. Was told by the dealership that all 4 sensors were good. They reset my sensors and got the rear sensor working. However, a front sensor happened to go out while they were test driving my vehicle. The dealership was aware of this and told me they could replace the front sensor and have it reset again for an additional $130... so $95 later I picked my vehicle up with the exact same problem I brought it to the dealership with.Waste of my money and my time.

I had my vehicle worked on and ended up with a radio that did not work. When I questions them about it they agreed to replace the radio. They did replace the radio but not with the upgrade that has been done on the radio. So I ended up with a radio that was back to the standard radio it came with. I would have to say that I would not trust them anymore with what they say. I have been going to them forever over 20 years and this is the worst service I have ever received from them. Very dissatisfied.

I felt that the decision to purchase a vehicle after my daughters accident had been portrayed as this is the only choice of a vehicle, take it or leave it, and the finance options included the ValPro expense with no option to eliminate that charge. The vehicle was inflated and would not hold its resale. When I voiced my concerns, I was told by the salesman that my daughter was super happy with this decision. I do not need someone to tell me her status when she is my daughter. I think I can figure that on my own!

I had a price on a truck on the phone/email/site and when they want me to sign the lease the price is then higher by $500 down and $8 more per month. I told them I would take it at the price we both agreed on, but they said they wont do it.Wont shop here again and it looks according to BBB I dodged a bullet.Only bad ratings on BBB.Edit: Credit score 800 and the price was after credit check.I did receive a call from the manager and he said that he didnt understand why increasing my payment by $8 per month and $500 down is lying. But then he wanted to honor my original price as long as I would lease it 6 months longer. This place is complete trash.

If you or anybody you know is looking to purchase a vehicle, Larry is your guy to go to. We were looking at a new suv, the dodge dealership didn’t have anything we were interested in and he went out of his way to look at all the other billion lots until we found a car in our price range that we were satisfied with. After having a bad experience with a different dealership in Sioux Falls Saturday morning, my wife and I drove through Billion Chrysler on our way out of town. Their inventory is impressive!! We stopped for a minute and I went inside to ask the front desk for a sales person that wasnt busy. Larry (Coach) approached me a few seconds later. I told him briefly about my morning experience that day that we were on our way out of town and I didnt have much time. He was understanding and just asked for a little info on what I am looking for my name, number and email and he said he would be in touch. After some minor glitches with cellphone communications, Larry sent me info on 4 trucks that are strong candidates and 2 more that are possibilities!! I went here for a Mopar car show. There was a lot of great vehicles there. There was about five in particular that I really thought were special and the rest were great daily drivers. They also had a General Lee on hand.

We were without a car after an accident. A rental car that our insurance plan was to have waiting for us in Sioux Falls was not there and no other car rentals had cars available so we thought we would try to buy a car so we could get back to our home in Idaho and continue our vacation. Very unorginized... was told they could patch my tire with in 30 mins but it took more like 3 hrs. Told me they had 4 loaners i could use but when i requested they informed me they dont know where the loaners went? So no loaner! Then when they called to say truck was ready i found out they didnt even fix the tire they just did a oil change i never even requested! So then i had to wait even longer for them to actualy patch my tire which was the only reason i was there! Now i had to pay for a $60 oil change i never asked for! Horrible service!

Initially I would have given our experience a 1 star rating. My husband and I stopped in to look at trucks, and met Chase. He didn’t meet us though as he never asked us for our names. While there, we test drove a Ram 2500 that was mostly what we wanted, but lacked some features and came with others we didn’t care about. Instead of helping us understand what certain features did or were capable of (I.e. functional use of the Ram Boxes) — he said, “well, I tell people that if it’s close enough to what you want, you just have to buy it”. He also could not seem to remember we have kids, so the “tips” he did give us were totally impractical, he was really into telling us about his wealthy customers, and made it very clear he had “other customers” who he prioritized / needed to assist while with us. At the end, my husband waited 10 minutes for a business card that I only kept to ensure we never buy from him. Anyway. We went home and did more of our own research, and called back the next day. My husband worked with Travis this time, who offered a completely different experience. We initially decided that we would just “settle” for what we test drove because we realized that though it didn’t have everything we wanted, we could add features later and ended up really liking the things we initially did not like. Thankfully though, Travis advised differently and helped us to custom order EXACTLY what we wanted (& then some). He was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and offered the experience you’d hope for when making a large purchase!
