Eddy “Cowboy” from auto land was an amazing salesman!! He was pleasant to talk with from the moment he introduced himself to the end of the sale. I asked for the maintenance history and he had it printed out immediately for me. He also showed the car fax information. He informed me of pricing, what the car payment would be and made sure I was comfortable with the payments. I felt no pressure to buy. I will definitely come back and I will only deal with cowboy!!!

Reached out to me about having interest in a purchasing my vehicle and were going to give me a cash offer for it. So I brought it in like they asked to check it out and they said they will give me a call back the next morning. However instead all I got is no response from anyone, and that was the manager I was working with. Havent done any other service with them but this situation really just wasted my time which is valuable to me.

Never heard of Autoland before in my life. Then I get an email and a text message from a Brian Cramer asking if I need help with a car. I asked how did you get my email and cell number and his response was just came across your information. So based on that alone, even if I did need anything they would not get my business and this all sounds sketchy.

Rod, Robert and Kyle worked diligently to diagnose the problem and fix my truck. It was a daunting task tracking down the computer issue but Kyle stuck with it and tested every module. They also treated me fairly with parts and labor costs and didnt try to tell me other things needed to be fixed on my car or up sell me on anything.

My son had an unfortunate encounter with an icy road and a ditch recently and his car just wasnt driving right. I normally do most of my own repairs, but the temps barely above zero in my garage made me a little hesitant to dig into what was wrong. I knew that it needed an alignment if nothing else so I decided to give the fine folks at Autoland a try. Ive purchased 2 vehicles there in the past and they always treated me well. Their service department was able to get me right in, replaced both tie rod ends, and completed the alignment before the end of the day. The best part was that the total bill was much less than I feared and the car now drives better than before. I highly recommend Autoland for any of your service or used car needs!

I got a cash offer for one of my vehicles through Kelley Blue Book and they sent me to this dealer in Sioux Falls. They looked and they honored my offer and within 20 minutes I had a check in my hand. It was one of the easiest things Ive ever had to do. I highly recommend that this dealer. They are fast and friendly and they have their act together! And it looks like my super cool car is going to be in their showroom in the next few days.

The entire staff was very helpful from the beginning of the process to the end. I will definitely be going back to Autoland for my next vehicle purchase.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Would give zero stars if possible. the car i bought it was suppose to be a new and long lasting vehicle, and since day one there has been problem after problem with the car. I take the car over to get it checked out and they wont fix anything without charging me an arm and a leg, you would think they would fix these problems considering its been less then 2 weeks, I refuse to give them any more business. I will just take my car to a good mechanic and get everything they wont fix, fixed. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS, CARS HAVE PROBLEMS AND THEY WONT WORK WITH YOU TO FIX THEM! Manager even had the nerve to say after i sell you a car i have no obligation to help you it is no longer my problem.

Thomas and the finance guy were very nice and easy to work with. The negotiation process was good, however after agreeing to the price my credit Union advised me that I did not get a very good deal. I also have to spend $125.00 on a rental car to drive 5 hours to go pick it up. I should of talked to my bank first.

I found an awesome vehicle and was helped greatly by Eddy, a week later I noticed my brakes made a funny noise, I called and spoke with Kyle who got me into their shop right away. They have a great team and three weeks later my car is running perfectly!

Eddy was great to work with, he was honest and transparent about the vehicle I was buying. Personable and easy to get along with. I had a great buying experience with Thomas and Kyle. They were not pushy, listened to what I wanted, and worked well with me. A few days after I bought my car, the battery went out. Brad and Kyle drove to my home and installed a new battery faster than I could have jumped the car myself. They went the extra mile to earn my business. Last week I made the very difficult decision to separate from my car of 6+ years Big Red. Wed been through a lot together. 6+ years and over 100,000 miles. I was pretty hesitant when I came to Autoland in Sioux Falls and met with Eddy. He showed me a few cars and one caught my eye! Im happy to be driving around a safer, more reliable car (newer too!) And Eddy and the team were and continue to be fantastic. They even checked up to see how things were after my first few days with the new, not yet named vehicle. I cannot say enough about the experience.

I recently bought a car from Autoland and Kyle and Eddy were great to work with and financing was easy, I didn’t think I would get approved but I did and my payment are not bad either.

I was being very picky about the car I wanted and did a lot of leg work and web research to find it. Although I didnt buy from these guys, I can only rave about the service I received. I worked with Preston and he even met us on a holiday to show us the car and made it very clear he would do what it takes to accommodate us. The fault in the sale was not on Preston, but was that I found the car I loved at a different location. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up to Autoland!!

Im kinda sad I got completely ignored by Preston after I put in my credit application so I sent him a message and got a reply about seeing about a vehicle there. He was going to check on it and get back to me and never did. I guess i should be thankful that I didnt waste more time by going out there and spending hours and hours looking and driving vehicles.

Last time I visited this lot I had very poor experience that we will never come back. I was looking at specific car online, so I wanted to check it out in person. When I went there car wasnt anywhere to be found. (this happen couple other visits on THE SAME CAR) this time we talked to older gentlemen who looks like he just got done riding a horse. I asked him to see the car and he started looking for it. He walked us around the building and in the back rooms and service dept... after 10 min of us looking for a car with the sales rep he said ooh car is not here yet. Okay first of all as a sales rep you should know all your cars (inventory) and whats coming. (its not that hard you dont have 3000 cars on your lot) Second why is that car online on every website if dealer dont have it yet on the lot? Very poor move by management, it should say coming soon not as like you have car to show or sell? The attitude of this sale rep was horrible. His knowledge about used cars is 0. Saying to customers I have been doing this for 30 years doesnt make you look good. Sometimes you will have customers walk on the lot knowing more than you about that make and model. Always be friendly and try to learn or teach your customers, NOT to tell them with piss poor attitude. Its very disappointing as seems like nice place to possible do business but not anymore. I will not be returning here and I will not recommend this place to my friends and family.

The boyfriend bought a car here and the salesman I cant remember his name was really nice friendly. We put some money down to hold it until the next day and the salesman said he would have it gassed up with a full tank of gas which he did. The day we picked it up they were having free car washes inflatables for the kids they were cooking out and it had something to do with the main society I dont know what it was but the place was crowded. I would recommend this place to somebody

We didnt end up buying a car from them, but not because of anything wrong with the dealership, the salesman, or their service...they just didnt have what we were looking for. However, even though I didnt buy from him, Matt was very helpful, even offering free advice and help on other cars we were considering...and even days after I left the dealership and it was clear we werent buying from them. Thats a pretty rare occurrence, and noteworthy. We will definitely try again next time we are in the market.

I was actively trying to buy a van from these guys when the finance guy calls me and ask me if I have my finances in order. I told him that I was waiting for a phone call it will be just 1 second and while I was on the phone with him, I got my finances all figured out. He told me sorry Im selling it to someone else because this person is right here in front of me. I will never go there again. They lost my business forever. I will say that my salesmen Aaden was awesome. Hopefully he sells somewhere else so I can buy from him!

We recently traded our car in here and had a great experience. Adam was very helpful and accommodating to work with. They made sure we were happy with everything with our new car and the paperwork was easy. Would certainly recommend them.

The first thing to say is they are only getting a star because I have to in order to post anything. We purchased a Van from them to be used for vacations and such with all the fun stuff for the kids and it turned out those were the only things that worked properly. We started having issues with it starting a couple days after we purchased it and were told we had to use there specific shop to find the issue. After being without the vehicle for about 2-3 weeks they found no issues and then two days later it wouldnt start again. We played that game for about 2 months before I was sent out of town for 4 months and it didnt move. Now I am home and still having one issue after another. We had already been told by the dealership that that they were not going to cover any repairs as we bought the vehicle as is even though it hasnt worked since we started using it. We now took it do a good shop rather than the one they were trying to make us use and found out the vehicle needs $1700 worth of repairs just to be able to use it. So now I have spent $14000 on a vehicle that I can not drive unless I can pull $1700 out of the air to fix it all!!! Will never recommend or consider them again. Will honestly go out of my way to tell people how horrible they have treated us!

This is my first review Ive ever written. My experience with Autoland started in May of 2018. I bought a Chevy Equinox. Well I started having issues after I bought it and believe they were present prior to purchase. At that time, Autolands full service repair/inspection department hadnt opened and the vehicle wasnt inspected by Autolands technicians. The point to this experience is to let everyone know how much I appreciate Brad in the service dept and Autoland. They have taken care of issues by fixing the things that were present at time of purchase at no cost to me. I felt like Brad listened to my concerns. He cared about me as an important customer and not just another person. You have my future vehicle purchases and vehicle maintenance work. Thank you Brad and Autoland!

Only giving one star because it can’t go any lower. Worst. Dealer. Ever. I can’t begin to explain how excited I was leaving there yesterday inches away from owning a minivan, to have it ripped from our hands not even a minute before we were finished figuring out the financing. They told us last night that they would put a finance hold on it. But failed to tell us that as soon as we needed a co-signer that the finance hold was null and void. Over 12 hours of our time wasted because of their manager. Sales guy Aeden was great, but everything else about them sucks. Don’t ever buy a vehicle from there. I know I won’t ever be going back. Which sucks for them, because I have 4 kids who are all going to need vehicles in the near future.

By far the best in town! If they do not have what you want and live they will not let you settle! They will go the extra mile to find the vehicle for you if they dont have it they will get it! If you dont have a salesman I highly highly recommend Adam Kirchner! He knew what I wanted and didnt stop till he found the right one and its by far the best truck I have ever owned and he spend last 2 weeks finding me the right one! By far the best dealership in town! Stop down and see by buddy Adam today!

Worse experience ever trying to buy a used car. First, we were told that it was just stirring fluid issue. Ended up being the rod and other issues with the car. He kept telling us it didn’t need anything else. He wouldn’t share paperwork or do the other items requested by us till basically my mechanic got involved. The car was very dirty with garbage still in the car. He told us no he wasn’t going to clean it up after we arrived there. Also heater wasn’t really working now. Also refused to give our $500 down payment which he was given to do a transmission flush and oil change per our asking. He yelled at my husband to leave and then pushed him out of the business. We are now out our $500. Very dishonest seller. Or he really knows nothing about cars.

Zero stars if i could. Do not do business here! Will sell you a car with problems and then say they will take care of them after purchase. The manager also has no need/want to help you after you purchase the vehicle.

Mother of 6, traded my mini van in for a suburu outback, going to school full time. Just over three months and the transmission goes. Get told we have a sob story. No it’s my life. And you were dishonest and never supplied a car fax and the customer service was awful. I would ask you to think twice about any purchase. I’m taking a second loan out to fix the transmission. It’s a greedy world with plenty of helpers!

My kid bought a car here and was totally taken advantage of... paint started peeling off a couple weeks after purchase!! Brought to local body shop and was told there was recent work done to it but not correctly... staff at auto land were very rude and will not stand behind it! BUYER BEWARE

Currently am pretty annoyed that I wasted my time researching and pricing out loans/insurance for a car that they conveniently left out of the listing that it was salvage and has had three owners in three years. Shady.
