We have been going to Shoe Carnival for years. I love the buy one get one half especially for school shoes for several kids at a time. I have been a shoe perks reward member for a long time and always use their coupons. I like ordering online too because they offer discount codes sometimes. We have been shopping at this particular store for about 8 years. This store is always clean and stocked well. They carry many different brands in mens, womens and kids and everyone always find something. The bathrooms were closed for a while when Covid first started, but they are open again. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. I have also had to exhange/return items before and it is pretty easy process. They also have random sales throughout the store and clearance sections for shoes. They have a nice variety from athletic shoes, boots, dress shoes, sports shoes, sandals, socks, etc.

Giant signs on the front door and on the aisle with the boots BOGO Boots and nope, doesnt apply to any snow boots. Literally every time I have gone in this store Ive left mad because Ive felt lied to by the fine print. Id give them one star but at least they are cheaper than Scheels. Is it so hard to be forthcoming about your offers?!?!

Great shoes for work, yard work & running. All day wear. They even have a clearance section with tons of shoes.

Fair pricing and decent selection. I wear a size 13 and its nice to actually find a variety in my size.

Had a good selection except for sandals. Apparently the first day of summer is too late to get sandals. Noone asked if we needed help and we were here for 30mins.

I love shopping at the shoe Carnival, they have great deals on runners, sandles, Bobs, crocks and many other styles its almost always buy one get one half off. Workers are always ready to help you. And they are very kind , happy great Customer Service.

They have a good variety, but theyre also really expensive. Even when their shoes are on sale its kind of hard for me to drop any money here. Three stars because good selection and decent brands, but no five star because I can rarely afford to shop there and even with sales, I feel like its hard to drop less than $100 for a pair of shoes. YMMV

I ordered two pairs of sandals online, because the store was closed. I received the buy one get one 1/2 off deal. One of the sandals strap broke after an hour of wearing it. I emailed Shoe Carnival, was told they would get back to me, but they didnt. We brought the shoes into the store, and they didnt have any in stock. They gave back $26, and said that they couldnt order a new pair. They said to go online and reorder the sandals for the same price. No they were $43 and the store couldnt do anything. They said they were completely different than the online store. I have sent yet another email to the online store, and no response. I used to love Shoe Carnival. It really sucks that the service has gotten so bad. Im so disappointed.

Found the 2 pair of shoes I was looking for and loved that it was buy 1 get one half off. My only complaint was the boxes are stacked so high I could barely reach and there were 3 employees walking around watching me struggle get down a box with the right size and never asked if they could help. There is a ladder available, but states only for employees.

Customer service overall can be much better. Or they just need people who care about their jobs. The guy that helped me didnt even see if there were options for what I was looking for. Dude wasnt even wearing a nametag. Occasionally you get an employee that will go out of their way to help you find something. As a store, prices are fine, always seem to have buy one get one half off. Cashiers are friendly, so if you were disappointed with the service throughout the aisles, at least you get a smile and a compliment on your purchase before you leave.

THE WORST!!!!!!Shoe Carnival in my opinion carries the worst warranty on shoes. I view Shoe Carnival as a pump and dump shop. They advertise low prices, and say they give great deals, and at times yes they do, but buying direct from the manufacturer is a way better bet. The online service is so so sad, if I were to describe all the problems it would be of Novel length. Save your money and buy shoes from a good solid company that cares about its customers. Shoe Carnival is a carnival, one I would recommend skipping.

Alright I dont know what the joker above is talking about because they do all kinds of specials on shoes including like a bogo 50% off like almost every other month. Some shoes are rather spendy but trust me when I say not many other places will be much...if any cheaper. Nike wont even allow shoes to drop below a certain price point. They order shoes online for you and ship them for free to your house if they dont have it in store. They do crazy 20 minute sales in store as well to save even more. Employees there are great. Friendly and helpful. They love their jobs and some of them have been there for years. If that doesnt say something I dont know what will. Take a chance Im sure you wont regret it.

Called looking for seedless brand shoes, whoever answered said they carry them, drove across town and no shoes, dont carry the brand... Dissapointing... Staff should be more knowlegeble on their products. Person at register was on phone, I stood five min, no response, came back and still on phone, waited till they finished chatting and was immediately passed off to other emoloyee. Horrible customer service, will not be back!
