The heater went out on our older hot tub. The service dept said they couldnt get a heater for it and wanted to sell us a combo kit for $1200. We went to Combined and got what we needed for $150.00. Go to Combined!

Splash City is the worst business that I have ever dealt with. My husband put $1,000 deposit down on a hot tub until our house was ready to have it installed. Unfortunately it took us several years before we were ready but when we finally went in to finalize with receipt and copy of cashed check to verify deposit, they would not acknowledge it. And this is after going in the store periodically to check in with the sales associates. We were told we waited too long. So they stole $1,000 from us. I would not recommend this business to anyone unless you want to get screwed over. I’m giving one star only because it’s required for the post. They deserve zero.

Love going to this location. They have a wide rang of spa and pool needs all in one place. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and are all great to deal with. They have a wide verity of spas on hand so you can see them before you buy. They have all your pool and spa supplies on hand.

From sales to service, Splash City has always been willing to go the extra mile. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable during our entire experience. We love our new Jacuzzi and would recommend to anyone who is currently searching to purchase a hot tub!

My husband and I went into the store with a ton of questions. The sales rep Steven was awesome! He answered every question, and gave us plenty of options to choose from. He was very polite and explained the fine details of purchasing a pool. He wasn’t pushing us for a sale, he greatly encouraged us to Take our time and make the decision we will be happy with. Needless to say after weighing out options, We are really pleased that we went with splash city for our Doughboy pool 🏊‍♀️ we will continue to do business with Steven as we plan our backyard oasis. I ordered a hot tub and used the layaway plan. I was told that if I ever needed to cancel the order I would get a full refund. Both of my kids got MRSA, and I was told they could not use hot tubs for 3 years. I called to cancel the hot tub and get a refund, I never got the 3000.00 back that I had given them. Would never do business with them again, I now use Combined Pool and Spa in Sioux Falls!

I cant speak for the rest of the staff, but there is one male salesperson in particular thats incredibly rude and implied that my money is no good there. Yucky guy.

I was looking for a spa part and was totally dismissed by the employees at the counter. Woman in front of me also experienced trouble with them wanting to help her find something. And gave no direction as to how to contact their service department. If this is the way they handle customers after the sale, I have no plans of ever buying new from them.

The sales staff were GREAT. Jeremy from customer service was HORRIBLE!!! A month after getting our hot tub our stereo went out on it. I had made 7 + phone calls to Jeremy from customer service .After 6 months (no lie) we FINALLY got somebody out to fix the stereo a month after having it put in it blew out again! WE are done w them... Now our circuit board in the hot tub went out !!!!UNREAL!!! Will never do business there again!

We called 3 times about a problem with our pool cover that we purchased from them. Each time we were told the person that handles that will call us back. Two weeks later we have not heard from anyone! I know this is a busy time of the year but not even a return call to say they are working on getting us on the schedule!

Bought and paid for a pool back on 6/14/16 and was going to order cover in. Still have not received or got a refund. Constant struggle to get resolution. Will never do business with them again!!!
