Selection of products is good. Prices are ok. Workers are crabby. When I questioned the price of an item the cashier was rude and wouldnt adjust it even though it was on clearance. I left without buying anything. I may be back but it will be awhile.

Friendly clerks who greet you but dont constantly invade your space. Wide selection of products to meet almost any crafting need. And a small Pride selection which is nice to see in a very conservative state.

2 days in a row was treated with disrespect from store employee and trying to get stuff for disabled person for a project and store employees unwilling to help customers and employees being down right rude at the Sioux Falls location. Plus prices do not ring up correctly. They Should have stayed closed! We drove 45 minutes to get there and treated poorly, Never will shop there again!!!!Urge others to shop elsewhere.

I am severely disappointed in my experience with shopping here. This location (Sioux Falls Joanns) has become very dishonest and impolite. I have spent many years shopping at Joanns, and the last few time I have felt they have been fraudulent. The first time the reciept did not match up with the bolt, and when I questioned them the girl said we see that happen all the time. Then recently I went in to buy fabric I was intentionally shorted 4 inches in a yard of fabric. When cutting 1 yard of fabric it is very hard to cut wrong unless it was done intentionally. The next day I went to return it, and they never once apologized or tried to make it right. I cant express how disappointed I am with their employees.

Its almost my wedding day, couldnt get any help from anyone, I stand in line for 15 minutes, and am told I have Togo to the cutters table to get a piece of string cut.... I go over ther, the old ladybehind the table wont stop what shes doing, there was a huge cart she was working on, to just snip the string I needed... Cancelled my entire purchase and left....

The lady cutting my fabric was great. I am not sure of her name but she was clocking in before cutting my fabric.

Huge selection of fabric- as well as pretty much anything you can dream up when it comes to crafting. My go-to craft store in Sioux Falls. I will say, though, that it often seems a bit understaffed for how busy it is (or at least when I’m there). Line is usually pretty backed up, and checking out can take up to 15 minutes by the time you get to the front of the line. But besides that, great craft store.

Its good to see JoAnn back up and running! Their new store is very clean and bright, and every time Ive gone in, Ive had 0 problems finding someone to help me find what Im looking for. As always, they have a huge selection of fabrics and fabric related needs, but also a good selection of almost any standard crafting accessories.

Very very very busy, but as expected on a fabric sale day. they have almost anything I could ever dream of for crafting. if I ever need a new idea, I just walk around the store and I have some ideas

The staff in this store are so welcoming and helpful. The store itself is much cleaner and neater than other Joann Stores Ive been in. Staff are always willing to answer questions, help find product, and go that extra mile that makes this store my favorite place to shop.

I am so happy that the Sioux Falls store has reopened after last years tornado destroyed it. It was crazy busy today, but employees were patient and helpful. Great fabric selections and new store layout made shopping a breeze.

I needed specific ribbon colors to match the colors chosen for a wedding. While they do have a lot of ribbon, it is more so several types of ribbon of the same shade of green or yellow, vs several shades. In my opinion, it would be nice if they stopped trying to have a little of everything, and focused on being the best fabric store and leave the craft store title to Hobby Lobby. There just isnt space for both. That being said they do run a clean store.

This store is CLOSED! Its been closed for several months apparently. Unfortunately I didnt find this out until after Id already driven 100 miles to the store to buy a few things I needed. The building is partially torn down so it definitely will not be open any time soon and should not be listed as open on the Joannes website or Google search!

I like Joanns because theyre condensed. They have a nice selection of products in a store that isnt expansive. However, I often have to make substitutions for what I want because they dont have exactly what I envisioned. Its not usually a problem, the projects always turn out beautiful. The products are extremely high quality and the staff is always very friendly and happy to help.

JoAnn always has that one item that I cant seem to find at Michaels or Hobby Lobby. I love the app, emails & text alerts because Im always in the loop about deals, discounts & coupons. They even allow you to use multiple coupons! Only issue, they seem to be short staffed when Im there

They have a lot of variety in a lot of great sales. Very friendly check out and helpful by looking through my coupons and letting me know which ones I could use. The store is well-organized.

Usually a long line to check out and no back up cashiers available... website said the item I wanted was in stock but they were actually completely out.. they usually have good coupons on their website/app though so that’s nice.

Best fabric store around. Staff if knowledgable, able to answer my questions. Staff also does great job working with 8yr old daughter who is just learning to sew. Daughter has taken 2 classes and she enjoyed both of them and wants to attend more.

Its a great store but not open until further notice. It was hit by a tornado on Sept 10, 2019 and lost most of the roof. 😥

I like Joann. They have a decent fabric selection, and a good selection of yarn and jewellery supplies as well. The line to get fabric cut can be quite long, though. I try to go fabric shopping at slow times of the day when I can.

Joanns was AWESOME! They honored a sale on items that were past the sale date because they still had the signs up. The lady who helped me was friendly and beyond nice.

The store is great very nice staff helping the customers but theres only one little thing I dont like about the store it does not have room 4 crafting products. I think you guys need to expand... Have one in Sioux Falls as as big as a football field or two football fields but outside of that I love you products you just dont have enough space in the store.

The size of this store and the product selection is fine here. The reason I give 4 stars is because I have repeatedly been frustrated with the staff being slow at the checkout. The line is almost always long and the checkout process seems to take longer than it should. When picking up an online order, I have to wait in the regular line, saving me no time or convenience. Half the workers know how to handle an online pickup and the other half call a manager to the front and have to be shown how to handle it on their system even though it only requires me to show my ID. They can do the rest when I leave as far as I know

This is a dangerous store for me, LOVE THIS PLACE. They have all the itemsI usually need to complete a project or ideas for new ones.

An amazing selection of fabric choices, cake decorating tools, flower crafting and a bunch of other things to get your creativety flowing! It was a little later in the evening and maybe a little understaffed for the customer traffic at the time. Prices were ok, maybe a little more than I was expecting.

This is a very nice JoAnns.They are so helpful.This JoAnn’s been closed since last summer when the 3 tornado’s hit Sioux Fall’s. It’s suppose reopen this fall. Oh I can NOT wait for it to open.

We came to Sioux Falls to shop for some fabric for blankets for the kids for Christmas, I thought Walmart would be the best for the money but my husband thought we should go to JoAnns and also take a look around, they had so much variety there that we ended up buying all of our material there and the gal helping us let is know of some additional coupons we could use to help is save even more! The kids loved their blankets and I saved enough to buy more material for a blanket for myself! Would recommend going here for any material you may need and check out their ads for sales!

They have a great selection of fabrics and craft supplies. Sometimes the wait can be a little long at the fabric cutting counter, but they manage it well with a numbered ticket system. So you can shop while waiting for your turn and they will call over the intercom when its your turn.

Had just what I needed, great prices, kind, helpful girl helped me out.

I read reviews and think this person must be hard to please and always negative. This is not me and the first time I have given a business a negative review. Please look for your fabric somewhere else. Our most recent purchase was horrible!! We needed 2 different pieces of fleece to make a blanket. Jo-Anns only sent one of the pieces so we had to reorder the second and when it arrived, it was cut in 2 pieces. Customer service was rude and unwilling to help. It will be my last purchase from Jo-Anns.

JoAnns is the best place in town for a great selection of sewing items. Where Michaels falls short in fabric selection, JoAnns more than makes up for. The staff, in the few times Ive gone, were incredibly friendly, and very happy to help when I have questions. The best thing in my opinion is that they ask what youre making and sound generally interested, sometimes even having theyre own past experiences to share to help you out!All in all, JoAnns is easily one of my favorite craft stores in Sioux Falls.
