It definitely know their stuff Ive bought thousands and thousands of dollars for the parts and I havent had any wrong yet and they have very good quality parts The next step up from there is the dealership

They always have what I need or can get it quickly. Warranties are good and always honored. Make sure you understand that different qualities of parts will reflect different warranties and prices. A lifetime warranty is not generally the cheapest part they have but will be a much higher quality part.

Store Hours on the door say they are opened until 5. Its not even 4 yet and they turned the lights off and locked the doors as I walking up to the door

Changed the windshield wipers for me after I purchased a new set. Also looking the muffler sound i was hearing. With covid now days many auto parts stores wont actually even assist you.

My van quit running 4 blocks from the Napa store. The store site said open till 5pm. The sign in the window said they were open till 5pm as well. It is now 4:29 and no one is here. While I have been waiting 3 other people stopped by trying to purchase parts or tools... If you are not going to be open, put your correct hours on your site! I get the holiday weekend - but not even a sign on the door that you will be closed for the day!

These guys are a lot better then some at other auto part stores. They know there stuff and are very patient when your tryin to figure stuff out. Ill keep going there.

My local place to go, they actually know what their talking about when you need parts, not just some dumb kid behind the counter.

They havent updated the website to reflect new hours. Sunday is 12-4.

Worst help i have ever had at a auto store. Lady was rude and kept rolling her eyes. Also kept trying to get me to buy another piece i clearly kepy saying i didnt need. Wouldny recommend this place to no one.

I advise a different store. Got a fuel filter. Got one line on and notice its the wrong filter. Its too short!!! I got it on. But now to take it off I have to cut it.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The guys that work there like to play dumb. For example, if you go in there, you better refer the to part by its exact name or they act like it doesnt exist. I got a thermostat and asked about the flat gasket that clamps between the radiator hose and the thermostat, but I didnt call it radiator hose gasket and he kept nodding his head no, no, no. If you are old enough to remember Losers Lot on the loop in downtown sf, it didnt move far and still exists. Its called Napa Auto on west 10th. Advanced Auto, Sturdevants, Orielys, all provide WAYYY better customer experience.

They wouldnt take back a part for the price we bought it at - claiming theyd only give us what theyd get at cost (which was a $50 difference for a part that was never used), because they claimed they werent like other Napa stores. Clearly theyre not, if they cant honor a return with the receipt.
