When the product was a bit delayed, they scheduled my install and when the product arrived- they bumped up the install date. The staff was very quick to respond and helpful. Second crew who installed were quick and absolutely professional - Ive done a lot of home repair and this was just one I didnt want to band-aid. My family and I have been on road trip across the country when we got hit with a small rock coming off an 18 wheeler. The chip grew into a crack before it could get repaired. Sioux Falls was our next stop, so I called ahead hoping they would have the windshield in stock. One was ordered and would be ready by the time we got there. It took about 2 hours to finish the work and about 24 hours from first phone call to completion. Super happy with the experience, and safely back on the road. Whether you are a local or just passing through, these folks will treat you right and provide great work.

I had 2 pieces of glass cut to have placed on my windowsill to protect the wood. Both pieces were cut beautifully. I failed to measure the windowsills correctly so the glass pieces did not fit. Even though it was my fault, that the pieces did not fit, employees at Glass Doctor cut more of the glass off so that it fit properly. The service was excellent!

Has a kid throw a rock and break a basement window. Glass Doctor was out to survey the damage the day I called. Took 2 weeks to get the new window and just had Talon from the Sioux Falls office out to install the new window. Install was quick, efficient and looks great!

Moving forward this will be the ONLY place we will go to for any type of glass repair/replacement. Our passenger window was vandalized and we went to SafeLite AutoGlass and long story short they left 2 1/2 inches of glass in the bottom of the door-tried putting the window in and ended up breaking it...told us the only way they could fix it is just put in glass but the window would never go up and down again as the glass that broke was tempered and all they could replace with was laminate. Its a newer car so that wasnt an option. We wanted to be able to roll down the window...too nice of a car to start cobbling. We took the car to another big glass dealer in town and they said they would check on options and call back. They never called us back. In the meantime...we spend 3 days trying to find a replacement tempered glass so the window would function correctly....which no one manufactures anymore. My husband called all over the US....went to auto recyclers...no luck....After running into one deadend after another he decided to measure the front window glass which was laminated and compare it to the surviving back glass window that was tempered....guess what...they were the EXACT SAME THICKNESS! With that we knew we needed to get other professional opinions. So the next day my husband decided he would stop by Glass Doctors....the girls at the front desk jumped right on things--they said they liked a challenge!...they found a piece of glass in Omaha which they had shipped out overnight...made arrangements for install the next morning with their senior window installer whom has been there 35 years! and knows his stuff!....and low and behold... the window was replaced and restored and works better than it did originally in less than one hour!!! The staff here is phenomonal and we havent seen customer service like this for decades! They go above and beyond. We spent five days trying to solve this delimena which created a whole lot of anxiety and time wasting when it could have been easily fixed. By the way....the window was replaced with laminated glass---both tempered and laminated WERE the same thickness...we were told they were not. SO GOING TO THE RIGHT PLACE THE FIRST TIME MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE! Just think if SafeLite had succeeded in replacing it.....all that glass would have been laying at the bottom of the door....more than likely unwelcomed sounds and damage would have occurred over time. We are definately stopping in with a platter of treats as a gesture of gratitude! Thanks to all of you at Glass Doctor....we will go out of our way to direct people your way....YOU ARE THE PROFESSIONALS....FROM START TO FINISH!!

I called at 3:30pm and asked about getting my windshield repaired. The representative I talked to let me know if I could be there by 4:00pm they could repair my windshield yet that day. I arrived at 3:55 and they took my truck right in as I took care of the paperwork. There office staff got ahold of my insurance company and took care of all the paperwork. I left at 4:25 with my windshield repaired and all the insurance documents taken care of. I highly recommend these folksThanksMJM

We had a special order window that required a template. Took a couple of attempts to get it right, but the new one is in and we are very happy with it. Only recommendation is that they really could improve their communication with customers both on status and installation timing. It took a couple of months to work through the replacement and it was me calling them for updates. Installation teams were great and happy with the end result.
