Bought a 2021 ktm factory 450 sxf and the salesmen who sold me the bike forgot to include all the extra goodies and never got back to me for months. Then i found out he was no longer with them and Jake took real good care of me. Was a bit skeptical at first but they ended up sending everything that was included and more. Really reccomend going through Jake. Great service.

The photos misrepresented the motorcycles condition. I was from out of town and was told that someone was going to look at it the day l called( probably a lie). I left a 500 dollar deposit and was looking forward to getting the bike l expected. Again the pictures missed the faults and I couldn’t see myself being happy with the way it was. So I asked for some of the money back. I asked for 250 or 300 hundred back as I could not see the deal breaking damage. I expected to lose a little money. The one employee felt bad, but the manager was a miserable excuse for a human being. Rude,smug and condescending. Shop elsewhere and thanks for reading.

They were very nice and helpful finding a 4 wheeler and gear for my young son. They advised me.what he needed, and what size would work for him. The 4 wheeler is perfect for him.

I posted a review regarding Empire sports that was negative and based on misinformation. I damaged my scooter and they cant fix it until they get the part but thats out of their control. I didnt understand that until I spoke to one employee. They are an upstanding, honest, respectful professional business. I came across as lying though that was not my intention.

Buyers beware!!! I bought a motorhome from them. It was listed for way over the market value, but they assured me that it was in prestine condition and I would never find another one in such great shape. Well, after I picked it up, it immediately started to have problems. The engine leaks, the transmission is shifting hard, frame needs welding, water damage, and too many other things to list. I tried contacting the owner but he refuses to get back to me. Tried multiple sales people,but it seems like as soon as they dumped the sale on me they dont want to talk to me anymore. Very disappointed. Shady business.

Bought a 2021 cfmoto zforce 800ex. They were great to deal with during the purchase. Then, after about 100 miles it started leaking oil and having problems with power. They wanted me to bring it back to the dealership which is 31/2 hours away from us. It would cost us a couple days of work, plus about 250 in gas to get it there. I asked if another cfmoto dealer could look at it and was told if that’s what I wanted. No help whatsoever in helping me get it into another dealer. I bought a new machine and would expect that I wouldn’t have major problems with it. Seems like after they got their money the customer service stopped. Very disappointed in the customer service. Next time I’ll wait and buy local.

I recently bought a gsxr from here. First they are way over priced. Bike booked at 6000 and I paid 7000. Beside the over priced bike I had issues with it the very first day I got it. I called them to ask about it and they told me they couldnt do anything about it. The bike stopped running within 30 days. I brought the bike back and they said they fixed my clutch. Now not even 50 days of having the bike it stopped running again. Needless to say I would not recommend anyone to buy a bike from this place. Nothing but problems.

We bought a CF moto XC 800 ATV at Empire Motorsports last Friday. We love the ride, love the machine and would recommend giving the CF Moto brand a try! We are new to the brand and so it is totally a different riding experience from our Honda Rancher. And it is fast!!! The guys at Empire Motorsports were extremely nice and great to work with!

Worst customer service I ever had. They sold me a vehicle they didnt even have a title for. Then would never respond to calls until I threatened to call the BBB. They were not honest about the title and kept saying it was delayed from the dmv. Turns out they bought the vehicle and never had it transferred in the first place. Will never go there again, would never recommend anyone to go there. Horrible communication, horrible customer service, bad experience!Edit to responseNo this had nothing to do with a delay from the DMV. Your sales manager refused to return phone calls until I threatened to contact the BBB and demanded a refund on my purchase. They also LIED about having a title. Your company never had the title in the first place. You bought a vehicle from a party who never had the title transferred from the previous dealership. Your manager LIED and said it was sent into the dmv and should be on its way. It took me 10 months to receive a title. It had NOTHING to do with delay from the DMV. I would never recommend this business to anyone. You are unresponsive, deceitful, and dishonest. Again I would give you zero stars if I could. I had to pay late fees on my title transfer because of you irresponsible business tactics.

Wow! These guys come through again! My Gixxer had a small issue on Friday and needed a part that was not in stock...Empire got the part from Suzuki Monday morning. Took my bike in to have the rear brakes inspected, have the bike serviced and detailed. I was originally quoted 4 to $500. When I went to pick the bike up my bill was over $1000. When I asked about it it seemed like the guy at the service desk got annoyed with me. After waiting for what seemed like forever, the service guy told me the computer system adds extra hours to each line item. Then had me pay $762. This was better but still way above what I was quoted. When I went to leave I noticed a fare amount of dust on the tank from someones clothes, no big deal. I simply went and asked for a rag to wipe it down quick and the same service guy gave me an attitude about it. Wont be taking any of my bikes here again

Hands down the best Motorsports dealer in eastern South Dakota. I would highly recommend going here. I have purchased a moped from here last year, and will return this year to come home with a motorcycle!

Went there today to get a choke cable for my mower, they had just sold the last one a few hours earlier. They said they were ordering more, I told them I really needed one soon, the owner walked by and overheard the conversation and offered a solution that would get my mower working today!!! That is why I keep going back, great products, friendly and knowledgeable staff!!!!! Thanks guys for getting me going again!!! We have purchased 2 ATV’s and a ztr mower and they all have been great machines! Will definitely purchase from these guys again.

The worst business experience I have ever had in my life.. If you want a shop that will throw parts on hoping it fixes your problem, this is your shop. After 6 weeks and multiple head aches I cut my ties with these individuals.. A missing sensor and a couple unnecessary parts later I still left with a $1340 bill..Unorganized, unprofessional, and undereducated. Highly recommend steering clear of Empire Motorsports.

Ive had an R1 and a Bad Boy mower serviced here recently. Both were back to me very quickly.The mower wasnt quite cutting it for my lawn so they offered me a fair trade in. Now Ive got a bigger more comfortable ride. Im very happy with the service and support from these guys.

Bought a 4 wheeler from them 2 months ago. Went to start it the other day and battery was dead. Put the charger on it and it said replace battery. I called them up and asked about the warranty. They said they would check on it and call me back. I said its only been 2 months and I know I usually get a year warranty when I buy a battery at any other store. They said again they will check and call me back. Its been a few days and still no call.

What a great shop! I been involved in the Powersports business over ten years, been into hundreds of stores and this one is great. Hometown family feel. Also love that they have more than the standard; motorcycle, oil and men’s shirts. Something for the whole family. They have everything a rider would need!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My bike sat a total of 14 months for replacement parts, lack of communication, turnover with the company. I now have my bike back with sodded wires and glued parts they refused to replace under warranty and their mistakes. They even went as far as losing my key fob which took 6 months to replace that I paid for and never found original. I’ve had to bring my bike back over three times for their mistakes and was out 14 months paying for a bike I couldn’t ride. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PIG FARMERS THAT SELL MOTORCYCLES!

Took a Husqvarna pole saw in couple weeks ago to get work done because it was not working properly they were unable to diagnose the problem and still got charged for the labor and was told that it would cost more for them to work on it and diagnose the problem than to buy a new one I was able to take it apart find the problem and fix it in under an hour

Bought a 4000.00 quad. It wouldnt start day after I paid for it. These dudes are lying business men. Lied in my face. While in store they avoided me when I asked for explanation. Also a man an his g.f. were in there having the same exact issue with the unit they bought. 4 thousand dollars left with these arrogant businessmen. 7 miles after I replaced the battery, the unit simply went pop. Runs no more,transmission went out. Now they wont do anything to assist.Over 6 months later.....same neglegent shady business.

We had a blow out on an 86 goldwing and these guys helped us a lot. They put on a new/ better tire than what was on there and the price was EXTREMELY reasonable! They had us in and out in about an hour. They were extremely nice and helped us.

Worst service ever! What was quoted for completion in a few days turned into almost 7 weeks. Everytime we called for a status update we would be given a new date a few days to a week out but was never completed when we called back on that date. Initially we were told our final cost would be $330 dollars. After several weeks we then were told another part was needed. We were told our FINAL amount due would be $440. We approved the additional part and again had to keep calling back for updates with the same run around as before. When we called at almost 7 weeks later we were told it was completed (we never received a call from them letting us know it was ready). At pickup we surprisingly received an invoice for $605. We were told we were only quoted work done so far not total amount due. Since this was not true from what we were told on the phone and for what we authorized, we asked to speak to the employee we had been working with to only be told he no longer works for the company. We were given options to either pay the full amount or pay the $440 and leave the quad there and make payments on the remaining balance.I have never received such bad service from a company between the bogus invoice due, the lack of communication, and complete run around on completion date. Dont waste your time here.

Absolute GARBAGE company!!! Terrible customer service. Terrible work. All around a terrible business. -5 stars. Would not reccomend to anyone!!!! It took them over a year to fix my four wheeler and for the last 5 month the sales person kept telling me 2 more weeks, 2 more weeks. They are a lot better at running their mouths then their business! I was told my repair would cost around 1500 dollars and i told them thats the max I was willing to pay and if it was gonna cost more then that then I didnt want it done. By the time they finished they tried charging me 4,000 for the repairs. I had already given them 1,100 dollars in advance for the repairs and they wont refund my money. Theifs, liars, and scam artists.They are Less then pleasant to work with. I will never be back and ill make sure no one i know goes there as well.

If I could give them a negative star I would! Brought my bike in and left with more damage than what I needed done! Between broken fairings and a cracked fork when all I needed was a recall and fork seals replaced. They refused to pay for the damages so i refused to pay them.

Had nothing but trouble this racing season trying to get parts for our bike. We even purchased a new bike from them and they still delivered horrible service.Dont waste your time going there, head to Sioux City or order online.
