I love shopping at this Scheels because of their employees. They are so helpful, respectful to all customers, and treat their fellow employees so kindly. I absolutely love the attitude in this store!Yesterday I observed our salesman in shoes hop over to help an employee in clothing with a difficult rack. Later, as I was deciding on a piece of clothing, the sales person looked on line, found a lower price by a competitor and gave me that pricing.All the employees are bright and enthusiastic.Will look for reasons to shop there.
I specifically went in for new gym and every day tennis shoes. Greg ended up helping me and I cannot thank him enough! He was knowledgeable, professional and actually listened to what I was needing and made great suggestions from there! He even set me up with a better support sandal and inserts. Thank you Greg!
Pushy sales person, also told us if we applied for Scheels credit card our purchase that day would be paid for, which I applied but then the card was pending, how convenient. Tried to stop the credit card application, but they couldnt. Forward to 2 weeks later, got my Scheels credit card in the mail... Sorry too little too late. Deceptive credit card practices and very pushy sales people. If I could give them 0 stars I would have. Cancelled my card today as I probably only shop there once every 10 years

I have maybe never been in a store with more helpful or friendly employees. As soon as I walk in the building Im greeted with friendly hellos from the cashiers, and Im typically greeted multiple times as I walk through the store. Employees are readily available to help with questions as well, and then during checkout they are engaging and friendly. I appreciate the way Im treated in this store!
Went in to get my bow fixed but when I got it back my draw length was WAY off, the weight was off, and so were the sights. The bow tech assured me that it was all ready to go for me. This is completely unprofessional and very disappointing. You get all the way out to the range to shoot it and immediately have to put it back and go home because things werent done right.

They have Birkenstocks! Everything youd ever need for active/outdoor lifestyle. Layout of store is confusing though, so ask for help if you cant locate something
Scheel’s is seriously amazing. The employees are always on top of everything and willing to help with any questions/needs of yours. And there’s also a variety of almost anything here. Anything ranging from shoes and clothes to guns, bikes and biking gear, sporting goods, fishing gear, hunting gear, and so many others. There’s also a very good restaurant in there too.Another steal is their return policy. They’ll give you 100% back on things you return. It all works out so good.I’d highly recommend going to Scheel’s.
This was my first time to a Scheels, and was absolutely blown away! In a time where almost every shelf at other sporting good is empty, Scheels did not disappoint with fully stocked shelves and helpful employees who were knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions!

I did get what I needed, but they were out off any kind of women’s cold weather gear in the FXR Brand, I had to go with ice fishing gear instead! Hopefully it’ll keep me warm! Every one of the employees who helped us were all wonderful & very helpful!
Scheels gun department is ridiculous. Brady Bill law is why you fill out a form and if it is delayed for 3 days the gun should be given to you. Ive waited 60 days and they refuse to give me my property. Their customer service is the worst. I will never do business with them ever. I purchased a gun from B&B and the form was delayed and will have my property in 3 days just like the Brady Bill says. Avoid Scheels and shop B&B, they are the best.

Ryan at the firearm counter is super awesome. Ordered an firearm through him and had some issues transfering it to one of my dealers. He was being really patient and kept up the updates with me throughout the entire time. Great guy.
Went to buy rollerblades and they were out the young lady that help us said they were out and were not getting any more this year .. Was looking to buy a pair of Mens ,she told us to go to play again sports..

Customer service is all around amazing. They are busy but wont bat an eye if they see you lost or trouble finding something. Girl at shoe department made it so comfortable for my 10 year old to find shoes for baseball that we ended up buying everything from gloves, balls, pants etc all with her help. Definitely shopping there for Christmas.

Well didnt have what I was lookin for which was darts for a blow so I ended up with a head lamp and a pellet gun. It was in and out thats how I shop. If I stick around ill come out with a cart full

This is really the best place to go in town for any type of sport-related gear. It really has just about everything a person could want. Did I mention they also have fudge? What are you waiting for?

See update below:Literally my favorite store. Unmatched service every time. Just got helped by Gary Grove with a rifle purchase and he made the whole process so easy.Update: 1-23-21I planned to fly back to Arizona with our new rifle as my wife and I are travel nurses currently working there.I had purchased a Bergara HMR 5 days prior and had great customer service. Today I was asked by TSA to show that my rifle wasnt loaded and when I went to pull back the bolt it snapped off completely. This rifle had been sitting in the case for several days without being moved at all.When I called Scheels today I was already checked in at the airport and was asking what could be done for the obvious defect. I spoke with someone named Ryan on the phone and his exact response was we cant do anything without the gun here. So I had informed him that I just paid for the rifle brand new and I hadnt even shot it yet. His response was oh, that sucks. I feel for you. Yeah that sucks and he left me hanging with no answer or other options such as speaking with a manager or how/who to contact next. I told him I wouldnt be back for several months at least and he literally stated Oh yeah, that sucks. I feel for ya. Well give us a call when youre in townThis blew my mind. Ive never experienced such awful customer service in my life.I had forgot to add that the bolt ran fine prior to me bringing it back for the scope to be mounted. A worker brought the rifle to the back for the bore sighting process and unless they dropped the rifle and did not tell me, Im assuming its a quality assurance issue from Bergara.
Most of the time Im welcomed with a kind smile. Today I was looking at guns and the man that came to help me looked and talked to me like I wasnt worth his time. I told him that I wasnt very knowledgeable with handguns in hopes that he would tell me a bit about them but he didnt seem to care one bit. Left pretty disappointed.

I was in Scheels on Friday to buy new Brooks running shoes. Joan in the womens shoe department was outstanding! She was very good at answering all of my questions and I actually came away knowing a lot more about Brooks shoes. I am so glad she shared this information with me. She suggested a pair of Ghost (while I came in asking about Glycerin) and they were a perfect fit for my running needs! I appreciate having knowledgeable sales people like her helping me. Thanks for making this shopping experience AMAZING!!

I was recently shopping for a new yoga pants and was assisted by Cassie M., who asked all the right questions, loaded me up in the fitting room, was attentive and listened to my needs. I left with an entire outfit and bra! I loved the pants so much I went back and purchased a pair for a family member! Great store, great staff! I love Scheels. Like, LOVE love. Ive never had a bad experience here. Staff goes above normal levels of service. Ive bought running shoes, workout clothing (all the best brands), a bike, fishing pole, kayak, treadmill...every time, theyre fantastic. They answer my endless questions and though I dont look like your standard athlete or outdoorswoman (Im plus size), Ive never been made to feel less or odd. Theres also a tasty cafe if you need a break. In non-pandemic times, theres a play place for kids. They make me wish I worked there. Today, they noticed I was accidentally overcharged and called me to issue a refund for the amount. Absolutely fantastic. Scheels is the best.

Awesome Pro Shop. The family dog got a hold of my sons baseball glove. (A fairly pricey Mizuno) We brought it to the pro shop to see if it could get completely re-strung. The guy said hed see what he could do. Excellent job. 2 years later and still holding strong. Wish I could share a pic to prove it.

It has great sports gear and is a great place to find sports related items, shirts, and etc. Great shoes and hats as well. Great for fishing gear and stuff like that. Everytime im atcthe mall i have to come and visit the great place

Great selection for anything all sports you need. Store is well laid out so as not to be bunched up even when its busy. Good deals to be found each time I visit either for clothing, fishing gear, golf, or hunting. Very knowledgeable staff, some of them are recognizable veterans that have been there for years. It speaks to the quality of the employee as well as the business to keep them around for their value to the customer.

Great selection of items. Though they can be a but expensive. We come in more to look than to shop because of this. But the staff is always smiling and says hi to us every time we come into the store. They have a pretty neat play structure for the kids in the back of the store, a mini bowling alley, and cool simulator.
Well maintained. I can always find what I want and staff are always friendly.
Staff knowledge is hit or miss. Most have a know more than you attitude with elite under tones. It is bad because they have one employee that I like to purchase from, but the rest are so insufferable I will more than likely not do buissness here any longer.
The Archery Dept. is the best those are great.
