Do not go here for any service unless you are filthy rich, This place is a rip-off. I had them take a hydraulic cylinder out of a 13 dump body, we came & picked it up, rebuilt it and took it back to have Kenko install it back in the dump body. Apparently they like 5:00 surprises, I dont, and no paying customer would. I was never given any pricing on doing the job. They charged me $3,910.00 to take a cylinder out & reinstall it. their labor rate is $115.00. Thats 34 hours to change a hydraulic cylinder. When I called to inquire about the amount, Cory told me he had six hours in removing the cylinder. Two guys at three hours each, so 28 hours just to put the cylinder back in the dump body. They adjusted the price to $2,770.00. 2770 divided by 115 is 24.0869, 25 hours. six to take it out and so it must have been 19 hours to reinstall a cylinder. I was taken to the cleaners and not even given any Vaseline. I was thinking, ok six to take it out, so six to put it back in, one hour to run the truck in & out, each time. Thats 14 hours. 14 x $115 = $1,610.00.

I have had 3 hydraulic cylinders replaced over the last couple years. Have had outstanding service. Just last week I blew a cylinder on my skytrak and dropped it off to Scott at the La Crosse store at 2:00 pm back up and running by noon the next day. Amazing job. Thanks
