The food is so mesmerizing. However, the service is horrible. The waitress was at the counter leaning in it and didn’t even say anything to me and my friend. instead, she just stares and ignored us. I had to flag my hands to call her.

Is not open on time and Ethiopa Enjera very expensive ?

I along with my nice ordered on kitifo and tibs. She complained about kitifo. But the tibs was garbage, honestly. It has many cartilage and fibers. Strange. Then, we left the food about half. The enjera had to be from fridge, cold.

Love the food here and for a authentic Ethiopian food they serve the price is not even high. Love 4kilo.

I really wanted to like this food. I dont think the Injera is authentic. I know some resturants change the recipe to suite American palates, but I like authentic Injera. Also the split peas were undercooked the collard greens didnt have much flavor. I got it delivered and the food came wrapped in an injera, so by the time it got to me the injera was soggy. It was disappointing.

Great Ethiopian store

Second time going there. Food was okay. Injera was all dryed cant even roll it over. This that shacked me was the bathroom door. Last time I was there it was two weeks ago and they had a sign that the door doesnt lock. They still have same sign. How hard is to change a door lock. Dissapointhing place !

Ive been to the place on several occasions & it has always added to my dissapointment. Grubing grocery items is ok, however food quality is low. Meaning they are charging premium price for low quality food. I ordered today, Dulet (speciality meal) which was salty & Tibs which was very dry & tough to chew. It looks like they do not know their quality, premium meat. Additionally my food was 40 mts late. They did not even apologize for their tardiness. Now this issue has been going on for a while, but I came out to support businesses & a friend demanded that I go there today because it was closer to my meetings which I barely made to attend. Almost all other Ethio places are alike, unless you truly have a nac... no business sense or no customer service at alll.

The food was poor quality , not tasty at all, It was terrible! , the guy who was by the register had attitude and was looking at me the whole time😂 till I couldnt even eat at all. Damn men you need to ease up , make your customers feel a bit comfortable.

The restaurant is poorly managed. I asked the guy at the register for coffee after my meal and he said “ emokeralehu” I will try. Amazing customer service 😂😂😂 . The place is. It clean, bathroom terrible. Please work on to improve on your service .

The restaurant is a never go, never try place.I had only tibs and tibs firfir. We were two,It was a lot for five people but its taste???? Specially firfir souse was not for firfir, may be for wot. We dont even finish tibs got out to eat somewhere.

Avoid this place!If you want to regret spending your money anywhere...this would definitely be the place.Not to mention they’ll skim your cc leave alone only start cooking the food that you called in to pick up once you get to their business.An embarrassment to ALL Ethiopians.

I am speechless is this real life? Am I dreaming? Wake me up when its all over. But no I dont want to wake up. This place kills me. I TRUELY feel beyond blessed to have had the honor to eat here. I understood that I was living after I ate here. I was meant to live to see this place. The day I ate their tibs was the day I was reborn. Keep cooking that good and making us feel like we are tasting the heavens on earth. Who ever the chef is he/she DESERVES an award❤️ and the owner of that place may GOD bless you. Good food Clean environment homey atmosphere and very friendly staffs.This place have double purposes for the society.The first one is an Ethiopian store in the front side, most of the thing they sale is food staff which is fresh raw meat, fresh enjera (Ethiopian bread), fresh breads, spices, tea leaf, cofee and so onThe second one is behind the store which have two entrance which is in the back and through the store, which they provide good food Vegn, Vegi & non Veg. With cold and hot drinks.I found this place easy for parking & I enjoy the test of your food and service.THANK YOU! For your service!

Suggestion:To go orders should be ready to go by the front counter so the customer can just walk in shop for other things in the store and pay for it all the once without going up stairs for the food and downstairs for the other stuff. Thats not very convienent.
