AWFUL EXPERIENCE! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Sat in the waiting room for 1.5 hours for them to tell me they dont have 1 tire to put on my vehicle. I dont know why I gave them a second chance after completely stripping my drain plug and missing a hole in my tire just for me to walk out to a completely flat tire the next morning. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED.

I was overall impressed with Best One. They were recommended to me and didnt disappoint. Their waiting area (and whole shop) was clean and comfortable and I was there less than 2 hours getting my brakes fixed. I am picky about who works on my car and Im kind of new to the area, but Ill be back for sure. Thanks for the good experience!

Ive been coming here for years anytime I need new tires or repairs. By far the best customer service around. Janice the receptionist is always friendly and so knowledgeable she goes above and beyond to give customer service. Scott B also gives awesome customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable. To be honest the entire staff is amazing thank you for excellent service Best one Staff.

I’ve only had great experiences with this place. Scott and the team there are genuinely wanting to earn the trust of their customers. I’ve verbally recommended this place to others who have gone and had equally as good of experiences. They’ve helped me diagnose problems which other service shops have not been able to solve and have offered solutions and advice to help me. This place is more than a tire shop, and even if it’s a drive for you to get there, it’s worth it. My business is won here.

Was able to correctly diagnose the issue ( I already informed them of the code and issue) oil flow valve replacement was quoted to me at 600 for parts and labor?!!! Had already done my research 2.5 motor the Cadillac converter does not come off and was not had to get to 3 bolts on heat shield 2 for the valve. Oh 250 for a part thats only 69 at the dealer id say yall way over priced me on that quote

They did the job and reasonable cost. Poor in communication. They said they would inform me but it was only what they said.

Purchased a set of tires, balance and alignment as well as front brakes but was having trouble with vibration. Turned out a couple of the tires were faulty (which was no fault of theirs) and the rear shocks needed replaced as well. Scott and the whole team were outstanding and completely focused on getting it resolved and right. They were not going to be happy until I was 100% satisfied. That level of dedication to customer service will keep me going back. Thanks!

I went in to price some tires, knowing I was not ready to buy but wanted some information about what would work best for me. I spoke with Scott, he really knows what he is talking about when it comes to tires and cars. Scott explained to me in detail pros, and cons of tire brands. I spent a great deal with him and he gave me all of his undivided attention. I was most impressed with him. I got several quotes and left. I wasn’t sure about his vast knowledge so I researched everything he said. To tell you the truth I was astonished by how accurate he was. Everything he said matched up with reviews of tires he suggested. I have been driving cars for over 50 years, so I know a little, but nothing compares to Scott. You just earned a customer and friend for life. Scott, your the best.

I cannot say enough positive things. I gave them a call because I noticed one of my tires loosing pressure quickly. They got me in immediately and found the issue. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I know where I am going to go for all of my tire needs from now on!

Scott boettiger provides awsome services with his crew of hard working mechanics. Went in there needing some tire mounted on my rims and did it for a very reasonable price. I just full out had the best service ever. Would go back anytime.

Bad experience will never go there again

Ill give it to them that they do their jobs decently. Regardless theres at least two workers that are very rude and need to be educated on customer service. Id honestly just try to get whatever you need done somewhere else if you can, unfortunately at this moment theres not many places open. Theyll do what you need but theres a possiblity theyll put you in a sour mood with the way youll be treated sometimes.

We had a screw pop a tire on a rod trip. They fixed it within an hour! Great kind service!

They had us come in at 8:00 on Saturday morning, showed my sister the problems on her tires, and asked her what her preferences would be. They took care of her car within an hour. Super nice people, cheerful, and a pleasure to work with early in the morning!

A huge shout out to Jeff and his staff. We were on our way to Florida from Canada and we ran into car troubles late at night. Best One was recommended to us by our hotel manager. Jeff and his mechanic Ross did not disappoint. They were booked solid but they made time. They were friendly, professional, detailed in their description of work required and decently priced. I moved to Sidney back in the summer after my husband lost his battle with cancer. I came into Best One and spoke with Scott about needing some tires and service work. Now, as a woman who relied on her husband to handle the cars for 40+ years, you can imagine that my car knowledge is rather limited. Now, after Scott asking me what engine I had, there were questions, I couldn’t honestly answer. He started becoming agitated and his demeanor changed and his arrogance started shining. Made me feel uncomfortable. Long story, not as long I left. No way some rude, arrogant know it all was getting a penny of my money.

I went here for a quick tire repair job based on the recommendation of a friend - they did not disappoint. The service was quick, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. I will certainly consider using them again in the future.

Over price work on a jeep wrangler

I have taken mine & my husbands vehicle here multiple times for anything ranging from an oil change or just to have a diagnostic done. Last time I brought my vehicle in I had them check my fuses. Unfortunately after taking the glove compartment apart they couldnt access my fuses but still didnt charge me a dime for the time they took to check it out. If my vehicle wasnt under warranty I would definitely pick them to do my car repairs. Very polite & helpful staff & reasonably priced.

Had to make an emergency stop while driving through the area. They worked quickly to give me as much information as they could, and communicated with the dealership in the next town to help me out. Before I left, they gave me all of the needed contact information and showed me the exact problem on the car. Also gave me a great price.

Refreshing my wife dropped her car off for a repair that I said I thought was the issue, they agreed to put on part that we purchased which is unheard these days. Well to top that it was not the issue. Rob was the tech that did the repairs and even waited for us to bring the correct parts saving us more than a $100. Mr Robot you the man. Last time I went for an oil change they tried to upsell me. They informed me I was low on coolant and wiper fluid. Ironically I had just filled my fluid the day before. After I informed the worker of this, he be responds with, oh yeah, your battery didnt pass our inspection. We can replace that for you too.I would assume the battery would have been more important that wiper fluid. Seemed like he was just making up problems to try to sell me fixes I didnt need.I wont be going back.

We had great customer service, and he was pretty quick with getting what I needed done.

I stopped in at Best One to have a noise checked out and while I was there I questioned the rebate I was supposed to get and never received from the tires I bought 4 months earlier. Amanda offered to call Bridgestone and check on it. They informed her that I failed to send in a copy of my receipt (which Iam pretty sure was sent) and it was too late. She shared the info with Scott who also called and got nowhere with them. Scott paid me the rebate amount that Bridgestone would not honor. They fixed my noise and sent me out of there completely satisfied. It is very obvious that Scott and Amanda both care about their customers. I cant say anything good about Bridgestone right know, but I feel confident that Scott and Amanda will take care of any other problem I stop in there with. Highly recommended.

Great value with a SUPER staff. They were so helpful when I needed new tires for my car. They even checked my brakes when installing the new tires.

Worked with me to schedule an appointment right before they closed, price was as quoted and they didnt try to add anything extra on top without asking. Price was very fair, too. I would definitely come back.

I was on my way home for the holidays when my front left tire popped. I was recommended to Best One by Prather Automotive. They gave me a reasonable price and were able to get me out within an hour.

Appointment was at 12pm they took the car back at 12:30. Mechanics were very nice and helpful. The front office had an attitude.

Took my car in for a wheel alignment. Ended up having a problem with my tie rod and bearing. Makes perfect sense why they could not do the alignment, but to my surprise they charged me $25+tax to check-out my car from their shop even though they did zero work on my vehicle. In other words, they charged me for an over priced quote. I strongly do not recommend!!

Friday: 4:40 PM... almost closing time. The employees went out of their way to help this stranded driver (me) with a flat tire. They were so helpful, fair priced and got me back on the road before closing time. That is service! Thanks again Jeff and staff!

Just wouldnt go there ever again , (update) upon writing this review I was called and a message left by the owner Jeff about my review. Are you serious, I first had tires and alignment done, then was called about having a bad ball joint on the right side, after repair was done my traction control sensor was damaged and was told I brought it in like that. After a brief argument, it was repaired. Three days later my left ball joint snapped causing major damage to my car, thank god it didnt happen on the interstate. When I had it towed to there shop they claimed it was my fault, that I hit something. There was no apologies just attitude when I came in upset. I was offered a deal to fix my car and upon checking around on the special deal, it was not so special. So please dont call my phone to talk to me Jeff about my review, you earned it. Ill take it personal if you call me again

The tech spent almost 2 hours before we got frustrated and took van elsewhere. They never told us anything as they were bouncing between vehicles. Took it to another shop and within 5 minutes, we had the problem diagnosed. Seems theyve changed front office people since I was there last. It is not the same place it used to be sadly.
