Pharmacist would not refill my prescription for no reason. Wouldn’t even help me find a different pharmacy to refill it

Prices for daily items are super expensive. But the Pharmacy staff is helpful fast and friendly. To some of the other reviewers: guys we all have off days,eh?

For a COVID test, it’s been over 3 days and I’ve gotten nothing from them. The people at the CVS were kind and helpful so I’m not upset with the service from them. I’m frustrated that I have no results and this isn’t the first time this has happened. Don’t say 1-2 days if you can’t deliver that.

Not only was I able to receive assistance in reference to what my insurance offered, but the attendant of 44 years employment, stopped what she was doing, and went through the magazine of items I could choose from, but walked me through the store to locate items.I cannot imagine this kind of assistance anywhere that I have ever been in the U.S.A. I am TOTALLY amazed at the assistance I received today at the C.V.S. located on 14th and Erie in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.Do notbe afraid to ask for assistance in this C.V.S., you will be impressed and grateful!I feel like I could go into this store after ONE visit, and know where many products I need, are located.

I got done with a oral surgery and needed my pain medications filled. We dropped it off at 11am. The tech told my mother who was picking it up that the pharmacist needed to do something with it and that was the most details that she received. I called around 2:15PM to see what the hold up was and it was apparently because they didn’t have my current insurance information. I used to work at CVS and know that you can search up most patients insurance information so I don’t see why it took hours for this. Not even a call or automated call was sent out to inform us about the delay. My mom waited 35 min in the store for this and left. I’m in a lot of pain and disappointed that the pharmacy staff did not take the initiative to call or give us accurate information as to why it was taking so long. It’s now 2:30PM and I had to physically show up to complain even though I’m in a lot of pain. This CVS Pharmacy is a joke. Do yourself a favor and go to a better pharmacy.

My husband had a flu shot scheduled for 12:30 and was told to be there ten minutes early. We arrived and he was given a thirty minute wait. At 2:00 we finally left. The pharmacy was busy but with people walking in or pulling up for medication. Those with appointments should be served first but maybe that’s just my opinion? Oh, and Walgreens’ opinion, which is where we will be going from now on.

Not very busy and incredibly nice and helpful staff! Pricing isn’t always accurate, so make sure you check your receipt before leaving the store. Otherwise, great CVS location!

Love this store and all the employees! They are very helpful and the manager always greets you with a smile. Its just always a pleasure to go there.

My preferred pharmacy/quick store compared to the chaos/long lines diagonally southeast from them. I can always get in and out in minutes, find what I need, and with smart shopping, I can get things much more reasonably than Walgreens. Love their friendly staff and that their pharmacy is downright swift to grab my scripts from, and Im not going to be stuck in a lineup while six people get their cigarette orders in since they opened well after CVS killed smokes. The only issue I have is slow coupon redemption, but you can only do so much with the computers from corporate, and its never an overly long wait.

I used to be a regular here, even after I could no longer use CVS to fill prescriptions due to a healthcare change. Until today. On the way in an employee driving the wrong way in the parking lot and unexpectedly backing into their spot (while I waited until I thought it was safe to move) thought it was OK to mouth a four-letter insult at me for a typical parking lot miscommunication. If that is how they treat people they know are about to bring them business, I prefer to spend my money at the Walgreens across the street, which already has a better selection.

I just want to reiterate what that other reviewer stated. Most rude pharmacy by far. I waited 10-15 minutes before someone even acknowledged me, and once they did the person had no clue what they were doing. When the person that had no clue asked the other ones for help they either ignored her or said they didnt have time, even though one of them yammered for 20 minutes with a drive-through person that was smoking and talking about oxycontin. Then the cherry on top was when the clueless one rudely gave my prescription back and basically said we are too incompetent to help you. Dont ever go to this pharmacy unless you want to waste your time and get very angry.

Rudest and most mis managed pharmacy in town. Not only will you be out your inhaler for 2 weeks they rudely cut you off as you are talking. Customer service is just not there. I called back a week later when they said insurance will cover then told me that i have to wait another 3 months. They clearly are not understanding their system and procedures.

FAST service versus similar business competition. Rx is fast and easy as well.

My older friend who in her 60 came in the store to buy a beer they told her she had to where a mask so.she grab one thinking they where given it to her for free that was a lie they charge her for a mask and took the last of her beer money she doesnt go back there any more my kids went there they told them they were going to follow them around to they left creepy I would not recommend this store to my worse enemy

My 2 stars are for the pharmacy.My girlfriend uses this location and service is frequently slow, often multiple people working but our wait for the drive-thru or counter is regularly in excess of 15-20 minutes for prescriptions that are already filled, the employees have little regard for your time.

Very nice and helpful staff. Always friendly and greeted when I walk in. Its a calm and peaceful environment.
