Dont put cedar grove soils in your garden unless you are ok with sharp broken shards of glass, and broken chunks of plastic cutlery, plastic bags, fruit stickers and ties, and other disgusting waste. We ordered it for our veggie garden which I garden with a toddler, and discovered this too late. Every rain storm I pick another bucket of trash out that floats up. We dont dare grow food in it. The soil is also very silty/muddy/slimy. So disappointing.

The staff is extremely friendly and professional and their product is quality; nice clean dirt if that makes sense. My experience was a very positive one from beginning to end. When I first called for pricing, the sales person was very patient and informative. I was promised delivery for the next day, and they kept their word. Their driver who did the delivery was considerate and professional, he called me about thirty minutes before delivery to make sure I was ready. When he arrived, he put my garden mix exactly where I wanted it on my very narrow driveway even though it was a tight squeeze for such a large truck. He has good driving skills! My experience was very positive, I will use them again and whole heartily recommend them.

If they are loading trucks, the customer has to wait 10 - 15 minutes

Prices are all over the place sometimes I get charged one yard sometime four... the office people are friendly. However the operator who drives during the week is rude and always in a bad mood he makes it a point to make you wait. The pacific islander operator is fast and professional, sometimes he is by himself running the entire place. Give that guy a raise.

It was easy and efficient to get in and out of there the loader knew what the heck he was doing. Highly recommend

Good service, quality materials, accept grass clippings. Athough they sometimes give too much materials and only one person runs the whole thing.

They charged me $104 for 7 arborists 5 ft T x 2 ft w telling me that it was 4 cubic yard, the truck unloading at bay had a metal box on top of the bed and was full to the top and also got charged $104 and it had more yard waste. Also the bucket doesn’t appear to be a 4 yard bucket

Great product.Last year I purchased a load of compost and the outcome from my garden was substantially higher than before, and my soil looks great.Definitely, Cedar Grove uses organics ingredients to make its compost.Great job Cedar Grove, will recommend your product to my friends.

They charge you to cancel service. Ive never heard of a garbage utility type company charge for a driver fee to come and remove the bin and then wash the bin when you cancel service and have them pick it up. On top of that, it is only $14, which makes it seem like they are nickel and diming you. Lame.Otherwise, service was ok, but I had to constantly call each week to have them re-pickup as they would say the driver says the bin is not out Well, true, by our agreement, it is behind a little half fence to avoid having the homeless people drop their needles and garbage in it, which the drivers didnt like. So there were notes on the account, which the driver never followed. This required a call every delivery cycle to have them come out again, and explain. Seems costly for them and me.

One of the drivers almost ran me off the road. I had my little nephew in the car and when I pulled up beside Hume to let him know trash flying out of your truck and you almost ran me off the road he flipped me the bird. When I called the office they hung up on me ( yes I was mad and cursing but your driver just put me and a member of my family life in jeopardy ) the lady then ignored my calls all together I guess they dont care. Bad part is I couldnt get a truck number or snap a pic because I was driving put a police report has been filed this case might not go any where but its there just in case something comes up in the future for this company

Horrible vegetable garden mix. Mostly sand and rocks. After watering or rain the soil became as hard as clay. And it full of weeds.

This place is a scam.I was charged $150 for a truck load of brush, the same size load cost $60 at the transfer station.They charge by volume not weight, and the kicker is, they have some 20 something girl guess the volume. Not only would a truck load of feathers cost the same as a truck load of lead, they have a green, attitude having employee guess the amount.Save some money and go to the transfer station.I wish I did.
