Came in today to find a waterproof bag and got what I needed—with excellent customer service. Staff was so friendly, knowledgeable, and made my shopping experience lovely.

I got a surprise extra $80 duty charge when my backpack was delivered to Vancouver, Canada, making a backpack that I thought was $226 go over $300. Timbuk2s customer service said it was my fault/my problem. Just warning future customers - the info about the extra duty will not be made obvious to you when youre placing your order. The UPS delivery was extremely confusing and created a bunch of extra work/extra trips for me. No way would I ever order from Timbuk2s website ever again. Very disappointing and inconvenient.

This is a fabulous store. The staff is always so upbeat and helpful. Its obvious that they are very passionate about their product and can speak intelligently about the products because they use them personally. They also give back to the community, which I appreciate.

I went into the store yesterday on a whim, but got suddenly interested in a bag after talking to the sales person. I went home, did some more research, and decided I wanted to get a bag from the store.Unfortunately they had a different staff today, and the answer to every question I had was I dont know, and she was constantly suggesting that I go check out their other stores or drive to Marysville to see if they have what Im looking for there. She didnt want my sale, so I ended up having to buy the bag online.Their bags are great, and I like being able to check them out in person before making a purchase like this. Its just too bad they dont have consistent training or product knowledge amongst the staff.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Lots of product in stock. A kiosk for all your custom bag design neefs. Swatches of fabric to help with your custom bag design which is super helpful. Some colors look different online than IRL. Custom bags are usually delivered to the store within 5-7 business days. Check their website for sales, they have them fairly often.

The staff here was friendly, approachable, and super helpful. I wanted to check out Timbuk2 because I read their luggage materials can be recycled (not like a lot of other luggage). After walking in I learned about their automatic life time warranty (insanely cool), durable design, theft proof zippers, skate wheels, and how well built their bags are.Its more expensive but I feel better investing in something that lasts (especially with a lifetime warranty) rather than buying a cheap hard shell from a dept store with handles that break after 4 trips... which also happened to me. I walked out of Timbuk2 a much bigger fan than what I was originally. And yes, I also bought a suitcase.

Horrible customer service. The sales staff were bitching about their work. I guess their manager must be an ass. They just ignored me. When I asked questions, one of the sales staff basically gave a bored response. No wonder people shop online and avoid retail stores these days.
