Closed to the public at the moment which is sad because the last several times Ive been in they have been so friendly and helpful. I was looking forward to that! When I spoke to them on them on the phone, I was told that the wait will be a little longer due to COVID related nonsense. The estimated date of completion was uncomely at best. If they had told me the Monday before then, that would have been fine. To be honest, even Tuesday would have been fine! Maybe I could have done Wednesday. Not Thursday though because of my daughter dance recital, but maybe Friday? No, I was told Saturday. Thats a whole week longer without being able to build my tequila rack.I aired my concerns to Rachel, and I have to say, she is a wonderful excuse for a person. She listened to everything I had to say and even laughed at one of my jokes. I think she genuinely cared about the state of my rack. Most importantly though, she said she would do exactly anything to get me my driver earlier than the original estimate. By the end of it, she came through! I was able to finish my tequila rack with days to spare, and then I was free to relax!Dewalt is the ONLY corporation I will be purchasing my tools from for the foreseeable future. Thank you Dewalt Service Center - Thank you Rachel! Im attaching a picture of my rack because Im very proud of it.

Two weeks ago I stopped by to order a part. The lady that helped me took my information and she told me that I will receive a call when the part arrived. Because no one called me, I stopped by on Monday the 3rd. The first guy tried to helped me, but couldnt not find anything. I waited for the lady by the name Jennifer and I told her that she was the one that assisted me because and I was stopping by to see if the part had arrived. She replied are you accusing me of not placing an order for you? Shd was extremely rude and unprofessional. She told me the same thing 2 more times and after I insisted that I was not provided with an order from her. Finally, she told me that she couldnt assist me anymore and that she was getting her supervisor. Now, my issue with the horrible customer service is that if Jennifer was professional at all she will simply apologized and see how she could help me, but instead she was very rude and defensive. Her supervisor kyle Turner at the end.

They are kinda disappointing me right now with the whole closed to the public thing. That being said, I have always, ALWAYS been very happy with these guys. They are awesome! They have come thru in the clutch on multiple occasions. Open your doors, guys. I got a brand new blower that just quit working. Also, Milwaukee (or Red Ryobi) doesnt have nearly the service that dewalt has. Been there, done that. Never again.

Service was great! I came in and had issues with a power tool. I spent the better part of an afternoon trying to fix it. Brought it to the service center and the lady behind the counter was like Oh I have five minutes to fix it now. Fixed in in 3 minutes and didnt charge me. Great experience and so glad I am a Dewalt household!

I just bought bunch of new hand tools for my husband. I also got the drill bit sets for him and a toolbox to put them all in! I had actually bought some items off Amazon, but then found buying direct was way more cost effective and returned the Amazon items. THANK YOU to the customer service folks for helping me pick out some great things!

I had probably one of the best exchange experiences at this DeWALT that I have had with any kind of brand store of any kind. First off, I want to thank Noah M. for walking me through their exchange process in a very timely manner. He kept the questions simple and short, and, when the system he was using was using started giving him a hard time he was he was able to provide a quick hassle free solution that allowed me to leave with a new product in hand, ready for work the next day.I plan on switching to this store for most of my future purchases for work related, and home tools.

Im glad they are here, but they know theyre the only game in town for service. I dropped off my table saw and was told it would take a week to repair, perhaps two if parts werent on hand.It took Eight Weeks. Eight. They never called, I had to repeatedly call and inquire on the status. When? I would ask.All I know is it says were waiting for parts theyd say. Finally, I got that person on the phone that seemed to actually care. He informed me that the part we were waiting for was backordered and as such there was no anticipated completion date. He took 15 minutes of his time and found the part in SF or LA, at another service center, had it shipped up, and my saw was done in a week. I wish I remembered his name because Id call him out. One of these stars is for you bro.Another star is for their max price policy. My $500 table saw was completely overhauled for $200 max. All parts requiring attention were replaced for a flat (not-to-exceed) rate. Motor, gear box, miscellaneous missing screws etc. were all repaired/replaced. The saw is now as-new.Please, institute a call-back system, and if its gonna be a month or two, just knowing makes a big difference in planning and deciding to rent/borrow/buy etc. Will I use them again? Of course. What choice do I have. Manor hardware isnt really any better. But, I will know that I need a replacement to use in the interim.

I called in to find a part and the customer service lady, after having me on hold for a while, told me to go just come in to the store or look online look for the part and then call her back when I had the number. I might be mistaken but isnt it your job to help someone when they are asking if you have a part? Ive never had an experience quite like this one at this location. And if that is the direction Dewalts customer service is headed then it might be worth making the switch to a competitor. Its customer service, I dont think Im asking for too much.

I have purchased many items from this warehouse and I have had numerous problems. Prices change, up and down. Close to half the time they dont have the items I buy in stock, even though Ive been buying the same items regularly for years. Ive had my entire purchase history erased twice. I sit on hold for 5 or more minutes every time I call. More recently Ive been getting charged for things that I did not receive. When I have other people pick them up for me they dont always see that they are being charged for more items than they are picking up and why should they have too? Companies should operate more professionally than this place has for the last couple years.

Stay away at all costs. They will damage your tools and lie to you about it. April at the front counter is extremely dishonest. Brought my mitre saw in for repair. Was told the guaranteed service of $300 will cover everything on the saw that needs repair. That is a lie. There are things they call “accessories” that is not covered. Im now out another $60 to fix the light. When I picked it up the stand that it was attached to was bent (was not bent when it came in). Had to argue to get the replacement part. And then only half the part showed up. Im down another 4 weeks while I wait for the rest of the damaged parts. I used to like Dewalt, but will be switching brands after this terrible service.

I bought a compressor from Amazon that says DeWalt and cost me 700$. So I expected to get free maintenance, because I only had it a week. But, the manager said, it comes from a third party with non official DeWalt products accept the tires for crying out loud. So I called the place of purchase and he said, its definitely authentic. So, Im confused and feel hassle, so buy from DeWalt I recogned and regardless if the product says DeWalt evidently

They do not carry many tools at this service center. DeWalt has been a frustrating company to work with. I have looked for tools like their Tracksaw and can not find anywhere that has one on display or in stock at a brick and mortar store. I guess I will be forced to order one online and return it if I dont like it. I wish I had gone to another system like Milwaukee or Boach for battery powered tools.

I dropped two tools off to get fixed one drill and one belt sander they told me it would take about two weeks, after three weeks I called them and they still had not looked at them yet. I just called today, four weeks later and the drill was done the belt sander is waiting on parts no one called me to tell me what the wait was. The drill is going to cost me $42 to get the truck fixed, its only $50 new. And the belt sander is going to cost $110 to get fixed and its only cost 150 newI am not satisfied with the customer service I received or that anything is being covered under warranty I do not recommend their tools for this reason

These guys are slower than a dying tortoise. I dropped off my tools 4 weeks ago and was given a one week estimate. 4 weeks later they say theyre still waiting on parts, parts that I could buy myself online from Dewalt direct and have shipped in 3 days. So forcing you to do it yourself or forcing you to buy new tools seems to be their strategy! Good job Dewalt

I am extremely pissed off by the customer service and work that was done on my battery operated brad nailer. It wasnt even a year old when I started having problems with it. I sent it in and they fixed it for about $25 , the bare minimum, and gave a 3 month warranty on their work. They suggested a complete overhaul of it, which would have courted more than what it was worth. After I got it back I used it a couple times then put it away. I just pulled it out to use it and it is doing the same thing again. Just called customer service and they wont help me because its past the 3 month warranty by 7 months. Ive always been happy with most of DeWalts power tools except their battery operated worn drive saw, the first two I bought went bad after a couple days so I switched to a skill saw. I will not be buying DeWalt again. So disappointing!!

Update: not only did they NOT fix the issue that I specifically noted needed to be addressed but every one of the nearly $800 in repairs were unnecessary. Avoid these cheats at all costs. Period.4 weeks opposed to the 10 day turn around as orhers have experienced, additional parts unnecessarily replaced and the maximum price estimated still charged. Not only will I not return here but I will likely never buy DeWalt again. Completely ridiculous.

Just bad. I wish I had more ways of expressing how poor the service was that I received here. Everytime Ive gone in with a question pertaining to my power tools, Hi, how is it going? Why arent my batteries holding charge? Why hasnt anyone called me to update me about my tool repair, its been 4 weeks?Etc Im always, always, always met with short, rude answers from everyone of the employees. My advice is if your Dewalt tools are shot and need repair, try to see if Milwaukee will do a trade in for them.
