I love Benjamin Moore mallory paint store I love all my co- workers so polite and expertise service

I have spent a lot of time at this store while my husband and I DIY painted our exterior house. This store is always busy, but the employees are always helpful and friendly and never seem flustered despite how busy the store is. They are knowledgeable about their products and were able to help me pick the right products for my project and decide on a beautiful trim color to complement my main paint color. I know Ill be back when we tackle the interior of my home!

This is my go-to store for paint, as their quality is second to no other. But today I was particularly charmed because I got home and realize the clerk (I believe her name was AnnaD) doodled on top where the sample color goes! THAT is service. Thank you all for your continued help!

I needed a paint copied from a paint chip, and their representative helped me and explained it to me and wanted to be sure that we resolved our situation needing to repair some damage from normal wear and tear of living in a room 10 years. He also wanted to teach us to give them a full 24 hrs, and he took time to explain the different levels of paint available.

Where the pros go. Had a lousy experience to start--they gave me the wrong paint (their fault) and I didnt check the can before I left (my fault). Went back two days later and they made it right. How a company reacts to adversity speaks volumes of its character.

Admittedly got there between 5 and 6 on a Monday evening so no wait, but I still like how they took my order promptly, answered a few questions to my satisfaction and mixed up the paint right away. Very courteous and nice too. Getting into the parking lot is a bit of a challenge, as the entrance is only accessible from the west direction of 80th, and I was heading east. I took a left on Aurora and went in the exit where I could just get into the last parking slot. Otherwise plan on going around the block to turn right into the lot just before you get to Aurora.

Went to the store, they were not informative. In fact, I felt a bit taken advantage of as I dont know much about paint. Gave them a chunk of my wall and asked them to match the paint. They said it would take 3 days. So I picked it up 3 days later. Took it home to repaint... it was a different sheen and different color... I paid $60...eff that. I will NEVER go back there again. And I will make sure everyone I know whos looking for a paint supplier knows of my experience.

Never a good experience. They either dont make the paint on time, or at al... very slow service

When I went to stir a 5-gallon bucket of paint, there was tons of white dried gunk in the bottom of the bucket. We had to filter it through a strainer. For $250 per 5 gallons, I would expect much higher level of quality control, but it went up okay after wed filtered out the mess of dry white paint. When I went back to the store and told them about it (I wasnt looking for compensation or anything - I just wanted to let them know there was a problem), the guy seemed mostly uninterested and entirely unapologetic. I took it up the chain of command and eventually had a sales rep come over to my place to help sort out a few issues - one of the walls had an uneven finish. She suggested I add another coat, on top of the two Id already put up. The paint I used didnt have a one-coat guarantee, but requiring three (not including the tinted primer) seems ridiculous for moderately expensive paint.She also seemed mostly uninterested in my problem with their quality control, and even though she said shed follow up, I never heard back from her.I rated it 2 stars because Im mostly okay with how the paint turned out, but I could have gone to Home Depot or Lowes and been just as happy for significantly less cash, and probably would not have had the same quality control issues. With the number of perfectly acceptable places to go for paint in the area, I dont see any reason at all to use this place again.

I went here to get some wood stain. It was $8 for the smallest can they had (basically a pint). I went up to buy it and it rang up at $9. I said the sign said $8, and she was like Oh, well weve raised our prices twice in the past two months and we didnt update all the labels. WTF. In this economy theyre repeatedly _raising_ prices??? Then she insulted me saying One dollar is that important to you? Well if its that important to them why shouldnt it be important to me?After talking to the manager, I got it for $8, but felt bad about the experience. So I returned it 10 minutes later, then went to Home Depot and got the same thing for $5.50.

...have been looking for an oil base replacement for interior cabinetry and have found ADVANCE to be the closest to oil in both application and performance...Ill never go back...thanks Benny...
