Sent an email at 10pm 12-26 inquiring about heating oil delivery cause I had ran out and my old house was dropping in temperature rather quickly. The next morning 12-27 by 0730 I had a response and at 9am I had fuel and my furnace was running again. Hands down best service Ive come in contact with in a long time. Perfect example of how customer service should look. Thanks guys!

They were able to fill my tank quickly and had the best price. Their staff on the phone were friendly and competent, as was the driver. Ive used almost every other company left in the Seattle area. Ive had some sort of problem with each of them--price was not as quoted, never showed up or took much longer than they said it would, signed me up for service I didnt request, didnt return calls--you name it. I had a good experience with Snyder Discount Oil. Ill be using them again next time I need fuel oil for heating, and you probably should too.
