You gotta have your stuff together when you come into this place. Dont expect to meander through the rows and rows of parts picking one thingamajig up here and there and putting it down wherever you feel like once you find the part you were really looking for. No. This is professional retailer set up for commercial business. You need the counter guy to come out to the parking lot to assess the damage on your ten speed? Tell you the best way to reattach the luggage rack to your car? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This is a professional place that doesnt pandor to self absorbed people.Great staff. Good pricing. Really cool sales floor. They have tons in the back. TONS! Just ask nicely, maybe write down your parts list or show the friendly counter associate a picture of what it is that you are looking for.And a pipe yard as well with many extruded pieces on hand or a day order away.

Ballard Hardware is the place you go when you cant find something. Most of the inventory is in back stockrooms with only tools and certain consumables out front so its more like a commercial supply house than a hardware store, but the selection is absolutely massive and everything is good quality.If youre looking for hard to find parts or quality tools this is the place for you. Just be prepared to stand around for a bit while the employees run around in back pulling your order and realize that this place doesnt stock cheap garbage like Home Depot.

Great place to do business and get what you need the first time. Staff are friendly and supportive of the their customers.

This is a place where each customer gets a personal attendant. You can wander around all you like, but its fastest to go up the counter and tell the guy what youre trying to do. Then he takes you right to where the most likely part or tool is. Maple Leaf Ace Hardware is the only other place with this kind of service and they dont have the incredible warehouse these guys have. If youre in the area, this is the place to go. Hours could be a little broader though, including Saturdays, but this is really a commercial shop.John SweeneySeattle

One of your drivers was driving extremely unsafe today. Upon approaching a stop lighthe decided to suddenly get over, from a complete stop, with no turn signal. He cut off one individual who had been getting over with his turn signal, causing him to swerve, and caused me to brake extremely hard. Upon the light changing green he began speeding excessively (45 in a 35) and had a lot of trouble holding the truck in one lane. He barely yielded at the turn he made, and as I was at the stop sign I witnessed another person who had the right of way, have to brake extremely hard as well.This all happened on West Lake/Nickerson between 1330 and 1335Upon calling your company to address this issue, the individual, who told me her name was Linda, that answered the phone was extremely rude. Instead of trying to help resolve the situation, she instead acted as though I was an inconvenience and told me to call back Monday and ask for Steve the owner.I only got a partial DOT number, but the cargo was two pallets, stacked with boxes that had a blue s inside of a blue box, and 4 or 5 white tanks on their side with only one strap going across them.
