Workers are not wearing masks. Shaved ice is not the smooth one like Hawaii. Ice cream was ok. The flavor my husband wanted was mushy and soft so we picked a different one. This is nice being so close to the beach.

The owner is really kindest and sweetest ever. I ordered the mean green juice, soooooo tasty. Perfect balance of sweet, tangy and refreshing (cucumber, kale, apple, celery, lemon, ginger). If you have something in mind she also take custom orders!

Fun but I wish theyd scrape down the sides of the ice cream buckets so that people wouldnt get flakes of ice in their ice cream.

Stopped by for ice cream on the beach. It was easy to access, delicious and the staff was really friendly and helpful. We will be back!

A must stop when coming to alki on a hot day. Id eat any flavor they have as they are all good. Also the workers are really nice here

Four stars for the ice cream, which was good, but a bit grainy. However, heads up that they dont wear masks in there. And then they told me they cant do samples yet, which is pretty normal during COVID-times, but clearly they arent too concerned about that. (There was no line when I was there, so I wasnt holding anyone up.)

All of the ladies who work there are SO friendly each and every time I go.

Plenty of options for ice cream, not the best, but meets all expectations! They are fast and get through a line in no time. There is no indoor seating at this time, but plenty of outdoor seating provided.

So many ice cream flavors to choose from and the ladies that were working there were the sweetest! Definitely suggest trying the shaved ice with any ice cream!

This place in normally awesome, my family goes to both this one and the one in Des Moines, however, the lady handing out ice cream had NO gloves on and NO mask along with zero social distancing practices whatsoever! This is UNACCEPTABLE IN COVID TIMES!

Its a very busy shop. Even though we had to wait, once we ordered, we got our ice cream and bubble tea very quickly. Satisfactory level was achieve, but nothing great.

Had both the grasshopper and red velvet ice cream sandwiches because, well, because Im a fatty (and proud of it). Twas delicious. its a bit expensive but i am definitely coming back here for 3rds.. and 4ths.. and 5ths..

My boyfriend took me here and when I saw it from the outside it looked very cute but the place is a bit small and cluttered . Didn’t look too clean either, we were in line figuring out what we wanted. We ordered two Italian sodas then waited outside for about 5 minutes and one of the employees told me that they actually ran out of the drink I wanted which is sad cause I Literally paid for something they didn’t have.Please check your inventory before making a sale.

Theres ice cream so thats a great start... but service can be so slow/chaotic. We saw flies around the food space which was unappealing. Prices are decent.

Delicious treats. The ginger based smoothie had too much ginger, somewhat overwhelming. Ask for a touch of ginger and itll be much better tasting. Enjoy.

Ive been here twice and the people working have always been really nice. The portions are enormous and the ice cream is delicious, plus there are free toppings. It is much cheaper than Menchies.

There arent many options for smoothies at Alki. So everyone comes here. Its cold, a bit overpriced, and has bunch of canned stuff in it. Not so good, but I would come back since there are no other choices here.
