Would give this place 6 stars if I could. They were amazing and helped my wife and I out of a jam. Our tandem lost a screw on a timing crank; and we needed emergency help with screws and tools to fix and get home. I called, they stayed open a few minutes late waiting for us to arrive; were pleasant and helpful. Even gave us a scone at the end of the day. Other shops in the area wouldn’t answer the phone or refused to help. THANK YOU PIM!

Such a great and unique shop. I stopped here once while driving and enjoyed a delicious espresso drink. Today I rode by on my bike via the Burke Gilman Trail. I stopped again for another delicious espresso beverage and spoke to Ed in the bike shop about my need for a pedal upgrade. He showed me the perfect pair and installed them for me while I enjoyed the coffee. All for a great price from very friendly people on the bike and coffee sides of the business!

I have tried almost every coffee place in Fremont in search of the perfect iced mocha. Many are too watery (or 2% milky), some dont mix in the chocolate with the espresso so it all sits at the bottom, some just taste like a cup of sugar, but this coffee shop has the PERFECT iced mocha. The texture is thick and creamy and the chocolate flavor is well-incorporated in every sip, while still allowing the espresso flavor to come through. Also, maybe an unimportant comment, but I love the texture of the ice they use as well. I go here every day that I decide Im too lazy to make my coffee at home, and I never regret it! Its also of note that this is the best priced iced mocha that I have found in the area. The people who work here are so friendly and love when I bring my dog through the drive through, which also makes my dog happy! I dont usually write reviews but I just really feel like PIM deserves it! Looking forward to many more iced mochas here.

This place! Ill never be able to describe how friendly, professional, and kind this buisness was while I was there!! It started off arrival in my camper van for a CPR class across the street and wanted a coffee and check out there bike dept. They let me park for free there while at the CPR class, had two great coffees, and a muffin. They are also dog friendly!! They dont just let dogs in, they gave my pup 2 treats and pet him too. They also have pictures of all sorts of pets all over their walls. A must stop place!!! I rate them 10 STARS!!!!!

Everything about my experience with PIM was top notch. My tune-up, which included free pickup of my bike, went phenomenally well and the bike looks/rides like its brand new. Ed (the owner) even sent me texts while he was working on my bike to let me know exactly what he was doing, while also providing helpful tricks and tips for future maintenance. I even had a great conversation with one of the mechanics while picking up my bike. All-in-all, PIM is an excellent choice for any cycling needs/repairs.

Popped in with a (to me) confounding problem with front derailleur and friendly attentive staff talked me through it and put it up on the rack - they realized it was a simple tweak, tweaked it simply, and sent me on my way, refusing even a tip let alone fee - but better than that was a positive and friendly demeanor- no condescending or patronizing “dur” explanations - and the store was festooned with useful bike accessories, gear and supplies. The coffee shop is waaaay more than an afterthought with loads of food options too and the space is open and clean and an oasis on the Burke.I’m going to make this a regular stop for coffee and cycling stuff from now on. Breath of fresh air and a fantastic location.

I cant thank the helpful staff at PIMs bicycles enough. I had a nasty spill on the Burke thanks to recent icy conditions. I pulled off the Burke to assess the damage to my bicycle. One of the bike mechanics came out of the shop to check on me. Not only did he fix my bike, but he offered me warm beverages and a first aid kit. Afterwards, he then promptly went out to salt the trail. Thanks, PIM Bikes for being wonderful, not only to myself, but the biking community!

My wife and I have Gazelle e-bikes purchased at a shop in Oregon. Several Saturdays ago, my rear tire went flat. PIM was the closest shop so I walked in with the bike. Ed at PIM asked if I needed it done at that time. I said Monday would be fine and on Monday I received a call it was done as he said it would be.The following day, I brought my wifes bike in. Her Gazelle has had squeaking front and rear breaks since we purchased the bike a year ago. We had taken it to another local shop for the brakes and they took a shot at fixing this, but it didnt last more than a single ride before the squeak was back. Ben at PIM took care of this as well as another issue we were having with the Gazelle. My wife commutes to work and back with the bike and the squeak has not returned in weeks of rides.Ben and Ed were totally professional, doing what they said they would/could do and having the bike ready at the time they said the work would be completed.Their prices were totally reasonable for the time they put in on both bikes. We highly recommend PIM and now consider ourselves loyal customers based on the quality, value and reliability of their work.

My Rad Power Bike broke down about 5 minutes from PIM. Even though they were about to close, Justin, the brand manager, helped me diagnose the bike. Just had a fabulous experience at Pim’s bike shop on my way home from a 30 mile bike ride! My front derailer was acting up and I couldn’t switch to a lower gear. I asked if they might be able to look at it , without an appointment, and they were super gracious and helped out. They took a look and realized my left pedal was almost coming out and he tightened it up for free and gave me some sage advice on getting a tune up. I had to get going but he didn’t charge me anything and helped recommend a path to getting a tune that would be covered under warranty. Fantastic service and will definitely be using them down the road ! Highly recommend ! I really wanted a coffee too but had 3 more miles until home !

This shop is delightful! I had ridden past several times on the Burke without stopping, but on a recent ride I decided I was finally fed up with a malfunctioning bell that dinged with every road bump. Prices were totally reasonable, I got a great bell, and Ed was very attentive and provided a screwdriver to take off the old bell when I realized I didnt have mine. As Im a COMPLETE dingus, I actually ended up dropping a crucial piece of the new bell through a crack in the back deck where we were installing. Not skipping a beat, Ed told me to run in and grab another bell off the rack for the replacement part. I was willing to pay as it was totally my fault, but he refused! We also chatted some about my bike and upcoming tuneups -- Ill definitely be bringing Miya back in about a month! Thanks PIM!

I have been to every bike shop in Seattle, and this is by far the best one. Fast and friendly service, extremely knowledgeable staff (the owner and the mechanic have over 50 years combined experience in the bike industry), delicious espresso and overall great vibes. But what I was most impressed with was the negligible markups they take on parts! I needed a new Ultregra cassette and a couple chainrings, wires etc. They quoted me with almost no markup from the Shimano dealer, and the hourly rate was very affordable. I was shocked to see REI and Greggs Cycles quote me almost twice (yes that is almost 100% more) for the exact same job! From now on Ive been ending all my weekend rides with an espresso here. Wish there was 10 of these shops in Seattle.
