New favorite coffee spot! Moved to the neighborhood recently and discovered they have my favorite coffee (Lighthouse), pastries (Macrina + others) and open early. Triple win. Friendly staff and nice seating area.

Great coffee place. It is not like the original in greenlake armistice, but for expanding location, it is great. Like the original place, it has that modern and sophisticated vibe that expanded to the Eastlake, but chill. Hard to describe. Check out the original place. Yall will know what I mean.

Thos place is a like going back home. The burger was great. I used to go here when bars existed. It was so fun....cant wait to come back here and play magic and sign karaoke when the bars open up. Top five on my list of kicking it spot to hit up as soon as bars come back. But the food game is strong so I will be back for my burger soon. This place is a gem.

This shops coffee has a flavor that I really enjoy. It did, in fact, appeal to my preferences. It has a bittersweet flavor that I enjoy. The location itself fascinates me. It was so peaceful, quiet, and comfortable. The pies and cakes that they served were also delectable. The barista was extremely polite and helpful. Overall, it was a fantastic coffee break! A store that comes highly recommended!

We wanted to have coffee as we were waiting for our lunch reservation yesterday. So, we headed to the coffee store. It was the best coffee! It was my first time, and I liked the flavor of their coffee. They even have the coziest and coolest environment than any coffee shop Ive ever had before. From now on, this is going to be my only coffee shop and Im going to get my morning coffee here before I go to work.

This coffee shop has the most hospitable and cozy spot in the area. They have the best and most delicious coffee beans than any other coffee shop. Its our everyday ritual to take a drink before we head to work and have our morning coffee. Until sipping, I enjoy the scent of coffee. This is a must-visit for all coffee lovers.

I dropped by at this coffee shop to have some hot drinks, and honestly, the taste was perfect! I did not have high expectations, but If this is the kind of coffee they served, I will surely come back! I would be just as satisfied! It is a great place which perfectly offers normal prices. I can absolutely recommend it!

Is it right to judge a coffee place based on its decor instead of on its coffee? Um, yes. Because coffee isnt a drink, its an experience. And Voxx made my day with its midcentury vibe. Oh, and the coffee was good, too. :-)

Love the comfy sofas, lots of power plugs, great coffee, and fun music. As its Christmas Eve that Im writing this were also enjoying the understated Christmas decor thst really livens up the place.Well be back for sure.

Traveling with my wife and we popped in randomly and were greeted with super quick, high quality service. I had a vanilla espresso soda and my wife had a white lavender mocha. Both were absolutely amazing.The interior is a neat throwback to the 70s (?) with a warm-colored palette and vintage decor. Its cool to step into this time machine and come out with some quality coffee as well.

Early morning, I went running around the block and starved hit me. Surprisingly, saw this new coffee shop. As I looked in their menu, I was amazed because they had a wide range of choices of coffee to choose from. I ordered Cappuccino because the staff recommended it. And it was the best, like for real!

Nice local coffee shop. The employees have always been friendly to me and they have some good latte choices if you want something that is a little different than normal.

It was my first time. I really like the iced mocha and how it wasnt over the top on chocolate. A few varieties of sandwiches and pastries. Very clean and friendly. Probably a favorite spot for locals I seen a few people just walking and stopping.

Great little neighborhood coffee shop. Great spot for sitting and people watching or grabbing a coffee to go.I personally dont like their drip coffee, its a bit more robust than I like, but their other drinks are good. They also have really good pastries from Marina.

Every time I come here the baristas are so friendly! Fantastic service, beautiful large open windows. I was sitting outside and the barista even came outside to hand me my drink. I was so pleased with the service!

Ive been here a handful of times and the coffee is always good - Americano or latte. The froth is my favorite superfine and creamy. I ordered a special cardamom vanilla late and it was not overly sweet which happens often with flavored coffee drinks. Staff friendliness is usually pretty good.

Great coffee. The friendly staff provide quick service. I always enjoy the music selections they pipe through the space. The baked goods are sourced from various local companies (which are clearly marked) so quality and taste can vary there.

The coffee here is excellent quality. They’re a little short on variety, but if you like a good quality espresso in a cute hipster joint, this is a great spot for that.

Favorite Coffee Place- All staff members are very communicative & friendly. Do not understand the world of coffee fully, so its great to get coffee from somewhere where the team is more than happy to answer (possibly basic) questions. Super chill vibe. The Eastlake Coffee & Cafe team did a wonderful job taking up the reigns of Voxx Coffee. Will get my Mochas here for a good long while.

Staff is lovely; very friendly. Food selection limited to prepackaged snacks. Loud elevator music. Absolutely silent patrons. A fine place for a quick cup of coffee, but a cheerless place to while away an afternoon.

The best lit cafe in Seattle, Voxx never fails to deliver on fantastic coffee. The people watching through the giant windows is hard to beat in the summer. The seating always feels a bit scattered and the place is often crowded, but it’s still the best on Eastlake.

Extremely friendly staff..specially if you find Liam, do talk to him. The Mocha with soya milk was great. And nice place to work.

Not as good as when it was Voxx. On 5/22/20 I had the same sandwich there I used to have when it was Voxx and it tasted like a mayonnaise sandwich with extra mayonnaise and a side of mayonnaise. One of the managers came over to re-check inventory after I picked a sandwich out of the case and proceeded to touch each and everything in the case with un-gloved hands. Im assuming he washed his hands it was just strange to see someone walk over to a case of retail food and reach in and touch everything. My co-worker tried it after Voxx sold it and was charged $8 for a Venti Americano that tasted watery. I stopped drinking the coffee there a very long time ago. The 3 stars is because they bothered to stay open during COVID-19, but back to Starbucks I go!

It is a very nice location with very comfy seats and enough plugs to charge devices, fast wifi as well and very close to the bus stop.The teas are good and the sandwiches are okay but would be much better if they would warm them up for you.The lady who works there is mostly the reason for only 3 stars.She is friendly but not too helpful and especially not present at all!I spendet a couple of hours here and most of the time she wasn’t on the front desk, not even showing up when I came there to order something else.

A nice quick stop if you want to get a warm drink and a small bite. Sitting in is also comfortable! They have a good selection of plant milks which for all diets or allergies!

I love this place! I wasnt even a coffee drinker before Voxx, but the combination of a great atmosphere and convenient location by a bus stop and a nice hub to the neighborhood has got me hooked. I would go in there and get tea or hot chocolate just to be a part of the good vibe in the morning - due to staff and patrons alike!Oh yeah, I also find their coffee to be in the uppermost tiers of deliciousness from all the places Ive now gone to get coffee. Broke up with Starbucks. Im with Voxx now. Great coffee, great atmosphere. I agree it would be a great place to study or catch up with a friend. Just upscale enough, just cozy enough. It encompasses Seattle with a little Portland tossed in. Highly recommend!

An average sized cafe with a usually chill atmosphere, although it can get a bit louder at peak times due to the tables being close together. Not that many places to get work done but a good hangout spot for small meetings. Most baristas make average or above average drinks.

Good in a pinch, had to stop to answer some emergent work messages. Coffee was hot (Lighthouse Roasters, delicious), and the breakfast sandwich was on point. would definitely go again.Comfy couch

I come in here all the time and I cant believe I havent written a review yet. The baristas make the most delicious lattes and dont fuss when I ask for a special request. I highly recommend stoppingby to get your caffeine fix and enjoy the warm welcoming environment!!

The maple-prailine latte was delicious, and the service was friendly. The only issue was that it took 10 minutes to get our drink because there was only 1 barista, with close to 10 people in line. So the only thing I would change is to potentially add a second barista on the weekends :).

Worth the trip when youre wanting to avoid the all Starbucks and try something with a coffeehouse feel. Nice place to sit and relax rather than line up and dash. Not a huge location but you can usually find a spot. I havent tried more than the scones but Ive enjoyed what I have.

They have a real typewriter you can play with at the cash register. Otherwise nothing about this coffee shop thats different than any other coffee shop, except maybe that the chairs are pretty comfortable.

A barely serviceable espresso on par with those Ive had in airport lounges out of instant machines. Generally bland, underdeveloped and acrid. It was largely disappointing as the atmosphere here was pleasant; several tables and large windows that opened to the street created an open and airy environment. Given my pleasure with the open windows I even forgave them for the flies that filled the interior.I would consider giving them another shot (pun intended) but only if they work on their coffee.

It is a nice place and I live very close but the people who work there are rude (except for a young lady but I have not seen her in so long). I never feel welcomed there. They are incapable of exchanging pleasantries or simply saying sorry when they mess up orders. I gave it too many shots but eventually, I stopped going there.I must point out that this review is for the Eastlake location. The staff in their downtown location is the opposite. My experiences there have always been pleasant.

In my four day whirlwind tour of Seattle, I stopped here every morning for my coffee. Everything I tried was delicious. Too bad they dont have pour over. This is a good location.

Coffee was incredibly burnt...the vanilla latte my girlfriend had was just awful...had to throw it away half way through it.The guy at the counter seemed very unhappy that we were even there...all we did was walk in, nothing more nothing less.2nd star is for the owner reaching out and offering a refund for the visit.

Some places create an experience where you feel valued. Voxx made me feel awful.I came here to meet a friend, and it was my first visit. My hormones require a no carb diet, which seriously restricts what I can consume at a coffee shop. But I still try to order instead of simply using their space. I typically order shots on ice, and mix it with a protein shake that I have brought (everything coffee shops sell is loaded with sugar and other carbohydrates).The barista flat out refused my only request: shots in a large iced cup. She would only serve the shots in a very small cup, and had zero interest when I showed her my drink and asked for her to accommodate a special dietary requirement. She didnt care, and was rudely dismissive. She said the owner wont allow it. OK! Never coming back.

Wonderful baked goods and drinks BUT the majority of the staff could use some serious customer service training. Employees should never act like they are doing you a favor by taking your order 😒

As the coffee shop that is right around the corner from me, Id take this spot over Starbucks any day. Its a real neighborhood atmosphere and the staff is really nice. The cozy living room furniture make me want to stay there all day, and while I havent had any sweets, they sure look good... The coffee drinks are made perfectly, and you can get your latte art fix too if thats your thing. Free wifi, a fun atmosphere. Note that in the morning they really hustle to get you your drink while waiting for the bus! My only gripe is that sometimes the line gets long.

Voxx is a great place as a coffee shop. The service is fairly friendly and there is a decent amount of space for Eastlake coffee shops to set up your laptop and work and still get to see the bustling life.

We frequent this coffee shop out of convenience as we live close. Most mornings this place makes a respectable Americano but the service is typically stoic and cold.

I love the environment for working here on my days off. There are sufficient outlets to plug in devices and the couches are so comfy. They have a good variety of gourmet sandwiches, snacks and pastries. The coffee is pretty good too! I love their mochas and chai because they are not overly sweet. The staff is pretty friendly and always happy to do customizations to your drink.
