My favourite site for baby/kids clothes, second to none! Bought a lot of items for both my children numerous times. I have an 8 year old son & my daughter is 14 months old. Never had any issues choosing items for either of them on Panache Kids. The best brands for the even better prices 🙌 . The easy payment plan is a Godsend! I use it when I find items at a great price however I dont have the full money available then & there. Never lose out that way, total win win. Items arrive promptly, packaged impeccably and are always exactly as shown on site. I will continue to use Panache until my bambinos are too old for the clothes/shoes 😅. Impressed every shop.

Poor customer service.Few item were faulty.Took ages to get a refund.And when I called to ask to return the faulty items a lady said to me if you return some items because they are small sizing then it will be only you paying for postage even though 3 items were faulty and the rest were very small sizeing.Ladies on customer service are rude and speck to you like you ask for somthing free of charge.Is a definately not coming back to order from this site again.So better keep your money guys rather then paying for something that is faulty and very expensive aswell.RIP OFF and DAY LIGHT ROBERRY.

I have bought three pairs of shoes from panache! In which I need the bigger size up. So I have phoned them to request an exchange for the bigger size! I had spoken to a women in customer service who had said I had to pay for the return I wasn’t happy so I was passed onto a manager called “Karen” who had come on the phone with an attitude saying “can I help you” in her cocky tone she had told me that it’s policy to pay to send back and that’s that I told her I wasn’t happy and her reply was “well the issues resolved” I asked to speak to someone above her were she had told me “she’s the one I need to speak to, either send the shoes back or don’t” and then hung up on me. I had phoned back as I was fuming and again she terminated the call. Disgusting customer service and when I do get hold of someone higher I will take this further because that’s not how you speak to a customer who has purchased from the business!

I have shopped from here for the last few years and have spent hundreds with them. Originally I left a great review but have now decided to edit it and leave a more up to date one. Well… what can I say?! Absolutely shocking customer service, appalling communication and I’ll never be ordering from here again. I received a dress that I ordered in their clearance section. Originally it was about £125. When it arrived before I’d even removed it from the packaging I noticed two small defects. I then noticed a much larger third defect. I called them immediately and was asked to send photos and not to worry as this can be resolved quickly. I explained this is a flower girl outfit for a wedding in a few days time. I sent requested photos and two days later there was no reply. I messaged on Instagram, to which wasn’t read. I then sent a second message asking someone to acknowledge my email. 4 days later and less than 48 hours until the wedding this dress is needed for I was told I couldnt have an exchange as there aren’t any more in stock. Well they’ve left it that long to contact me back even if there was one in stock it wouldn’t have arrived in time. I was also told I can’t have a further discount on it. I wasn’t after a partial refund. I wanted the dress that was advertised and that I paid for! A dress in immaculate condition. The listing should have said the dress had defects. Not have shown a dress in perfect condition! The paperwork sent with this dress says that the dress has been checked, along with a signature. This dress had not been checked. I am note frantically trying to find a replacement flower girl dress for one days time. To say I’m disgusted is an understatement. Return custom or any custom for that matter is clearly not appreciated. Their customer service is horrific and they sent out items that are not fit to be worn. If I lived closer I’d have gone in and demanded for this issue to be rectified. Cowboys.

Absolutely LOVE this website! I have been ordering off here for years, it has such a wide variety of brands to shop. They always have a great sale, I’ve picked up many a bargains too. I’ve also a used the payment plans and they are so realistic and so easy. They sent a lot of emails reminders etc it keeps you up to date on payments and shipping is ALWAYS ace! 10/10

Well I purchased 3 items on the 25/08/20 have the original email original receipt which has those 3 items on them two ticks for the above two I received a Scribble next to the A dee Emily bow raincoat red age 4 says PRE-ORDER £73.99 which was taken with the other two items total of £172.92 emailed asking is the coat I’m stock being delivered or I’m i getting refunded with it being two weeks before Christmas to purchase my daughter a new coat with one response of a tracking number and signed pic of not my signature plus also the date 03/08/20 which is an error when I didn’t even place my order until the 25/08/20 after so many more emails and no response I have to take the legal side now to get my refund absolute awful customer service and not very professional at all

Bought two t-shirts for my nephews birthday - one was the wrong item. Initially, customer service was good and they responded to me straight away telling me to send the incorrect item back and to show them proof of postage for a refund. Did all they requested, and have contacted them on a few occasions about my refund - no response at all. I know it isnt a great deal but why should I be out of pocket.However, I should add that they sent out the correct item which arrived the day after wrong item was posted back to them.I have edited to add that I have now received refund for postage but it took writing a review to receive this communication and refund for this. But all in all my nephew is over the moon with his T-shirts. The only downside is the lack of communication. I would however buy from them again.

After thinking things through I wasn’t actually going to bother and write a review!But reading other people’s bad reviews it just got me even more annoyed that the fact people haven’t received there refund for months !I ordered my daughters clothes on Thursday and paid for special delivery for Saturday as we had a big event to go to and I trusted them !To receive a text from them it says my package will arrive on Monday!Bare in mind they was so quick to email me about one of the items not being stock and replace it with another!so I couldn’t care a less as long as a got my stuff.I called the team and the person said they actually sent it for standard delivery!Told me it’s at the depo in my area and said it’s confirmed for me to go collect it!I went to the depo having the man say he will not give me my package not til Monday !What I waste of my time!I called back and all I got was that’s not my fault and the only thing we can do is give you back the difference from the special/standard delivery!At this point I just wanted to seriously not bother with the items but reading about getting refunds back and the customer service on the lack of help you get?I rather keep my items and know my over 100£ worth of items is in my hands even though it’s burning me up to say I want to keep it!I still haven’t got my response from email to say why they messed it up!Time wasters

I have bought from here for yearsBut my last order was delivered and left by the courier above my gas pipe inside my communal flat block. I come home and the parcel was missing i asked for some help to be told i didnt request the driver to knock on a neighbours door or re deliver ,I know common sense🤔 so he left it for anyone to take such a shame I have been told to call the police what a joke Im gutted Im out of pocket with no help.deffently wont be using this company again

Ordered a dress for my little girl, unfortunately the zip was broken. Contacted Panache who asked me return it, so they could confirm that it was faulty. I posted it back and they contacted me straight away to say that it was indeed faulty, they were really apologetic that they has sold out in the size, but an exchange was sorted straight away. Really good Customer Service.

I ordered a pair of converse for my Grandaughters birthday. They were a great price. Not only did they arrived on time for her birthday but when she opened the parcel there was an additional surprise inside the box. A packet of sweets. I thought this was a lovely touch and goes to show just a little gesture can mean so much more. Thank you for the great service and hope I can do business with you again soon.

Always shop at Panache, service always great, helpful staff on phones and email, highly recommend.I have shopped here many years and always have a very pleasant shopping experience.I would not go anywere else 😬.All the staff are helpful but especially Dawn who makes my shopping experience great.I almost feel like i have my own personal shopper every season when shopping for my childrens clothes.

Absolutely terrible customer service and poor quality shoes. Bought two pairs of very expensive panache brand shoes, after my daughter wore the first pair the hell fell off after small amount of usage, slightly annoyed as she didnt have for long, then after the heel fell of the second pair after barely any usage I emailed the guys at panache where the best they could offer me was for me to go and spend more money at a shoe repair store and that they would reimburse me. They also assured me this hasnt been a problem for them before (I must have bought the only two pairs of poor quality/faulty shoes they have ever had!!!) when I emailed back to say this wasnt satisfactory they didnt even bother with a reply! Poor quality, poor customer service and very inflated prices!

I bought two pairs of Mary Jane school schools from this shop at a cost of £40 per pair. I was sceptical as they were for five year olds and were black patent however I was talked into buying them by being told that the child would out grow them before they scuffed otherwise I would get a replacement pair or they would repair them. By the 24th September (3 weeks) one pair is completely scuffed and when I emailed their customer services was simply told they would not replace them or refund as scuffing is classed as wear and tear!! There is clearly an issue with the leather as it has only happened on one of the pairs I purchased. I am disgusted with their attitude as I expect any shoes I buy for kids to last longer than 3 weeks, especially when you pay good money and are told by the shop assistant something completely different to what their policy is!! Very poor and will definitely not purchase from them again.

AWFUL customer service! Ordered a few holiday items, one was awful quality with stitching undone. First rang the shop to explain and the woman was rude as anything and told me to email. I did this and was told to return it. Posted the dress last Monday, seemed to be taking a long time for a refund - emailed and no response. Rang the shop countless times and they never answer so opening PayPal dispute especially after seeing all these awful reviews! AVOID! Returned clothes from Designer Childrenswear and had refund the next day, order from them instead!

Panache kids are so unprofessional. I contacted them regarding some shoes that my daughter has had for two months which have started coming apart.The rude member of staff Melanie called me a liar via email and told me my daughter had been wearing the shoes to school and to play out in.To say I’m fuming is an understatement.I will never ever order another item from this company again.The attitude & lack of customer service which I have received is shocking.They don’t mind taking your money but won’t help resolve any problems.Disgusting company

I ordered a mayoral shoes which I needed urgently, i recieved them faulty. I called them at 9:35am, I was waiting on the phone for someone to answer for 45mins, then gave up, called again 12:30pm and was on the phone for 1hr 36mins, gave up. Spoke to store, no manager available. They cant help. Am travelling tomorrow and they cant do anything. Awful service.
