Its a fricken clothing store. Total tourist trap. Mt Rainier is 75 miles SE of Seattle. Go to Destination Harley Davidson...at least they have motorcycles and theyre only 45 miles from Mt Rainier. What a joke...And Destination had Serial 1 Electric Bicycles too...HARLEY DAVIDS9N DOSENT MAKE BICYCLES!

Had the jacket I wanted that was out of stock EVERYWHERE!!!!The lady that handles online orders is an absolute doll. I would marry her in a heartbeat, but her husband might object. Great service . She went above and beyond ! If you ever make it to Texas ,steak is on me !

Shopseattleharley.com is a joke. They never have t-shirts in stock unless you wear a small. Wanted a souvenir from my Wa. trip but can’t find a 2xl shirt from the online store at all. Very disappointed.

I had to stop in here while on vacation to buy a shirt for my boyfriend and his son. I was happy I found something for each of them in a price range I could afford. The ladies working here were very friendly and seemed interested in talking to me since I was visiting from such a distance.

Sales person was extremely nice. She made great suggestions on the different style of shirts and sizes. She was very helpful and gave us her full attention. We were visiting from the southeastern U.S. and make it a point to stop at H-D shops during our travels. Will visit again on my next stop in Seattle.

Good Service

Brought my bike and parked away from store to buy a tool bag they didn’t have what I needed (motorcycle gear) and staff didn’t like my cycle.Don’t waste your time

No one seemed to eager to help us in any way. Not the best Harley place Ive ever been to. The HD store in Olympia was a way better experience and had what I was looking for.

The cashiers barely greeted us and didnt even ask if we needed help. also, my receipt was thrown at me after I made a purchase. poor customer service

Just overall bad experience. Ive been to tons of HD stores around the nation and I never had as bad as an experience as I did at this store. The sales person in the store was not helpful and didnt even say hello or anything and I was the only one in their store. They did not have most of their clothing available in different sizes and I was just looking for a large but all they have was 3, 4, or 5X shirts nothing in smaller sizes. I was so upset by the service that I left without buying anything! I collect HD shirts from all over and was hoping to get Seattle checked off the list however unless they change how their store is managed then I will never get Seattle checked off which is really disappointing.

Delicious and cheap food ! The amount of food is great too. The conditions of the place is not the best , carpet is kind of nasty.

I was visiting Wa from California I mk it a point to stop at every Harley Davidson store when I travel, Mt Rainier Harley is a good spot with very friendly staff I enjoyed my visit they made me feel rt at home
