Go see Charles! Do not go to Best Buy! I first went to best buy, thinking it would be cheaper than a small car stereo place, but I was so wrong. Charles was barely half the price of what best buy was going to charge me (and the customer service here is 100x better). He was quick to reply, gave good suggestions for products for my car, and was able to get me in quickly. I am so happy with my new stereo! Thank you!

I engaged him first via Yelp. Told him specifically what I was looking for. Provided him necessary details. Received an estimate.Had some time this week, so I went ahead and booked the appointment (there is a fee to book/hold the time, but it applies toward your total balance due). Made arrangements to drop off my vehicle. I made a last-minute change to my order which Charles was able to accommodate. He communicated with me that there might be a delay, but he ended up finishing early. So friendly to chat with. Answered a ton of questions. Would have him do more work in a heartbeat.I had my factory speakers replaced and added a CD player deck. Everything works and sounds amazing. He even found some change INSIDE my door panel and tossed it in my console and vacuumed my floors and seats.

Amazing service, very fair price. Ended up getting a defective part from Amazon, and they worked with me to set up another time to swap the unit out free of charge. No need to look elsewhere for quality audio installation, Charles and the guys and C& C Stereos will take good care of you!
