Buying a used car is never easy or pleasant. Ive never met an honest used car salesman until now. Brian, the owner, is so straight forward, personable, and pleasant to deal with. I didnt feel like it was me against him, it was both of us working together. I highly recommend him. I bought a used car with a few problems. He helped me get everything straightened out with the car. He even helped me get the car home when I couldnt get a ride from anyone.

I dont even know where to start... Ive not only purchased a few vehicles over the years, but have worked at a few car dealerships as well. Seen the ins and outs of sales, service, finance.I knew, with my credit situation and lack of down payment, I wouldnt be qualified for much or Id be pushed into another newer car scenario with better rates and better monthly payment that Id be stuck with for WAY too long.I was looking for a vehicle that had low mileage and was priced cheap so I could pay off easily and quick!I stumbled upon a Ford Explorer at CB Credit King, had low miles and priced right in my price range, thought, what the heck, Ill just give em a shot and Im SURE glad I did!Easiest sale hands down! We bought a Ford Ecoline from from him, for almost $1,700. The brakes went out as we were driving down Lakecity Way. We told him we were going to be living in it, told him our needs. He took total advantage of that to make a sale. It broke down in less that a month of us having it. We were broke down and living in a parking lot of my work for over a month. We tried to talk to him he was like oh well sorry. So beyond messed up. Dont buy from him.

My experience overall was pretty good. I bought an 04 Hyundai Accent a few days ago from Sean. A guy named Ryan also helped. They were both pretty friendly and Sean worked hard on getting me this car with a lower down payment. Appreciate it. As far as the car goes it was decently priced, but interest rates from the their Lenders are HIGH! Im sure CB credit cant do much about that though. It seems in good condition so far apart from a slightly hot engine and a little smoke. I think I just need an oil change. Also the radio does not work. I wish that were clearly stated. I am a young college kid that needs JAMS! Gotta Warn a brother. Overall Thank you guys for selling me my first car.

I just relocated to Seattle from other country and needed an affordable first car in the US. I have a family and there was an urgent need of a good family SUV. It was very easy and convenient to find Curts dealership on the Internet (I used Graigslist web-site). The advertised cars were also on the web-site of the dealership. A lot of details and useful pictures were provided, so I was able to easily find a car of my long dream (Honda Pilot).The dealership is close to Seattle and they work on the weekends (including Sunday!). So, I went there on Sunday and found the chosen car present and even at the lower price. A car was presented professionally and the quality of car was good. They even repaired some issue for free.Im especially satisfied by a credit they provided right out of the box. My bank did not want me to buy inexpensive car, so I had to somehow find another credit in a day or so. The dealership has a close partnership with a credit organization and they gave me a credit even because Im new to the USA and havent received my first salary!So, I finished the process of searching and buying a car in just 2 days! I was attempting to purchase a vehicle and was told many times that I had an approval. Then day after day it was a delay. He would tell me I just sold 3 cars today so sorry, I didnt call you until now. Well geez, I would like to buy a car. Then I was told to come in Wed to finish up paperwork so I took the day off. No call and no show. I called them to find out what was going on. His response was, oh yeah the we submitted another vehicle and the bank manager reviewed ppwk of previous vehicle and said you need more money down for the vehicle I wanted. Oh really,! Thats interesting because the conversation I had the night before, he told me he is losing about 2000. I said, Im sorry you can change your mind. he said, no. Coincidentally, the next day I have to come up with at least 2700.00. WOW. I dont have a problem with business needing to make money. My problem is that he should have been honest. Because of his dishonesty, I lost $275.00 today for not being at work. I needed a car asap because of my job. When people need a car, they dont have time for misrepresentation. I have a life and people depending on me. Had this gone through, I would have come back to get another car next year. When things go well, Im a loyal customer. Im a person of habit.

I filled out an online application for one of their cars and I was called within two hours. A Very Nice guy named Curt called and asked to explain my situation to him. I had bought a terrible Mustang and needed a new car. I didnt have very much credit, but they worked with me. For four days we battled together to find a car loan and today I am walking out of here with a beautiful car. CB Credit King has a great team here and very friendly. They never gave up and never decided it would be too much work or too hard to find me a loan. This is the third car I have bought from Brian! My first two experiences were STELLAR. Ive been helping my niece look for a good used car for the last couple weeks. We havnt had much luck. Today I went to CB credit king in search of a replacement car for my aging van. I called in advance and a gentleman named J.R. was more then helpful, answering all my questions and even tolerating my indecision with the utmost respect and speed. in most cases I didnt wait much longer then 15 min. he helped me get him the information I would need so the visit would go faster. He then set me an appointment and let me know he would not be there but set me up to talk to Craig.When I got to the lot they were prompt to greet me and every one on the lot were great. they had my file and we set right to work. they had several options for me and had my loan set for me in lighting speed. I have bought over 30 cars in my life and have yet to get better service.Because of insurance issues I was unable at this time to take advantage of the fact that Craig worked very hard to get us into a car. Even going so far as to offer me the best he could on my aging van . I honestly regret my in ability to take him up on all his and his teams work. But in a couple months when I can get more down I am going to see Craig and his team for my next car. They have that RIGHT feel and I cant wait to see them again.Wynn

Joe wasnt pushy about the sale at all, and he and Kurt were very accommodating about the rather unusual course the sale took. Id be likely to suggest that friends start their search here in the future. They were interested in making sure I was certain about the purchase and the car, and in referring customers to other local businesses in the event that the car should ever need repairs. All in all, it was a good buying experience.

*I had to edit my original post when my check engine light came on the day after I purchased the car.I bought a car from this lot in January. The check engine light came on while test driving the car. Ken said that it just needed to be reset because they had just gotten an oil change, and he took it to a shop up the street to reset it. I also noticed a smell coming from the exhaust, but Ken assured me he didnt smell anything, and that it too was probably related to the recent oil change. I ended up buying the car and purchasing a $1900 warranty. The day after I bought the car, check engine light came back on. Two weeks later, there was ZERO oil in the car. Within 30 days the Turbo failed. Even with the warranty, I shelled out $490 for the repair (which cost over $3000 total). There is always a risk with buying a used car, especially when you have credit challenges and I accept that. But, I had hoped my questions would be met with honesty and I find it hard to believe that they didnt know about the oil leak when I purchased the car, because that is what caused the Turbo to fail, and the car had been at the lot for 5 months. Curt did try to work with me on the check engine light, and luckily it was at his insistence that I purchased the warranty, but I still feel taken advantage of dropping $490 for repairs within 30 days of purchase.

I bought a car from these guys years ago, back when it was C&J Auto Sales. A trip down memory lane has prompted me to write a post-dated review.The sales guy was super friendly and helpful. He asked enough questions to get an idea of what kind of car I wanted, and wasnt pushy with the typical used car salesmen schtick. He was completely transparent about the cars and even steered me a way from a car that required the TLC of someone whos handy with a wrench - even though I had shown a lot of interest in it. Getting under the hood of a car wasnt, and still is not, a great skill set of mine, so his honesty was greatly appreciated.I ended up driving a 2dr Toyota coupe off the lot. That night I ended up having some buyers remorse with my car choice. I brought it back the next day and they allowed me to exchange it for a different car - a Ford Taurus sedan. That Ford Taurus was a great first car. For what I paid, I got exactly what I needed. It was the car that I drove throughout my college years and a couple years beyond.Overall, I had a great car buying experience. I understand theyre under new management now, and I hope the new management continues with the great service.

Went here to get a car. After signing papers and handing over the check I was informed the car had been in an accident but on their website it said it hadn’t been in an accident. I asked to see the Carfax on the accident and was told I needed to buy them myself for $40. I just left after that and took my check back. This place is filled with con-artists.

I went in looking for a particular vehicle but they had it in the shop for a minor part. They said it would be done in a couple of hours and they would take my number and call me when it was done. I hung out for a few hours, not getting a call, before heading home. I emailed them inquiring about the same vehicle that night and still never got a response. Aside from that everyone was friendly and seemed like they wanted to make a deal, just no response/follow up from them.

I have really bad credit but needed a car after my rust bucket finally gave out. I was really nervous and heard horrible things about sales guys, but I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service at CB credit. They didnt make me feel bad about my financial situation. They gave me pointers on how to raise my credit and they were able tofinanced me. I drove off in my nice car. I now have leather seats and automatic power windows. These guys rock! Great place to buy a car, they have about 60 cars but they are all in great shape, to be honest the only thing I had a hard time here was selecting the car I was going to buy. I call because I saw an ad in the local Autobook, I just didnt know if I could get approved, because I had a BK a few years ago. They approved me in minutes and like I said gave me many options. I ended up buying a honda accord and I am very happy with my new ride. I would recommend this dealer to all my friends for sure!

I originally went to Pierre Money Mart and was turned down flat, and they left me with no Options or how to even get a car in the future. A friends dad told me to call CB Credit King and before the week was over, I was driving my new car!!!! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH CURT BUSH! You are the best thing that ever happened to Lake City!!!Fast forward 7 months, the car I purchased back in November was totaled in an accident so now, I was back where I started. I contacted Curt Bush and let him know I was in the market for yet ANOTHER car and he immediately went to work trying to find something I would absolutely adore and once again, He did just that. I went in focused on a 2003 Nissan Murano with very low miles. After I stood on the lot and watched them detail a 2008 Jeep Liberty w/ a convertible top (I was ABSOLUTELY FLOORED at how gorgeous it was in all black and the engine looked sounded great as well) I knew I found THE car. Curt did his magic and 2 hrs later my husband and I drove off the lot in my new car. Thank you again Curt Bush, I can never say enough good things about you. I was searching for cars on my phone and ran into CB Credit Kings. I know my credit is not perfect and I know from my experience in the past I wouldnt be able to finance another car. But then I thought maybe if I ask questions about it and see what exactly they can or if they can help me out. So I talk to Eric and he assure me that he was able to work with me and help me get into something. On two cars online caught my attention but when I arrived to CB Vredit Kings he had me look around for other cars on the lot since the one I was going for got sold. Ended up leaving with a car that I liked and had set my mind to. Eric and Felix made that happen for me. Due to me going thru so much I know I probably have them a hard time. But they worked it out for me and told me everything would be good. So I thank you two for going beyond to get me back into the car I wanted. Definitely recommend going to.

I was originally called by a guy who appeared to be nice and willing to work with me he spent nearly 30 min on the phone with me promosing me He then told me he was going to call me back with an auto loan.... after waiting several days I then called him back and to my surprise the amount of amazingly rude things he said to me was by far insulting and demeaning.He acted as if he didnt speak with me before and kept stating well the notes say. ..... which were very far from what he told me on the phone and not even relating to me at all. Even going as far as to say I needed more than 500$ down which I never told them I had 500 down.I asked him several times did he have the correct file. I eventually hung up and refuse to ever work with them.When I asked for.a manager I was placed on hold for literally 21 min. I even called back and no one said they spoke to me yet once again.It appears to be an unorganized placeAnd I had 3000$ as a down payment.Dont get dooped by the first phone call make sure you really check into them first.

Wasnt sure if I was gonna get approved and was approved curt was amazing worked a long way time to help us he was great! Would recommend this place to anyone hes great!

Im so glad I got a car from CB credit king. I went to Pierre Money Mart to get a car when they told me they had me approved , but when I arrived I wasnt approved like they had told me . I hate false information more than anything. I really needed car, so I stopped at CB credit king they had me approve fast with great rates and prices. I love the car I bought!

Found a hard to find vehicle at CBs after flying from Georgia to Washington and doing a cross country trip the vehicle is everything Louis said it was he was upfront with all the details and answered any questions i had with honesty and diligent. Great doing business with you guys..
