Great customer service. Sales associate was quite knowledgeable and honest concerning the shoes I was interested in. Took the time to answer my questions and share his experience with the brand. Ended up buying a pair. Impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Place was awesome. Bought 4 things, so about $300 worth of cotton. My drip is absolutely insane, I no longer talk to my parents because Im too cool for them now. Highly recommend you skip out on paying your rent this month and go here instead.

It is a good store, what you would expect from The North Face chain. Although I didnt like the fact that they were kind of stingy with a suitable size bag; stuffed a several-hundred-dollar purchase in a small bag such that things were sticking out.

If youre wanting to buy anything made by The North Face, save your wish list and take it to this location (as opposed to buying at a department store or online.) Spread out over two giant levels (formerly H&M, before that it was the largest Kenneth Cole store company-wide, just to give you an idea of the spaces size,) this is one of the North Face locations that immerses you in the bright, sleek, functional and outdoor-capable-but-will-likely-never-see-a-mountainside image most of us love and expect. Of course, for all of the true mountaineers out there, you will also find the highest quality climbing gear and accessories right along with the polar fleece or backpack you probably came in for. Skip the big outdoor retailer or whatever department store you might have gone to before for your North Face gear, youll be glad you did when you get a look at this :)

I had a great experience in this store and though I’d share. The staff was exceptional and so was the build quality of everything in the store. Fantastic value!

Its a nice store. Nothing different except great customer service. They greet you on your way in and thank you on the way out. I talked to the young man in mens. Very cool kid. I do wear North Face jackets and they are warm in the cold. Today I didnt buy, because I travel home Sunday.

I could have built a house faster than than their renovation. I couldnt go downstairs to the mens section. AGAIN. They have been closed on and off for months. The escalators have been down for at least three.

Review Entry on 12/30/2020: my reasoning for one star is because they are temporarily close due to maintenance and on their note they referred their University Village and Bellevue Square location which I like to add that their Bellevue Square location is also showing temporarily closed on Google Maps. Misleading information and if they are both “temporarily closed” then why not start moving your inventory to University Village the one only open so you can continue making some profit (well maybe depending on cost of your logistics/inventory expense) on inventory that is just sitting there being looked at from people like me! Sorry to go all “Karen” but just wanted to inform the public before driving to this location

How are you going to close the flagship downtown store for a month because the escalator is broken? The escalator was broken in December and the store was still open. Came to make a return and now they are closed. Patagonia is better anyways.

Went here to exchange some gloves because the E tip was not working. The person who helped me was fantastic and made the exchange super easy. I don’t know who the girl was but she had blond hair and probably in her 20s. Whoever you were thank you! Excellent customer service. I visited store on 1/16/2020 around 3pm

Nova (sales staff) is knowledgeable about the products and serious about great service. I got my rain coat home and tried it on again one of the side seams looked off and a little bunched up. Wasnt thrilled at the thought of going back downtown though.EDIT 10/7/20: I now realize what I thought was great service was just a push to make a sale. Not saying she wasnt nice just you pull more when youre knowledgeable and very nice. I bought the coat at the end of January. Things started getting busy in the medical center in February and we all know the rest. With everyrhing thats transpired in Seattle in the last few months I wouldnt go downtown to return it. No problem I thought, with their price point I was thinking a higher end store must have a liberal return policy. (think Nordstrom) I also didnt want to go to the malls. A couple of weeks ago one of my daughters finally convinced me to go to Belle Square to return it or possibly find something else. To my surprise they do not have a good return window even though they extended it. They will exchange on a final sale. If I spend over $100 on a little raincoat that Columbia has for $70 I expect the return policy to as good as the sales push especially during these current times where people are afraid for their health. I work in healthcare and am exposed to more bugs than I want to be. Im not going out for any unnecessary additional exposure. When I found out no return I asked my daughter with me if she wanted anything...no I dont shop here. Hmm. Called youngest daughter...no I dont shop there. Hmmm. Asked if my grandson wanted anything...no he doesnt like their things any longer. Well great. If my out of town patients come here unprepared this fall, winter, next spring, forever and need something a little warmer Ill tell them where every Nordstrom and Macys is within a 50 mile radius before I mention this place. Might even throw in JC Penney. This was the first and last time Ill shop here.
