I had the best experience with Lovely Bride when I was dress shopping! I went dress shopping in October and have nothing but great things to say! Carly helped me pick my dress and walked me through every step when I didn’t really know what I wanted. She made it personal and was so professional, but what I love most is that she always brought it back to making sure I picked the dress that I loved the most, not what I thought anyone else wanted. My dress arrived so fast, and was my dream dress for my wedding day. Can’t recommend this place enough! ❤️

Excellent Experience!Our little posse went to 3 different places for the bride to pick out her dress and this place was hands down the best! Although the selection was on par with A & Be, the thing that made the experience stellar was Abby, our helper person. She was ah-mazing! She asked about her weddings vibe, what the bride was most excited about in the process, how its gone so far...just incredibly personable. She facilitated what could have been a nerve wracking experience into being fun, playful and personal. Thanks for being awesome, Abby!

Carly at Lovely Bride was SO attentive and personable during my dress shopping experience. As I listed out what I liked and didnt like about each dress (they were ALL beautiful by the way), it felt like she practically custom made the final dress as it addressed my lists of likes & dislikes. My best friend and I were the only ones in the store during my appointment so it was a perfectly intimate experience. I cant recommend Lovely enough.**update to review: Lovely Bride provided recommendations for alterations and Sokhim did a fantastic job! The dress turned out perfectly for our adventurous elopement.

Carly gave me a call the week of my appointment, to ask questions about myself and what I was looking for. I had informed her that I was trying on dresses at other bridal shops as well and she recommended that I come to Lovely Bride last so that if I did find something that I loved at Lovely Bride I could take advantage of the sale at the time. I appreciated this small gesture! So kind! We rescheduled, it was smooth and lots of options were available to me on a weekend. When there, they already had dresses in mind for me taking in consideration of my wants and my needs. The process was quick and efficient and I left the store with the dress of my dreams! Their team was so so so kind and helpful.

Lovely has amazing dresses. The quality is in a different league... seriously! The sample dresses were in great condition. The store is very cute and has an elegant/fun bridal vibe. Carly helped me find my perfect dress. She was great! She helped me figure out my vision and find the perfect dress! I said yes to the dress!

Pretty disappointed in my experience here. On the initial phone call, I shared with the consultant that I wasnt ready to purchase a dress at my appointment but wanted to try and identify a dress to purchase in the future. I was encouraged to reschedule until I was ready to buy. I kept my appointment, which wasnt a great experience for me or my two guests. I felt very rushed and didnt feel like I could explore the gowns that were there. When I asked about a specific gown, the consultant scoffed and said it was way over my budget. I ended up trying it on and loving it, but wont be purchasing from this shop. I understand that this business can only operate when theyre selling gowns, but I felt I was treated poorly for making it clear that I wasnt ready to write a check for thousands of dollars on the spot. Not worth the $25 appointment fee.

I had the best experience at Lovely Bride Seattle! Carly was a dream to work with! All the policies and processes to take precautions during COVID-19 were super clear and I felt 100% safe in the store! I had a specific dress in mind that I wanted to try on that the store didnt carry and Carly worked with me to get the dress I wanted into the store before my appointment so I could try it on! The other dresses she pulled were in line with my style and she was very conscious of the budget I had communicated which I seriously appreciated! I had the best experience and definitely recommend to any bride to be looking for a gown!

Amazing experience! Carly was wonderful and she immediately understood what I wanted. The appointment was so smooth and she even book a follow up appointment for me the day after because she understood that I need to sleep on it before making a final decision. Highly recommended!

I went to five different bridal shops in the Seattle/Bellevue area and Lovely Bride was by far my best experience. Charis really listened to my preferences, kept my calm through this overwhelming time, and was patient with my indecisive nature. I really appreciated that she was not pushy like many of the bridal stylist at the other stores. They had a great selection of high quality gowns that were within my budget. I highly recommend Charis and Lovely Bride if you are on the hunt for a wedding gown!

The name fits well! Lovely is a small, boutique shop with a good variety of styles and price points.After appointments at a few other places, my daughter found Lovely and made the appointment the night before. The staff was accomodating, personal yet professional.Two things keep me from giving a full five stars:First, the perfume when I walked in was overwhelming & triggered my asthma.Second, the accessories were almost nonexistent. We were looking for a cape veil or cloak rather than a tradition one. They hadnt heard of this before.However, this is where my daughter chose & purchased her dress!

Lovely bride is a lovely place! I ended up getting my dress elsewhere during a trunk show but I still highly recommend Lovely Bride! They had a great selection of dresses with lots of variety. I also appreciated the large selection of plus size samples to try. Im between the regular and plus size samples so it was nice to see some styles clipped to fit instead of being too small. Megan was an amazing stylist who listened to what I wanted and was able to make perfect recommendations. Great experience and highly recommended.

My visit to Lovely in Seattle, WA was a dream come true.After visiting three other shops beforehand and experiencing a real lack of customer service and dress selection, Lovely was a breath of fresh air.I felt lucky to have worked with Carly, but honestly every bride in the shop that day seemed well taken care of and comfortable with what can be a daunting task.The shop has such a warm and welcoming vibe and their signature scent needs to be sold as a candle if it isnt already!Carly was imaginative, but honest. She did her research with the information I provided before my visit (something all three of the previous shops failed to do). And I felt like she genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect dress.Better yet, Lovely is in the most darling community in Seattle - youll want to move in by the time you find your dress.If a visit to Lovely isnt yet on your list of places to shop, I highly suggest you move it to the top!

I had a perfect experience at Lovely Bride. I called last minute after some of my appointments had fallen through. I described what type of dress I was looking for in addition to my budget. Not only did they work with my last minute appointment request, but I tried on the the dress the stylist had put aside for me and knew that was it right away. It was so simple. I was in and out within probably 45 minutes. Now THATs great service!

Lovely Bride was my 4th dress appointment and I had an awesome time, especially because of my stylist Katie! She was super nice, hilarious, clearly knew what she was talking about and made me feel totally comfortable - which makes the whole process way more fun. She quickly understood my style and vibe and pulled great options for me. I mentioned being interested in a cape-look and she even pulled one for me to try with the dresses.The store itself has tons of beautiful dresses in multiple styles for all budgets. I was looking for a more modern, sleek dress (Im not into lace, beading etc.) and had trouble finding options - this was the first place that had a multitude of options for me in my budget! The space is absolutely gorgeous but relaxed with great lighting - the mirror I was standing in was lit by tons of natural light so I could get the best idea of how the dress would look day of.I found my dream dress and wanted my mom to see the dress before buying, and Katie even made the time for me to come back in that same day a few hours later which I really appreciated. I would recommend both Lovely Bride and Katie for anyone looking for a great wedding dress shopping experience!

My experience at Lovely Bride was amazing from the moment I arrived. I worked with Charis, who is the perfect mix of fun and professional. I could not have had a better experience with her. In the most amazing twist of fate, Lovely Bride had brought in the dress of my dreams (and my pinterest boards - haha) without me knowing. The store itself is beautiful and the best place for finding your own dream dress. And when Charis helps you do that, you can go across the street after for celebratory margaritas!

5 stars for Megan and Lovely Bride Seattle. I did not end up purchasing my dress here as I needed a little more wiggle room in my budget, but Megan stuck to bringing me dresses within my price range, in styles that I wanted and that she knew might inspire me. She was funny and kept me smiling during my whole appointment. The studio is a relaxed space right on Greenwood Ave with good lighting and not too many frills or extras.

I had such a great experience at Lovely Bride! The first time I went I was still in information gathering mode, but had a really nice time at the shop. Megan was very laid back and I never felt pressured to make any sort of decision. After thinking about it for a week or two (and visiting other bridal shops) I made a last minute appointment to go back to Lovely Bride to try on my favorite there. And I said yes! Im so happy with my choice. Their gowns are different than some of the most popular designers, and I felt so special while shopping there.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I had my first appointment here today and Im pretty sure I found my dream dress. Will definitely be going back fora second appointment soon. They have a great variety of dresses fit for every brides style. The store is beautiful and the stylists are super nice. I had Courtney and she was just hilarious and amazing, I love her! She made sure I didnt get confused and just knew exactly what I was looking for immediately. Definitely recommend this place for future brides!

My best friend found her dream dress at Lovely Bride, but we were told it most likely wouldnt arrive in time for her wedding. However, Megan worked so hard on her own time to try and make it a possibility and she completely came through like a boss. Megan has been incredibly helpful, sweet, and supportive through the entire process- I have never received better customer service in my life. Thank you Megan and Lovely Bride! You guys are more than amazing.

OMG! The Lovely Bride shop is absolutely amazing.First of all, I am from Europe and when I went to a few other bridal shops in Seattle… well, I was quite disappointed and thought it would take me months to find something I would like. The dresses I’ve tried on at other stores were nice, but nothing special, nothing that would make you hold your breath when you see yourself in a mirror.At Lovely, on the other hand, it felt like all of their dresses were handpicked - good variety of styles and all are gorgeous. Every single dress I put on was WOW. I didn’t plan to buy a dress until February - March. What do you think? Totally unexpected, I ended up buying a dress after just 30 minutes at Lovely. Still shocked by how quickly that was, but couldnt be happier with my wedding dress :)Oh, and the bonus - the Lovely stylists are so much fun! I worked with Megan and Courtney. You will definitely enjoy the experience. Highly recommend.

She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and made what can be a stressful experience, a really memorable one for our client. They had a really nice dress selection and a warm, inviting space. Went with my friend to look for her wedding dress appointment here. A good amount of selection on Lacey and boho wedding dresses. Not a ton of dresses with jewel accents but some with nice beading. Would recommend this shop for a younger styled bride.

I said YES to the dress at Lovely Bride! From the start the stylists were so friendly and accommodating. They had dresses come to mind as I was explaining my venue, wedding style, and features of dresses I liked. I really appreciated how well they knew their dresses! They gave great input, helped me eliminate certain styles, and even teared up when I said YES to my dress. I will recommend this place to everyone!

Ive been to every store in Seattle and Portland, and Lovely was by far the worst experience Ive had. The other stores listened to me, and made me feel beautiful. I left Lovely feeling ugly and poor.Im a COVID bride who had to reschedule my big indoor wedding for a small summer garden venue, which meant I needed a new dress that I wouldnt get heatstroke in. I lost a significant amount of money and had immediate family sick with COVID. The last few months have been extremely difficult. I was looking forward to something positive, so I started planning the new wedding. Lovely was my first stop with the new wedding in mind, and the only dress store in Seattle or Portland I hadnt been to. Needless to say this wasnt my first rodeo - Ive tried on hundreds of dresses and already had my old dress altered before the wedding was cancelled (was supposed to be one week after the state ban).I used to work in commissioned sales when my company wasnt doing well financially. I know Carly is probably under a lot of pressure. I get that.But...I paid $25 for an appointment to try on 5 pre-saved dresses (this is the ONLY place that charges a fee in all of Seattle or PDX). They make you fill out a dress wishlist online, which I confirmed over the phone. I liked that transparency. The ONLY reason I came in was because two of the wishlist dresses I fell in love with online, but she outright refused to let me try on because they were outside of my budget. I had to make a case for trying them on. Once I mentioned an acquaintance had worn one of the dresses she said you would REALLY wear a dress that your friend wore to her wedding?. Well, you cant afford this, so lets just try on these other ones. Uh, yes? I barely know her. Can I just try on the dress now?? Even if it is outside my budget, I would have made an exception if it was the one! Take my money??I made it very clear which styles I didnt like, e.g. strapless or dark colors, and then she kept picking ones with those qualities to try on. When I explained the whole scenario about how COVID impacted my wedding, she just said OK. Well lets try on this one. No acknowledgement of the situation, never asking where Im getting married, what the venue looks like, anything.I was almost in tears just trying to try on the dresses I came in for, which was truly bizarre. I thought, am I going to have to secretly grab these dresses off the rack just to try them?? Once she finally gave in because I said this dress is the only reason I came here, she made a snarky comment about how I guess you like illusion styles after all. Yeah, well, this dress was on my wishlist, I pointed it out on the rack, and it was on the pinterest board I showed you... If I didnt want to try on that dress so badly, I would have walked out.As soon as I put it on, I kept getting pressure about purchasing immediately. She didnt try put a veil on or tell me whether it looked good or not, and tried to get me to try on even more styles.We left with her saying she would call to follow-up even though I said I was trying on at another place later to compare styles and I want to make the right decision. But to be honest, even if this dress is the one, I cant justify purchasing here after this experience. :( Ladies, go to La Belle Elaines or I Do Bridal, both lovely options that treat you right.

Lovely Bride was my third appointment of the weekend, and I had such an incredible experience! My stylist was Megan, and she was so sweet and welcoming. She did some research on my venue beforehand and had already picked out a few dresses by the time I arrived with my group. The space is beautiful, and the dresses are amazing. Megan chose a dress for me that she felt matched the vibe of my venue as well as what I was looking for. It wasnt something I normally would have picked, but once I put it on I instantly had tears in my eyes. I was so amazed that she knew what I was looking for more than I did! It was so easy to say yes to the dress here, and I would definitely recommend Lovely Bride to anyone on the hunt for an amazing wedding dress!

Booked an appointment online and when they called to ask me follow up questions, I was basically told that unless I want to buy something, I will need to reschedule for a much later date. I am recently engaged and so excited to try on dresses and enjoy this time of my life and lovely bridal ruined that experience for me and will not receive my business!

Today was the second day trying on bridalGowns for the first time, and I’m almost 1000% sure I found The One!! I’m so excited about it and can’t wait to go back :) Megan really listened to what I wanted and everyone of my fave dresses fit comfortably. This boutique is a gem in Seattle! The neighborhood has cool vibes and made the whole experience overall not stressful at all. Y’all won’t be disappointed with the designer selection, good stuff.

Charis was amazing to work with! Absolutely an incredible experience when we came in for my sisters wedding dress.

I was determined to not wear white for my wedding dress, but I also wanted something light and airy, since I was getting married outside in the middle of July. This was proving rather difficult since wedding dress shops had almost exclusively white options or bridesmaid dresses, and dress stores that had more variety a lot of the options had heavy beading. When I went to Lovely Bride I had already been to 4-5 bridal boutiques and was about to give up on bridal stores and try to find something at dress boutique. The ladies I worked with at Lovely Bride were so friendly and helpful. I visited them by myself and since I didnt have anyone with me they took pictures of me in each dress that I liked and let me go back and try dresses on again as I was making my decision. On top of that, they actually had some options for non-white wedding dresses! There ended up being two that I like, one with pockets(!) and one that was a lighter material. I went with the Raincloud dress by Leanna Marshal and it was perfect!

Kathleen at Lovely Bride Seattle was a dream to work with. Attending my first appointment alone was a daunting task without the present support of my mom or bridal party. Yet, the moment I walked in the door and met Kathleen, she made me feel comfortable and supported. She listened to my vision and helped pull great options for my big day. I havent decided on my dress yet, but know that with her help, it will be an easy process! This bridal shop is a must visit on your path to walking down the isle!

I had a fantastic experience at Lovely Bridal Seattle-dress shopping can be daunting but the ladies at this shop, Courtney & Ellie, were fantastic and the selection of dresses/designers was excellent. They were warm, helpful and had lots of great advice for this non shopaholic. I would highly recommend this bridal boutique!
