I was searching for cutlery here. The staff were pleasant and assisted me with my query.Less one star because the cutlery section was limited (and thats what I was looking for) however, the rest of the store was packed full of goodies, including quality tea towels and aprons, and all types of plates, bowls, glasses and mugs, etc. There are many catering supplies, including a variety of kitchen accessories that can be difficult to find, some of which I bought (quality bowl scraper, small tongs, etc).

I just called to ask about if they carrie Koonwood mixer and this person had the audacity to spell me the website to where I could get it as (amscum = am scum) just because I didnt know clearly were to find what I was looking for. I find this so rude and disrespectful. I didnt notice what I had spell, just after I google it. I realized. I call again and this time she said amazon. But I had ask her to spell the website and it was not amazon. I tried to get her name but she refuse. Maybe it was all a horrible misunderstanding because she did not know how to pronounce or spell amazon because I heard it differently and spell it as she told me.Update:Call again this time someone else answer and they knew the situation and were willing to help me and I really appreciate it. This new person said that maybe they did carrie it a while ago but maybe not anymore as it was not showing on there system. In the image Below shows that on the Kenwood website there are carrier and that is why I called.

On the table? More like above the table and the table is the competition. Truly a stellar place to find all your kitchen needs and more! Literally everything you can ask for (other than gyutos/high end japanese blades). Its still a really cool place.

Nice selection and attentive staff! They spent well over 30 minutes helping us try out and decide on knives, steels, and cutting boards. It was a great way to pick out the right tools for our kitchen. They carry mostly higher price point items but very worth the cost for the quality. Convenient location right in the market as well.

Bought an 8qt Sur la Table brand braiser (larger, but akin to our Le Cruset one). The glaze chipped-off with only a couple years use, meanwhile our Le Cruset is going strong (with twice as much use). Sur La Table knew their whitelabelled product line was shoddy, because they stopped selling it. Asked for store credit so that I could give them MORE money to upgrade from this defective item to Le Cruset or Stauber, but the Pike Place Market store flatly (and unempathetically) refused. Yet another dissapointing experience with Sur la Table.

What a great collection of anything you could need in your kitchen right in the heart of the city. They have all sorts of pans, knives, baking casts, utility tools and decoration items. The staff is super helpful too when you need to decide between multiple options and multiple solutions. I think they hold classes too if you want to learn something new and improve your cooking skills

What a great kitchen store. The have an impressive amount of wares in a reasonably sized space. Be prepared to squeeze past a few people in some of the tight corners but you will surely find something you like. They have a wide range of medium and high quality items. Even some of the premium lifetime enamelled cast iron cookware that will outlive you if taken care of properly. The staff have always been bright, friendly and ready to help when I have visited in the past. Check it out.

I like the high end kitchenware products that they carry. Its pricey but I find it more practical than some of the stuff William & Sonoma carries. Sales associates are pleasant and helpful. The design layout is a mess for how the products are displayed. Its very cluttered. It would be nice if they had a larger stock of products.

Went here to participate in one of their store events as advertised in their email list and was quite disappointed. Not only did they not have any of the refreshments mentioned online, the staff barely knew an event was supposed to be happening. They had to go in the back room simply to get promotional flyers talking about the discounts they were offering.

Used Spice scissor 5 times before it broke, but did not make it to pike market due to it being a pain and having a baby. Lady was rude (how do we know you bought it here) and since I did not have receipt and at 6 months (it broke in month 2) would not take it. Have shopped there for years (shop local!), but future shopping will be by the internet.

Foodie/chef heaven! Everything a chef could ever want or need is found here. My husband is the chef in our home and he gets so overwhelmed walking through the door because he wants and loves everything here. Helps to go in with a plan of attack to avoid going broke or being frozen with the sheer amount of options.

This is a chain of stores with beautiful things. And its within a couple of hours of the Canadian border. In the stores, they accept Canadian credit cards. But online? I tried to place an order of almost $500, and after spending 1.5 hours picking out stuff, couldnt use their online checkout. (I have a US address to ship the order to.) What kind of store does such a myopic thing? Soured me on the entire experience.

Nice selection for such a small store. Today I bought an item with a label including both bar code and price at $16 and was charged $18. When I asked how that was, I was told that sometimes the computer lags behind. I asked when they were planning on updating the price because this is not acceptable and was told that they just need to do it. Tourist trap?

Loved this place, so many great kitchen things, and also prices were good too. They have staub and let creuset Dutch ovens, as well as mostly everything that oxo makes. Also, some cool glassware as well, I picked up a set of double walled zwilling glasses.Knife section looked good, but I didnt have a good chance to investigate that.

Place is just stuffed with lots of items, staff reasonably okId say prices were bit over what even observed @ a metropolitan mkt recent, curious on that.Love to see a Sonoma Williams somewhere close, like those stores , Northgate beckonsUpdate : bought this sur la table brand baking pan with a nonstick grate , twice since returned for replacement, now it just sits at a lean against the porch wall , the entire baking tray has delaminated, folds of the nonstick goo just hanging offStore people said that we should have known about return policy , after 30 days or something replacement is only optionThis tray setup barely went through 90 days before capitulation, 33$ wasted , & especially knowing they see its junk and yet blithely speak their righteous bull shi$Not a stop worth while except for reviewing possibilities ,

A culinary wonderland of anything and everything you have ever wanted for your kitchen. I am particularly a fan of their tagines and olivewood items. If you are in the market for Rosle kitchen utensils, it is way faster to just visit this store and make selections from their considerable assortment of that brands offerings. Also be sure to look over their section dedicated to Le Creuset.

The original Sur La Table location is someplace Ive threatened to work at more than once. (I spend more time at the Bravern shop, but this ones nearer my house.)The staff are competent, if overworked, and the gear selection is good. They tend to have the same things as Williams-Sonoma, with the exception of some exclusive knives, so price shop if you need to. That being said, Im usually much happier with SLT.They also have an awesome return policy, and occasional holiday goodies, like $5 off coupons in the mail or Bon Appetit subscriptions. This, combined with generally nicer service, makes me want to shop here over similar stores.
