We contacted Jet City Blinds through Costco, and heard back from them right away. They were very flexible in making the appointment and came out on a Saturday. The kind lady (Teri) who came was great about giving me space to decide colors while she measured, and afterwards helped me put together our perfect quote by making multiple changes. I was really happy to get it all done in one visit and then by email. The gentleman who came out to do the install was also incredibly flexible in scheduling with us and installed shades for the whole house in about 5 hours. I was very impressed! Our blinds look great, the automation is so easy to use, and the blackout is truly blackout (even with white shades!). I 100% recommend Jet City.

Ordered through the Costco service. Replies were prompt and informational. The consultantation gave us a ton of options. Installer came about two weeks later and had two 8x8 windows done in less than an hour! Love the blinds and they really insulate well. We already got compliments from visitors! And of course reccomended Costco and Jet City.Only issue has been the safety pull strings which come apart a little too easily as seen in the pictures. They come back together just as easy. Otherwise everything functions and looks great!

We went through Costco and had a smooth experience overall. Our Sales Consultant was prompt, providing thorough explanations on the different shades we were using through out our house. The installers were friendly and managed to get all of our shades installed in one day! The only snag was I needed to reach out to them a few times regarding the arrival of the shades when I didn’t hear from the installer a couple of weeks past the expected arrival time. Only to find out that the shades had already arrived and sitting in the warehouse. To make up for it we were able to be scheduled a couple days later. I would certainly recommend them. Our consultant was very efficient and knowledgeable. Or previous black-out blinds were almost 13 years old and the up/down mechanisms had broken several times on various blinds. It was time for a change. We even replaced a couple of window coverings we had had up since we bought the house. The installers were great and had all our blinds installed in about a half hour.

With 5 sets of sliding doors and a number of smaller blinds, I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted to replace my 30 year old mini blinds. I knew I wanted better insulation from both heat and cold. Rob arrived precisely on time with good ideas and wonderful samples. He took time introducing me to options, and he measured meticulously. With a possible October 5th delivery, my blinds were installed by Jim on August 27th. The whole process was very smooth, the end product completely satisfying. I am thrilled with my new blinds.

The whole process was easy and efficient! From my inquiry, I had a home consult soon after and pricing within 2 days. When I needed a second option for pricing the consultant came back to my house very soon. Online contract was easy. I was told it could be up to 8 weeks for installation but it was ready in about 4 weeks! Happy with installer and love the product. Only issue is I would have appreciated better price range at the first consult to avoid surprise and second visit to choose a less expensive option.

This is the second time I have used COSTCO to order blinds and have been extremely pleased. This time I was connected with Jet City Blinds and they were very professional and offered great advice/solutions. Our Jet City installer actually went above and beyond. We had just moved into the house and on the morning we were getting the blinds installed, I thought I smelled natural gas. I called the gas company and fire department and then stepped outside to let the installer know what was happening. (He was unloading his van.) He was so nice, he helped me turn off the gas and then checked on me later to see how I was doing. The roller shades and blinds look great!

The only not ideal part of my experience was the technician who did the install wasnt exactly friendly, but there also wasnt much need for conversation and the installation was quick and efficient, so I am not particularly inclined to care. Just someone who would probably prefer to do his job rather than talk to customers, which worked for me in this case. Id definitely use Jet City Blinds again!

I had a really good experience with Jet City Blinds. For having 40+ windows that needed blinds, one guy came out and did an amazing job. He was very professional and timely. I felt so bad that he was sent out to do the job alone, but he did a great job on his own. He checked in with me anytime he thought there would be a potential issue, which I appreciated. I really felt like I had the right person for this rather large task. He made sure to clean up all the scraps from the packaging before he left, and he also made sure that I was happy with the product at the end. All in all, I definitely recommend this company. I ordered blackout shades for our bedroom through Costco and though we had previously worked with Blind Alley the Costco consultant reassured us that Jet City Blinds would do a great job. I was not disappointed. The measurements were done carefully and the blinds fit perfectly. The color was a very good match to the window trim and I was very happy with the installer. He was very conscientious about taking his shoes off and wearing his mask the entire time. He installed the 4 panels in under 1/2 hour and then instructed me on how to use them. I had paid for removal of our existing shades but then my husband was able to take them down easily so I requested a credit for this after the installation and the credit was on my account within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend Jet City Blinds.

We purchased Graber brand from Jet City Blinds, who had a kiosk at Costco. We are long-time customers of Costco and trust in who they allow in their store for sales. This time we were wrong. We purchased pull-up blinds which were installed by Jet City. As time went by, we found it more difficult to pull the blinds smoothly, They are noisy and catch as they operate. The fabric was fine, the hardware terrible. Even though it had been a year and a half since purchase, we wanted Costco to know, because the problem seems to be getting worse. They attempted to intervene, but Jet City (Michelle) would not agree to send someone to look at our blinds to insure that they were operating properly. She was uncooperative and rude. We filed a complaint with Costco and although we made a great mistake not being more cautious during our purchase, we at least were successful in steering away several friends who wanted to see our blinds and hear what we thought of our experience. That will amount to many thousands of dollars in lost revenue to Jet City. This will never happen to us again with anyone we do business with.

What a wonderful experience! The measurements and selection went off without issue, and right at the arranged time. Brian had very good selections and suggestions after hearing what our end result (house remodel) was going to be. The blinds were a couple weeks early so we got them installed at the first opportunity. The installer, Ben, arrive within the first 15 minutes of the appointment window and had everything installed with great efficiency. He tested all the blinds, gave a quick tutorial of minor things to watch for as they age and how best to avoid any challenges. Love our Top down/Bottom up, Liquid Silver colored blackout cordless blinds placed in our three kids rooms, our master bedroom, bonus room, and the custom blackout blind for our extra large TV room window!!! I work night shift as a nurse so having these black out blinds for when I sleep after shift during the day are so essential. The TV room gets that theater effect with the blinds. We ordered shades and blinds through Costco. Rob asked us questions first, then showed us samples that matched our needs. Theyre beautiful; the colors are exactly what wed hoped for; and the shades raise and lower easily. The product arrived a month earlier than expected, and the installers were friendly and efficient. All employees were masked and respectful of our needs. Were enjoying our Commencement Bay view so much more now because our blinds raise so easily. Thank you Jet City Blinds and Costco.

Highly recommended. The work was very professional (a bit pricy) but they came in to our brand new house, installed temporary blinds (the ones that stick to the wall), took measurements, came back in 4 weeks and installed 16 blinds within an hour - something that would have taken me several hours to days.

Our project involved a home office with a series of corner windows that offer great light, but too much for a working environment. Jet City was very responsive, Covid sensitive on the site visit for selection and initial measure and for install. So happy with the outcome. Thinking ahead for the next windows project and will use Jet City again!
