I got in an accident several weeks ago which is obviously never a good time for anybody. I chose to take my Jeep into Big E for the fix to my bumper and front end. Estimate was quick and easy, Brad knows Jeeps like the back of his hand and was able to give me an accurate estimate of what was needed.It was a quick turn around after the 10 minute estimate to bring my car back a few days later and every step of the way was great. I got a call on the final day of the ETA letting me know we were on track to have all the repairs done on time.When I came to get my car, I was able to just drop my rental off at the Big E shop and they took care of the rental car place picking it up for me, so no hassles trying to find a ride to the shop from the rental car place.My Jeep looked brand new. It was washed, polished, and the interior looked like it had been detailed.Big E went above and beyond. They could have easily just fixed my bumper and called it a day, but instead they returned my jeep in pristine condition.Highly recommend

My car sustained damage to the underbody etc. and I filed a claim through my insurer. I was advised by Toms Automotive in West Seattle that Big E would be the best to perform the repairs, and they were right! My experience with Big E was truly fantastic, from start to finish. They were incredibly easy to work with, handled things directly with my insurer, and I am very pleased with the repair. Admittedly, I am very particular about my car and was nervous to hand it over. This wasnt the 1st time I used Big Es services, so I generally knew what to expect:1. Friendly service and kindness during the assessment. Car crashes of course arent fun and can be traumatizing, and they understood the ordeal that we were still going through post-incident.2. An accurate, professional estimate of the cost of repairs, with a printed and electronic copy (an itemized copy of the final costs were also provided at the end).3. During the repairs, regular and timely communication through both phone calls and emails (email response times were especially impressive). They handle all communications with your insurance company during repairs, so no need to worry on that front.4. A seamless pickup with a professional cleaning of not only the exterior of the car, but the interior also, including my WeatherTech car mats!Needless to say, I recommend Big E for all your repair needs. And another note, I especially appreciated Brads recommendations on how to handle certain matters and look for more information on topics like car depreciation. Its not just about fixing your car, but all the things you have to take care of after, and theyll help you with all of the little things that count.

These guys do incredible work. I had some body damage to my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and they completed repairs perfectly and on time. They also applied a ceramic coating and were able to repair some minor door dings and scratches. My car looks brand new again! And everyone at Big is friendly and helpful. I couldnt be more pleased. After my car got hit, it was towed to Big E. In the same day, they had already sent it to the alignment shop to begin service. They were very great at communicating, even when my car was a delayed an extra day. And after getting my car back, after a couple weeks (by no fault of theirs), another small complication due to the accident. They were quick to call another tow to check out the car. Nice and friendly people here!

I selected Big E entirely at random and was very impressed with their work, including the quoting process. They fixed a busted bumper cover and some dents and repainted the fixed panels to match the rest of the car. I would definitely recommend this shop for your body work needs.

Car repairs are expensive, I went in to get my bumper replaced, and opted to install it unpainted to save ~$500. They painted the bumper by accident and instead of raising my bill they threw it in for free. The car looks immaculate and their honesty has earned my trust and respect.

To be honest, I would not recommend. I like their service, they try and try and try...but the bodywork skill needs to be improved...all the panels left gaps and the door is not aligned....I sent my car more than 4times and they tried to fix but seriously they dont have the skill...if you are trying to send your Prius for quick fix it is fine as no one cares...but if you like your car as I do, youd better find another one...

Had my bumper replaced here, they were quick and thorough and went the extra mile to ensure the interior of my car was cleaned for my safety-not only was my car good as new but it was cleaner than when I dropped it off!The bid process was easy and they explained everything on it to ensure there were no questions. Super friendly staff and a clean space! Would absolutely use them again and recommend them!

Ive never had my vehicle worked on at Big E Auto Rebuild, but these guys helped me out so much during a recent collision we went through that its worth a 5 star review.First of all they come highly recommended by West Seattle Autoworks. Ive done business with them for years now, so when our car was hit I called them and they told me Big E Auto Rebuild is who I should talk to if I wasnt happy with the shop my car was at.We had our car towed to a local West Seattle shop to receive an estimate for repairs, it came back with a number of red flags. The shop that shall not be named was not providing us the support we had expected or any explanations about the estimate itself. Since this was going through another persons insurance I expected we were being given the typical treatment as opposed to a situation that could have been better had they been dealing with our personal insurance.Long story short, I sent our estimate to Brad at Big E Auto Rebuild. He called me back in 24 hours and laid it out for me. There were a number of inconsistencies about the estimate and rates for work that he could identify that were not necessary. All this from looking at pictures we took at the scene of the accident, not the physical car. A further discussion with Brad revealed that we definitely needed to get our insurance involved and that if we received any more push back from the shop that shall not be named or the other insurance company we should contact the Washington Insurance Commissioner. He provided me the contact info and everything and said at the end of the day hed help us out however he could if we need it. THAT is customer service and THAT is why in the future I will be bringing our vehicles to Big E Auto Rebuild.

I was in an accident and while I hoped the damage wasnt so bad I would need to total the car, the folks here were honest and gentle about the severity of the issues under the hood. They knew they were delivering bad news, but were so kind about it and really did all they could to see what could be done. My poor car may not have made it out, but whenever my next car needs something, you can bet these guys will be the ones I take her to.

I had a great experience with this company. My repair was done on time, within the estimate and the paint match is perfect. The big surprise was that when I picked up my car, it was completely washed on the outside and vacuumed and wiped down on the inside. It is six years old but it looked brand new. The damage was only on the bumper so I didnt expect anything more than fixing that. They also provided the requested detailed photos and paperwork to turn into the post office whose carrier backed into my parked vehicle to document my claim. They were recommended by my Honda dealership. Now I know why!! Nice people too. Highly recommend them.

I went to Big E years ago when my old sports car needed a lot of work done due to an accident, and they did phenomenal work on bringing it back to being brand new. Not only that, the customer service experience was top notch and very streamlined. They handled all of the communication with my insurance company, so that was a very big headache that I was able to avoid.Anyway, long story short, my parents needed some work done on their Honda CRV due to some idiot side swiping it while parked on the street and of course drove off, so I recommended they come to Big E, since they saw what great work they did on my old car. I went with my dad down there and Tom was excellent. He took care of everything for them and when they went to pick up their car, not only did it look brand new on the outside, they did a wonderful job cleaning the inside. Both of my parents were happy, therefore I am happy as well.I highly recommend these guys for anyone looking for good, quality body work. No BS here!

Have an early 00s Grand Cherokee which had been in a fender bender. I initially chose Big E because the photos on their website showed a spacious, clean workspace. The location is indeed rather large and clean and also gated to protect the cars overnight.My insurance was dragging their feet, but Big E was able to get my Jeep back to looking even better than it did before! Pretty quick too considering this is probably a high-point in their business with winter driving, slide-offs, etc. Much impressed. Would use again.

Thank God I dont get into a lot of fender bender but I have couple times in my life .the last time I visited Big E Auto Rebuild in Burien several years ago I was really happy with the service. But it has changed owners. recently I had a little fender bender and I went to Big E I was very disappointed they told me it was going to be a five day job and ended up to be over two and a half weeks when I went to pick up the car the job was decent but the car wasnt ready detail wasnt done they had to put a dent in side of door jamb which that denied and the car was left with paint tape in a few places I would never go back there again i have had people ask about were the job was done and see what they did and the way they talked to me its not a good business they really should have washed the car after i paid over $4.000.00 for my repairs

Good place, nice people, great work. They may have overestimated the time it took to get the work done, or may have done some painting that wasnt really necessary, but all in all, Id say it was a good experience, and they got the work done quickly and efficiently.

Professional and extremely polite took care of everything for me and answered all questions and concerns will come here again.

Such a very disappointing experience with a shop I once liked. Its too bad they dont treat your car as they would their own. 3 times in the shop for the same repairs because they tried passing off a crappy job on someone they thought wouldnt know any better. Never again. Never again. They also dont return cars as promised and fail to communicate.

Came in for just an estimate and they went above and told us exactly what we needed to get and how long it would take. Service was very nice and we werent kept waiting.

I stopped by one day for an estimate to repair a dent in the rear quarter panel and the person who I spoke to said they only do high end jobs there and they were not interested in smaller, less expensive repairs.Sort of disappointing but on the bright side the shop was very clean, organized and they were all very courteous there.
