Store was very clean and organized. Everyone that I encountered was helpful or courteous as far as employees go. The signage was correct and identified the product it was supposed to. (Sometimes its hard to figure out which price and product go together at some stores). Overall its a great store for a weekend hobbyist to get tools to tackle household chores.

Love Harbor Frieght. If they dont have it on the shelf, theyll check the stockroom. I went in looking for a 2 ton roll around car jack. They was sold out on the shelf. So asked one of the workers. He went to the back and brought one to me. Excellent service with a smile. Ill be back.

You have to give harbor freight five stars simply because of the variety of Chinese tools. I’m not given it five stars because of the quality of the product because of the quantity and the price. You come to Harbor freight because you want to good deal on a good variety of tools. They have a lot of things that you would expect they would have at prices that are comparable to Internet prices. The store is nice, neat, clean and the staff is very helpful and polite. The girl at the register I dealt with found some coupons for me and I did not even ask her to. I appreciate that type of service.

The prices for a lot of tools here are amazing compared to some other places. The tools are also very good quality especially for the price. On top of the prices being great you can typically get coupons as well. Although the only downside is that they can’t offer as good of a return policy as some other larger stores, there’s is limited to 90 days sometimes with a restocking fee.

Harbor Freight is a place of many wonders. They have so many items from automotive, lighting, tools and equipment for shop needs! Searcy store is the best HF in my opinion and the staff are phenomenal!

Very very disappointed at harbor freight for not honoring the 10 percent off on ur very first purchase with the credit card...I made my first purchase today with it and it didnt give me 10 percent off so I asked to talk to manager they couldnt do anything they said call the bank so I did and they said to use the 10 percent off you can only use it the very day u get the credit card...Im like well ur signs every says ur very first purchase it doesnt say what day but they said they could not help me at all on this so yeah never using this credit card again I love harbor freight but dont like when peopme dont honor there signs on display

Neat place. Bought some plastic saw horses that I used two days later. Ill probably buy my UTV winch there. Also probably pick up a snatch block to go with it!

My husband and I went to the store to purchase a tool box,but they only had display ones.there were two other things we wanted to buy but they did not have.why have a store if you have no inventory?it was disappointing.

Walked in right after going to Lowes and was a bit underwhelmed. Was looking for reciprocal saw blades and found them in 4 different locations. It seems their products are too scattered around. Their prices seem good though.

Harbor Freight is great for what the do. They sell cheap tools when you dont need or cant afford a top of the line tool. Some of their tools are better than the expensive ones sold at other stores
