Customer service is awesome. Only a couple issues i told them i wanted all after market things rewired and working not just the radio. Got told okay. Went to pick up my truck and the only thing that worked was the radio. Not thrilled but grateful because it’s one step closer to everything being fixed than what it was so thank you.

Price was already high. But, figured we would use them to move a speaker to my sons truck. Because, that’s where it was bought. He gave me a price and then up it when my son got to appointment. Said “his prices went up”. I mean after you quoted it?Then charged my son for a part for it that I know was in the box.

I’m very pleased with Audio Express! Danny was very helpful, and the whole process was a breeze. The head unit looks and sounds great! Would definitely recommend.

Very rude customer service. They had good inventory, but they are not helpful at all. You need to know exactly what you are wanting before going in. If you know what you need, you could save a whole lot of money and buy it online and save yourself the headache of dealing with them.

Went above and beyond their duties installing P2 subs and Fosgate amp in my Chevrolet Silverado. Everything was tuned just right and it sounds great! They’ve been in the game a long time and it definitely shows. Thanks!

Ive went through Audio Express for a couple different things. They originally installed subs/amp in my truck back in 2018. Theyve recently tinted my car and plan to go back through them for aftermarket speakers!

They provide a wide range of services for your vehicle and your home or business. Along with the quality audio and visual products that they offer, they do high quality and professional installation of the products, including window tinting, and as they done for me, installation of the wiring harness for the towing package on my car. Long wait but seems to be worth it

I was verbally quoted a price for installation of 2 TVs to be mounted on the wall. The guy was an hour late, billed me for 5 hours. He was here only 4. He connected the wires wrong, so I had to pay DirectTV $150 to come fix it. Danny, who I assume is the owner, did nothing to make it right. I have $850 completely wasted on 2 wall mounted TVs with wires hanging down. Yes, $850.Amazes me how someone like this stays in business.

I was told the bass contest was going to be ending at 4. It is now almost 5 and they continue to play music so loudly that it disrupts students at Harding. I am disappointed in their lack of courtesy for others in the community.

Service was TERRIBLE. Have been waiting over a hour and a half for one wire to be changed. And we had a appointment! If you come, plan to stay a while!

Highest prices in town and if you dont look like you have money good luck getting any help.
