Aways great customer service!! They helped me on a holiday to access my forgotten gate access code. A small thing maybe but huge to me since I had a big event that next morning. They saved me on that one!

Would not recommended this place at all. In time auto pay every month. Credit card is compromised and Im late one month. They lock me out. I paid the bill on a business day, , I sent emails and left messages. Nothing in response. Lock is still on the unit. Very poorly managed. I canceled and would rather keep my stuff under a tent than pay them another penny.

Came in to get some prices on a storage building for my granddaughter and the young ladies in the office were amazing they had me laughing til my ole stomach hurt was definitely a good time Me and my granddaughter look forward to being customers with them a big thank ya to Diana and Dietra

This place is absolutely the best place I have ever rented a storage unit. The manager Kathryn is extremely nice and easy to work with. An added bonus is that this location is one of the higher elevated places in Seabrook and does not flood. If you need storage, Devon Self Storage in Seabrook is the place to go.

Very professional and welcoming place. My unit had a few spiderwebs and the unit door was difficult to lift open, but overall it was good quality. The units are secure and its super easy to navigate through. Great prices too.

Devon Self Storage has been really great to deal with. The manager, Karen, is super friendly and went out of her way to make sure everything was ready for my move-in day. Despite the construction going on around hwy 146, Devon is going to remain open and I highly recommend it if you need safe, local storage.

Ive been a loyal tenant of this facility for about 8 months now. I was told I paid for 24-hr access only to have it cancelled by management for zero reasons. No notice no contact at all. Further I had my payment on auto draft but continually received noticed my payment is past due. Made an appointment to upgrade my unit and add my boat only to have thei manager Karen not show at all. Went to pay my unit today and was given a hard time by this same Karen who clearly has customer service issues. Be aware! There is a brand new storage unit in front of the Towers I strongly urge anyone to use in place of Devon. The units are old, no electricity, faulty gate system, terrible Management Karen and catastrophic customer service. I hope they get shut down one day

Super easy accessEdit: I guess it is standard policy to raise the rates a little after move in at all storage places, but it seems shady to me. Dropped from 5 to 4 stars b/c it seems dishonest.

Wonderful Storage and Friendly Staff. Devon Storage is older cinder block buildings and are built to last. They are above sea level and have not flooded during a storm since I have been there.The staff is friendly and always helpful. They handle all issues promptly and keep the buildings in great shape.

HAVING SHUT DOWN A FACTORY and in need of a place to quickly put the stuff in quickly. Up the street I saw the Devon Self Storage and went in and the LADY behind the desk (ROBIN)WAS SUCH A CHANGE over the other storage building I have stuff in in Pasadena (Bargain Self Storage) where all Bargain wants is money. The gal that runs it should be fired and or sent to school for business.I think Robin is such a jewel and the maintenance man FRANK is the hardest working person I have known next to me 10 years ago ROBIN greets customers so well and always has a smile. If I ever got back into business I would have to have her teach someone to run my place

I needed a storage unit for some extra things on my boat.We went to Devon Self Storage and talked tolady at the office.We were able to pick a unit of of our choice out of several units.She was able to tell us about flooding and such as the area is on Galveston Bay.We went back up to the office and got to spin the wheel for a better deal for 3 months.Also the unit was very clean and each person gets there own combo to the gate which makes it more secure.We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. It was fast and friendly and its in the perfect location for us going to and from the boat. They also have a guy on site if you need a light bulb or anything else.Id give Devon 5 stars.
