I’ve been in Sephora twice before because I know nothing about makeup and rarely wear it. I guess third time really is the charm, I have a wedding coming up and I don’t want to be the only one who isn’t dolled up so I went back on a mission. Amanda was super helpful and patient with my lack of knowledge, the other two times I’ve been I got quick suggestions and they’d move on to the next customer, but not Amanda. She took me through the best types of products for my skin and affordable ones for a makeup newbie! So young and so knowledgeable, I hope Sephora pays this young woman well!

Can I just say I love the diversity at Sijcp! Once you walk in the girls are already asking if you need help and catering to your shopping experience. Even though COVID makes it hard to shop, the girls are really helpful and do their best to make sure your purchases are exactly what you were looking for.

Amanda has a poor customer service attitude! I spent $150 earlier this morning, went back for more stuff and I was looking at an eyebrow set. She snatched it from my hand and said I’m not allowed to open it, I can look it up online if I am interested. Didn’t care if I was buying or not no questions asked. I would have purchased it simply because I was looking at it, but her nastiness made me not want to be bothered. And I am a mall employee you would think she would want to create some type of relationship.

This used to be my number one go to for all beauty needs, I couldnt begin to put a number on the amount spent in this shop until I finally got fed up with the rudeness of certain staff members. I will never personally step foot in the store again ( in a pinch I may send my husband though)but for me, no way!

Sephora has very insecure, and miserable employees let me tell you. It Is very rude to have your employees stare down their customers. Its also uncomfortable and just creepy. I asked one question to the worker, and that was enough for her and the other employees to laugh at me when I looked 100x better than they did without makeup😌Sephora is known for their scummy workers.

They have a return policy that states if you are unhappy with a product (makes you break out, wrong color, ect) that you can return. If you ever have to just be aware that the employees are as nasty as can be and make it obvious that they dont want you to return. I get that it affects your sales but if you are a good customer and shop there a lot they should not treat you that way.

Never had any issues with the stuff.Always helpful and nice...And believe me,been there a lot of times.Cant believe those negative reviews..I guess sometimes its not the people that work there,its the attitude of the customers. Overall nice place to shop!

I was debating on whether or not I should go in this Sephora due to the bad reviews of the employees being rude and snotty. I went in anyway at around 8:30pm (before closing) and they were surprising helpful. Both girls that were there tonight kept coming up to me offering me help, and they just seemed happy in general that night. I recommend going an hour before they close.

The women that was working while I came in were so rude and not helpful at all. They gave me the rudest attitude and gave me the impression that I wasnt good enough to be in their Sephora. I would NOT recommend going to this Sephora. Now the Sephora in Wilkes bare are SO helpful and constantly making sure I feel comfortable and actually took the time to explain everything to me without me feeling like I was bothering them.

Was here with my significant other. One employee was having conversation with a stylist for the entire 30min period I was there. The only other employee there wasnt helpful at all and only sat the front doing paper work and acted as if no customers were in the store. I have also been to the one in wilkes barre and they were much more friendly and helpful.

Staff does not know answers to simple questions about skincare. Very rude. Should really be educated in the products they sell. I’m sure Sephora would not be ok with the customer service in this store. Asking for a manager doesn’t help either.

According to these views I sure hope that blonde got fired...or for her $8hr job better hope she doesn’t still work here and doesn’t do that to me later today...also I LOVE this place if I need help I will ask..if not please let me shop....I get people steal which sucks for everyone but damn let me breathe!

***Warning*** Please to every person who has a Beauty Insider membership, make sure to check that you are getting your points to your account since I just finished talking with Sephora Customer Service Line, it came to my attention that all the money I’ve spent for the last 3 times I’ve been to this store (sephora Viewmont mall) an employee has been adding all my purchases to her Insider acct, I keep all my receipts for a period of 3 months and when I called CS to see why my points haven’t been added tl my account andgiving them all the info on the receipts we noticed there was a beauty insider number on each receipt that was not mine, and tadaaaa it was the employee’s! They apologized and gave me my points because I had all my receipts and my credit card number (proofs) but watch out everyone, there are shady employees using people’s purchases to add them to their accounts for rewards!

The girl with short blonde hair is ignorant, full of herself, and a snob. I am a sephora VIB. Meaning I do spend a decent amount of money at sephora.I am also a cosmetologist, which means Im pretty familiar with the beauty industry. I went to sephora in the viewmont mall around christmas time intending to spend more than $100 dollars that day. I walk in with my sister. No one came up to me, which I understand because it is the holiday. So I go up to a salesperson to ask a question and this girl blatantly ignores me. I speak up and she finally notices me only to look me up and down and give me a dirty look. I looked at my sister in disbelief. Did this girl who probably works PT at $8/hr just look at me like I shouldnt be shopping there?( I was wearing a jacket, jeans,and a pair of uggs and im hispanic) REALLY?! Excuse me for going out looking like a bum. Now I dont know exactly why she gave me that look and spoke to me as if I didnt belong there, but I was very offended. Needless to say I will NEVER shop at that sephora again. Try the wyoming valley mall. I had a wonderful experience there. No judging whatsoever.

The staff seems overwhelmed all the time and there seems to be nothing in stock every time I go there. I went in there with a specific list in my head and came out with only 2 of the 7 things I planned on getting. I feel bad on giving them a bad review but I was just not content let alone impressed.

Indifferent staff, does not care about customer service, this rep was a middle aged lady, There was this Sephora eyelashes which had a sign saying eye lash glue included, which actually was not included, when I showed it to the staff she acted as if nothing happened and removed the sign it was clearly false advertisement,
