The handful of times Ive been in this place over the years, these women have NEVER been kind. Quite the OPPOSITE, in fact. They ask if u need help when u first come in, then every several mins after, which is also when they start stocking RIGHT beside u. Dont ask a question about ANYTHING, theyll tell u to read the box. God forbid u dont know exactly what u want to buy & get out, browsing is clearly a problem for them, always has been (in my experience). There was some equipment I needed to stock up on today tho & didnt feel like the wait from ordering online, so the SECOND this woman knew I was spending a couple hundred dollars, her attitude turned RIGHT around. I was OVER it by now, too late lady! If u arent a regular here, expect to be followed, hit w the hurry up n buy attitude, & if u want to know anything about any of the products they sell everyday dont bother asking, ull be referred to the box as I said earlier. I could understand if one was just having a bad day. This was ALL of them tho, the OLDER woman in particular, whom I remember from EVERY TIME Ive been there. Sux its really the only beauty supply store in the are, there needs to be more!

I dont know much about Sally Beauty but I heard good comments about it. I went into this store today 7/8/2021 in the morning at South Washington Ave, Scranton PA, the nice sales lady name Bernadette asked me for my name, email address, and phone number, I first thought she was being kinda nosy asking for my information but I realized she wanted to send me a discount towards my next purchase.

I like there products there really good and when you walk inside it smells nice and there very polite🤗🤗💞💕

It is a great place to find hair products and to find items to color your hair.

Great store with good prices. They always have everything in stock and I dont have to worry about getting followed around the store like I am some type of criminal or something. The employees are also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Sally beauty has a large hair color selection. I also buy hair product there. Its cheaper than full price salon products and they work really well. They also have a nice selection of nail colors

I used to go to this sally store (Scranton) for over 7+ years, now there is a red hair greedy lady who is in charge (I guess by her attitude) with the worst prepotent attitude, I started going to the Dickson City store, never will visit this one again.
