Ive been going here for 2+ years now. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ive counted on them for shipping items which has always saved me money. Their shipping supplies are reasonably priced and of great quality, not the cheap stuff you buy on amazon. Not sure why there are negative reviews as the staff has been above expectations. Good luck getting that kind of service at any post office in phoenix.

Ive been taking packages to this location for nearly a year now. The staff is wonderful. The place is clean and the service is stellar. I highly recommend it. A special thanks to Tom who looked through a bin of packages for me when I thought I left something personal in it. He contacted me within minutes of calling.

BE AWARE ! DO NOT USE THIS STORE ! USE AUTHENTICALLY FedEX or UPS STORE !Company charged 200$ for professional packing + 70$ for FedEx ground. Nevertheless the item arrived with cracked screen exposed to hard impact. Packaging showed no damage whatsoever, therefore the item must have been shipped broken before FedEx pick-up. Company denied damaging the item during packing and storage. No refund, no warranty.Not a trustworthy company to ship your items.

A bazillion times less stressful to ship from than the post office and way friendlier than any big name store. They always find me the most efficient way for me to ship and are full service with boxing & packing my items. I love shipping with them! :)

Firstly you should look uline

They put the incorrect postage on a simple letter which was returned with a note from the post office that it was three dollars more now when I called and confronted them. They did Nied any responsibility you saying it was their machine M. They continue to deny and deflect and relate how they did not like the way I was upset . Then they called me a liar saying there is no way that’s possible . And wondered why it was further upset . Parent Lee they don’t have a manager apparently I was talking to a millennial and apparently they have no customer service . However they wanted to definitely point out that I was upset how dare I be upset at them because they did not do it . If you don’t have a manager yes you represent the company when you talk to someone when you make a mistake when your company makes a mistake . So if you’d like your letters to be delivered please don’t go here apparently they don’t understand how a stamp machine works or what hand stamp means . Little mistake cost me one package that’s lost in the mail and the other one to take two weeks to be returned . Then the A millennial who I was talking to then said “everyone makes mistakes if we all didn’t we would all die . “ “What do you want me to do about it it’s a mistake .” Apparently this company needs a manager

Incompetent and rude owner. Threw my mail at me when he couldn’t process the order as he was too busy and not typing in words correctly. Absolutely disgusting.

Very disappointing experience and would not recommend to anyone shipping anything of value. I paid over $1,000 to have some household goods packed and shipped - they arrived broken. For $1,000 they should have been able to withstand normal transportation issues. The worst part is it took three attempts to get the owner to respond to my concerns. He said hed look into it and get back to me. Its been a month and no communication. Wouldnt use this business again for any reason - such disappointment from otherwise friendly people.

I went in to have an item packed and overnighted very late yesterday afternoon and was told that it was too late to have the items packed in time for pick up and delivery today. I agreed to overnight anyways for delivery first thing on Monday.I checked the tracking info to see if the package had shipped out yet this morning only to see that it had already been delivered, I guess the package made it out last night after all.Thanks guys!

Wow! Paid over $100 to have my flat screen TV packed for moving. It was all good UNTIL at the end when I asked to keep the excess material that I PAID for they told me no we keep that because we had to make shift the box by using a smaller box and had used tape and a little bit of stretch wrap. Seriously! I paid $25 for labor wouldnt you think that would be included in labor?!?! I cant help it if they didnt charge me for that $3.60 box. Greedy and poor customer service. I suggest not ro have them package anything for you.

Real Creeps. Packed small speakers in a box big enough to put 6 of them in. FedEx charged me triple the weight (dimensional, size,) because of this, what should have cost 45 dollars for freight ended up being 112. When I questioned this, the owner freaked out on me and told me I didnt know anything (packed speakers for 35 years w/o a mishap,) and berated me. I would NEVER use these idiots again and question the owners sanity.
